Yes, the ice cold Sensei once again must go through these tedious process and ungrateful savvy of picking up subordinates that lack a lot of requirements. Not that the ninja samurai master is late all the time or has a fetish of failing student, that wasn't the case, the students he kept getting for the past eight years in Yukigakure were nothing more than candidates of being his students failing to meet his criteria. Byakuya once more go through the same procedure with the same mysterious demeanor for all these years, simply visit a monument of dead ninjas and samurais and being late for whatever reason.

Even though I am happy that I'm finally a Kunoichi, I still can't stand the fact that I'm not the number one rookie among my classmates, being part of the top rookies is not satisfying for me but then again I have to acknowledge that there are stronger people than me. Akane Himura..... That girl damn I don't like her but it's no surprise that she may be one of the top graduates and whoever the number one rookie is, he or she will be my rival! My negotiation skills are at top of the charts meahahahaha!

But still being paired with Akane is bad news, I just don't get her deal but being paired with that weirdo, Shinka Arashino is one of the things that will throw me off, I can't stand him talking all day and his annoyingness..... Oh well, maybe talk no jutsu is his best skill after all. I just have to look at myself before them. Whoever my team will be, I shall be called Captain Kyouka! Ha hahahaha!

I laughed out loud and it was so embarrassing.

What I know:
Wind and Fire is Scorch Release
Water and Wind is Ice Release
Crystal from a logical standpoint is from earth releas alone like how earth benders bend metal and crystal, I'm discounting lava on this.
Fire and Earth is Lava Release.

Lightning and Water from a standpoint is Storm Release.
I dunno about explosion release.
Blaze Release is solely an advanced form of Fire Release without a doubt.

Crystal release doesn't seem to have any elemental components however the most logical thing I can think of is that earth is a component for how crystal is made like how metal and diamond are. Unless Hillan proves me or you wrong xD

Storm Release/Ranton is water and lightning btw.

Based on what I know, naruto knowledge crystal release is just crystal.
Other stuff is like saying... Crystal is from earth element like how metal and diamond are related to earth.

Btw your pick reminds me of Nyaruko xD from Haiyore Nyaruko-San.

I was part of next gen for the entire year last year and three months of this year.
I had a female Uchiha that is an archer and technically she's a version one of Kyou.
I couldn't keep up with the RP due to real life stuff and especially how the old guild was down and all.

Oh dear, that's one hell of a harem...either way we got so much Kunoichi which in a way is a good thing and a bad thing.

Naruto females are useless and not badass all the time cuz Kishi is sexist.
The bad thing is, too much focus on dem girls if it gets to that.

I sure do hope this RP stays long lasting like the famous naruto gen RP here, it will be a waste to have our hard made characters not being used at all.
