[Positive: Feng is rather aloof and ominous in a good way, his playful personality is subtle, words are power, he is a very teasing person who rolls with mischief and trickery which is his forte, to him everything is a game. He is also practically manipulative and resourceful, he uses everything that is around him just like a ninja.

Negative: His sense of humor is just too twisted and cruel, he doesn't know when to stop sometimes and when fun is too much, his jokes actually becomes a serious matter. Aside from that, his arrogant composure at times gets the better of him.

Sasuke's reign as the Hokage of Konoha was cruel yet very prosperous, the crime rate of the village became extremely low as well as the corruption, this marked the golden age of Konoha and the reinstatement of the Uchiha Clan Police Force with further upgrading by establishing not only it's rightful place as the Police Force but anyone can be part of the police force now hence, Konoha Police Force is the unity of justice whereas the Uchiha Police Force are an exclusive unit. United Nations is established by Naruto that all five nations are to be in peace, he also created the Republic where different groups of people will stay together and harmonize.

The rp will focus on mind boggling mysteries on the level of CSI, Criminal Minds, Death Note and Hyouka.
Republic City? I dunno name it! It is a new village of alliances.
Another focus is, true Japanese fighting style with Samurai/Ninja fighting style oriented and no explosions of Michael Bay.

Kyouko's most prominent trait is her aloof, calm and collected behavior, she is someone who is seen cool on the outside but hot on the inside. She clearly shows control of her emotions and does not let it get in her way, a trait of her being a stoic person and enduring all sorts of dreadful encounter furthermore she is known to boss around and doublecross those who have no use for her. Apparently she blatantly speaks her state of opinion to a degree of sarcasm and blunt honesty which can hurt.On the otherhand, Kyouko is also known to love in a good capacity, showing a sugar and defrosting to warm demeanor, she values those who are considered close to her and will willingly protect them.
