"Ajax-dono. Aren't you looking for free lancers? Besides my grandson Brad and Sairis are on an S Class Camp. As much as I hate to say that Drake-kun forbids anti dark guild project. We allowed it 4 years ago and is still is on going. At the end of the day, a fruit that is ripe has much more to learn than what it already knows, Ajax-dono." He said. Then going back to the topic of I.S.E/ "I almost forgot. All S Class are obliged to attend the S Class Camp, it's no wonder my S Classes and every guild's S Class aren't present here in Fiore. They are Examiners as much to some Guild Masters. I heard that you and I will be examiners too. Whatever stories you heard, let your eyes confirm it through this boy and the exams. That is if Aiden decides to be a Hunter Contractor, he who hunts down dark guilds like how the Magic Council created Rune Knights and Police Mages of Anti Smuggling Team to lessen down crime rate." He said with affirmation.

Meanwhile at the Magic Council The Magic Council members are on a meeting with Kyou leading it with Carter, they were talking about the I.S.E and participants, guilds from all over the world and qualifications. Viper Bolt, Harpy's Wing and Lunar Wolf are the big topic. "Lamia Scale the strongest guild in Fiore, Blue Pegasus, Lunar Wolf, Vyper Bolt, and Harpy's Wing. Since Fairy Tail disbanded 15 years ago, other guilds like Sabertooth, Mermaid Heel and those relevant in the Grand Magic Games haven't shown up much but their reputation and riches are to be reckon with. These legendary guilds aren't participating in the I.S.E." Drake Roganoff said. Lamia Scale is the strongest guild, Blue Pegasus in second, Lunar Wolf being 3rd, Viper 4th and Harpy, 5th. "We not only worry for the coronation of the New King but there are other problems especially the I.S.E/". He said. Carter replied. "Rogs, my nigg@. I'm tellin' ya. Participation is what matters. All the S Class peeps are going to be examiners and some of us too. Remember only 1 of each Guild will be an S Class." He confirms once more. "How unfair don't you think? We need more than that. You are saying that the partner will take all the credit and the latter don't, I beg to differ, Carter." She said with her authorizing force. Kyou sets a better future planned for everyone, the Council has been disagreeing only to end up agreeing with her. Carter replied. "You have been going with the same suggestions for this past two weeks. It is not part of the law but to consider your point of view, I think you are right about it. We'll rearrange that for the next meeting." He said. Roganoff replied. "Make sure. We don't want frowning members to be complaining who deserves best and whatnot. Speaking of which.. I'm afraid I have yet again to hold another trial with Vyper Bolt and Harpy's Wing respectively. How dare they set foot on Heratosteres without the Council's permission?! This is a big offense against the law the----." Carter stopped him and Kyou continued. "Not Heratosteres. Greed Island, Drake." Roganoff likes to keep it formal and is pissed of Kyou calling him in his name as Kyou still begs to differ. "For Ishgals sake, have they not set foot on the island, Hydrologia wouldn't be dead by now. You do realize, my family have been preserving dragons from being endangered for the past 100 years. And to have such barbaric, filthy, wretched, foolish, petty kids will change anything. So tell me, Councilmen, what should be the course of action." The rest of the members told that they should disband both guilds and a quarrel and debate folds. Kyou tries to convince them. "Ladies and Gentlemen. Vyper Bolt and Harpy's Wing are essential to Fiore. I need not repeat myself countless times on this. These guilds knew their place well in the social ladder. Let me remind you again that they have done more good than harm. And besides, I hereby declare them free of charges, as High Councilwoman, I have the power to do so." Roganoff and Carter are dismayed with Kyou's absolute authority against them. "Councilman Ajax is currently at both guilds. Let us see in eight months time. Council Members, meeting terminated." Kyou offed the meeting. We get a good treat of Kyou fanservice taking a shower after the meeting and sleeping on her bed naked, "Hydrologia's death brought the pieces closer and closer to its game. The journey to greed island waked their minds. Only time will tell.." She monologues to herself.

Gwen's requips

Requip This Magic allows the users to store items in a pocket dimension so they can easily summon it at any time, even during battle, which gives them a high level of flexibility in combat. It is limited to how much stuff it can store and it can be used for combat or even change the clothing. Wölbung Geisterbeschwörer (The Arching Exorcist) Gwen's form of requip that revolves around combating demons though the it is inferior to Devil Slaying Magic, it is effective against demons but not as painful compare to Devil Slaying Magic. Kreuz Schütze(Cross Arrow) Form of a silver crescent shaped bow, its arrows are from the requip dimension allowing Gwen to use it remotely in battle. The arching exorcist bow possesses demon slaying properties. To some degree it conjuncts with Gwen's Ice Make, giving the ice the properties. Since it is a two handed weapon. The attack of Cross Arrow is Luminous Pierce, the following are its other forms: Kreuz Schwert(Cross Stakes Sword) Dual swords that are chained together with the same properties. Attack: Staking Dance Querbreitschwert(Crossed Broadsword) Is a heavy hitter sword. Ice Empress Armor This armor is predominantly platinum in color, but also sports blue and dark gray parts, with the blue parts being shaped cold frost symbol and the dark gray parts that of flames. It has a winter symbol on the back. The lower arms are silver lining arm guards and the lower part is boots. The skin parts are revealing, to cover the legs, the dark gray parts are decorative, covering the groin and bits of the legs. It also dawns a white cape. Ice Empress Armor's weapon are dual swords. It grants Gwen resistance to ice. Blizzard Wave is its main attack, from the swords it cuts and freeze. The Arching Exorcist: The Unforgiven Gwen's strongest armor. It simply cannot be used by any means. Only Sairis have seen it. Use before reason: Gwen only uses requip to those who she sees worth her time or when she doesn't have much choice, not only does she takes pride of her Ice Make her first magic but because it will be an insult if she uses requip to herself. She shows restraint in using requip meaning she won't ever use it, let alone her abilities to the fullest. She vow to herself that this magic will only be used to someone she clearly wants to kill. Also, you do not want a serious and all out Gwen, you do not want to get her bad side. Only Sairis and a few others know her bad side except Sable and Harpies :3

BRING IT!! Bring what? Ice cream!? The collab! I know, just messing around ! So, how do we start!?!! Oriel looked at Gwen, her muscles tightened a bit, expectant for the fight. "So, no backing down now, ice chunk." "I don't even need to strip to beat you down, flame bitch! I'll grind you down to the ground." Gwen expresses her anger to Oriel which she had been holding too long. "Haha, bitch. If you ain't gonna strip, then I'm gonna rip those clothes off of you!" Oriel dashed forward, ready to strike at Gwen. She snapped her fingers and her tonfas were surrounded by fire. "Let's see you dodge this, frigid bitch!" Oriel aimed her punch directly at Gwen's head. Gwen grabs her silver necklace which turned into a moon bow and blocked the tonfas, the effect of the collision put them a distance. Gwen starts shooting arrows on Oriel, exorcist induced arrows. "How about a ice?" Ice induced arrows. Oriel couldn't believe the frigid bitch was actually able to block that, and then tried to put some distance to shoot arrows at her. They might have been ice arrows, but ice always melted against fire. "You seriously gonna try with those things? Fuckin' pitiful!" Oriel said, dodging the incoming arrows, until she saw the final one of the volley, which she punched and shattered with her tonfa. "Ya need to do better than that." Even if she said so, Oriel moved her hand around to try and make the pain go away. It was cold, darn cold, but why? Her flames should have protected her. "What else you got up your sleeve!?" "I'm not that stupid. Check yourself out, idiot." Those weren't just ice arrows but real arrows that were fused with ice, the remaining arrows tore down Oriel's skirt, dress breaking it. With a few scratches in her legs."I don't like to make use of my Requip: Arching Exorcist but fuck you." She said. Oriel's anger was just going up, after her skirt was tored down by the bitch Gwen. Still, she smiled at her. "Don't try and make a damn exhibitionist like you!" If she couldn't match her ranged attacks, then she would shorten the distance and make things up close and personal. "Eat this!" With an uppercut going all the way from below, Oriel tore apart Gwen's shirt, before landing a solid punch on her chin. "As I thought, that look suits you real fine." Gwen got uppercut, she never fought a Mage that of her level for a long time, she got pushed back and that hurt. Putting up her usual stance and is still not stripping. "Ice Make:..." She releases! ".....SAKURA BLIZZARD!" Whirling hail of icy sharp flowers which gales to Oriel. Gwen is not joking around, she never got pissed for a long time. "Ice Make: Rosen Krone!" She follows up with a 2nd one. Not only was Gwen attacking her with hail falling from everywhere, but she was also attacking her with roses. FUCKING ROSES! It was risky, but Oriel knew the perfect way to get out of the tight situation. The hail ragged her clothes and the roses scratched her all over. she was wearing a joke of what she put on this morning. "You are a real pain in the ass, ya know?" Oriel lifted her hand, under the cruel icy attacks. "Still, you got some ways to go." Snapping her finger, Oriel herself ignited in fire. Everlasting fire that would not die off even in the blizzard she was in. The hail and roses melted when they got near her. It was now or never. "Uwooooh!" Oriel dashed against Gwen, and then tackled her to the ground. Still on fire, she lifted her fist, ready to strike down at Gwen. "Ice Make: Jakjungchang!" Gwen propelled a giant spear shaped Gungnir to fist back on Oriel but she melted it and creates floating icy platforms to dash mid air. She fought another fire Mage which is Sable and it is no surprise to her, Aiden was easier to fight because of how simple it is to redirect his ice against him but Oriel, her flames reminded her not of Sable's but something from the past. "ICE MAKE: Thorn of Roses!" She unleashes a whip which propels her forward, grabbing Oriel to close to her. After that, Oriel was at a loss. She looked deep into Gwen's eyes. Nostalgic. Yet, why can't she remember shit? It just pissed her off more. It was starting to hurt, so she quickly put her flames out, getting roasted all over. "Get off me, you!" She tried to free herself from Gwen, but when she did so, water from the melted ice made her slip, making her lips fall over Gwen's, while she could just mumble something in disgust. And that raised the flag, that kiss lasted for 5 seconds and Gwen puked out. "What's up with you? How dare you come inside me and defile me?" Gwen said in horror. "Wha? Bitch, it was your fault! You totally pulled me like that 'cause you wanted me to kiss you! You fucking lesbo!" Oriel spitted out. Disgusting, really so. "I suddenly lost my fighting spirit." She stood back up and put her tonfas away, before sighing. "Next time won't be that easy, ice chunk." "You did it first!" She states the first week day met, they were too close and Sable accidentally made them kiss. "I'm not the lesbo here, you lesbo here." To add it up, Gwen stripped. "You are seriously pissing me off, fucking exhibitionist! I bet I've taken to bed way more guys than you!" Kind of like a child, Oriel searched for something, anything that could be hurtful to Gwen. Gwen grabs her hand and gives her a passionate cold kiss of death to shut her up. Chuu~ smooch~ "I bet that's cold, not like I care. I'm not the lesbo here, I'm straight, It is my win again, I'll see you back in the guild. Ja ne~" Gwen walks away. "And I'm the fucking lesbian, bitch!? Stop fucking messing around! That kiss was totally gay, and you know it! Come back here and apologize to me! What happens if I can't marry Sable!?" Oriel barked at Gwen while she walked away. "That's my line again~ You need to ask Onee-sama first and go through me. Sides you got lightbulb whose in the way as well. Not that I care but... your welcome to the Gwarem." She said. "That sounded even gay-er! I don't want to be part of any harem, and I don't care who I gotta go through! I swear I'll have that guy in my bed before the end of the month!" Oriel shouted, before feeling flustered at what she just said. After that, she simply turned around and went to cool her head. She only repeated inside her head how much she hated that bitch. She comes closer and pats her head. "I understand that you're trying to fit in." She smiled. "But being an attention seeker isn't good at all. Real friends don't owe each other beds and benefits. Sable's like the coolest guy you can be friends with. You have to understand that he been through a lot, try to understand him more. Oh well, I'm done. Let's go the dungeon and have some hotsprings. From now on, you'll call me Gwen-senpai." Oriel pouted and puffed her cheeks, after hearing Gwen and having her head patted. "It's really hard..." She said, biting her lip. But wait, what the hell was she doing, sympathizing with the bitch? "Like hell I'm calling you Gwen-senpai!! You're more like bitch-senpai, any way!" She said, but still, she couldn't help but follow behind her. "And just call me Oriel, instead of you. It pisses me off." A new friendship born and finally reconciled after two weeks of endless beat downs! And everyone lived happily ever after.
