The Story

Horikoshi High looks like an ordinary high school on the outside and it is, complete with nationally recognized status as an educational institute, perfectly ordinary kids, clubs, even a field trip to Okinawa once a year for the entire school. What is hidden beneath the surface though is that the school secretly teaches the new heirs to the Fujiwara-kai, a youth whose parents vary in rank as low as associates or as high as the children of Kaicho him or herself.

The purpose is to give the children a regular environment a chance to be like kids and socialize with regular people. They are also given the rare choice of completing their studies and entering society as a civilian or take the secret classes, projects and clubs that are designed to train and educate future members of Fujiwara-Kai, although so far none of the children whose parents are part of the family who enter have opted to enter into 'Normal' life finding it restrictive, boring and difficult when compared to the adventure, power, wealth and legacy that is the Fujiwara-kai.

The classes and clubs all range and vary in order to handle the different aspects of the Fujiwara-kai for example there is a class to teach how to handle a brothel, how to blackmail, or setting up a certain racket but all children are required to take one term in the assassination class. Every year, each student is called up at least once to show off their studies and perform a task for the family most of the time the task is assassination as this is to remind the students that the life of an Fujiwara-kai is not all wealth and glamour but can be harsh and those that enter need to steel themselves for their future. It is common though for some of the more skilled youth to be called up multiple times depending on their talents.

We live by the government's atrocities and corruption, this rp will be an equivalent of problem solving like Death Note with a combination of Shingeki no Kyojin's twist and element of surprise, I've done this rp before and I am doing it here for the first time.

The characters to be precise are not cliche, I am very keen about originality and technically the characters of the RP are bad guys vs bad guys, the simplest explanation I can give is:

We are flawed and totally an Anti-Hero/Anti-Villain like most Seinen Anime and Manga does, in a sense we do have some bad guy side because the school system is about being an Assassin, a High School Assassin on a style of Yakuza, Mafia and Triads hence we fight the bigger bad.

In this rp we will be facing different enemies time to time and each arc will have a different theme because I trust my members to orchestrate the theme for the new arc.

As the title said, I incorporate elements of mainly to aru because one of the major focuses of this rp are Espers then you got magicians and lastly demons. This will be high casual and the way this rp rolls is with intelligence, suspense and wits, meaning death is inevitable and mind rape as well.

For the most part, there are 9 top Espers and each of them are treated as weapons of mass destruction meaning to say they are our country's "Dragon" or more like if we go by Naruto logic each country possess a bijuu and that's how it is.

Keep in mind this is rated mature and there are disturbing themes.
I am more than welcome to hear suggestions and anything.

As she heard the shadow figure speak, Rukia's interest span aroused her curiosity, the naked fox walks out of the lake and hurriedly get dressed, she clearly knew that her fellow Spider was with Azure Dragon thus losing a bit of interest. "I have no qualms and no interest about that new guild, let 'him' handle it however it doesn't mean that I won't be keeping my eye closely on Azure." Rukia states her opinion straight forward and honest, things like this doesn't interest her greatly.

Farewell, I will be going, I want you to awake the Aetherius Troops and while you are at it, I want you to unleash that mindless demon, Walpurgisnacht and send it to the Dark Tower. I wanna see if these Dragons are capable of taking a miniature prototype of the original and only then shall they gain my interest."

Enter: Mikazuki Kyouko

A girl who is dressed elegantly in her school uniform with her hair unkempt, pitch black hair that is long, a frosting expression comes from her face. She is none other than Mikazuki Kyouko, the aloof and the so called mood swinger, Kyouko comes in and sits next to her classmate that is only available, she didn't mind him at the very least but just lay out her cold expression. The Ice Queen sure doesn't have the impression to make friends but who knows, every student here in Silver Cross have the same agenda, to become a Paladin and slay demons but for Kyouko? She doesn't show any interest on that, what she desires remains unknown.

Personality:
One of Kyouka's prominent traits, is her willingness to be playful, ruthless and sadistic on both foe and ally, she is openminded and speaks her mind to the fullest resulting into mischiefs. She clearly shows control of her emotions and does not let it get in her way, a trait of her being a stoic person and enduring all sorts of dreadful encounter furthermore she is known to boss around and doublecross those who have no use for her. Kyouka is able to inflict fear and adoration to those who work with her and it is something she clearly knows and takes advantage of.

Another trait that is known of her is that, she is very picky and prefers the company of women instead of men, it's not because she despise them but rather having difficulties conversing with them in a friendly conversation/manner and majority of the times, her composure in men is cold and ignorant. Kyouka likes teasing those around her especially if it's women sometimes in a sarcastic way or subtle, this implies whether or not she is a lesbian in nature but such theory is debunked when she stated that she prefers men that are older and strong. She has a catchphrase which is, "Drop Dead." Much to her usage of that phrase, it became a bad habit as she uses it in the wrong place and time, she also has many alterations of her catchphrase and fun fact is, she uses a cutesy quote that puts her into teasing situations from her comrades and enemies, that one liner is "Kon~", it is secretly confidential that Kyouka loves cute stuffed animals.

On the otherhand, Kyouka is also known to love in a good capacity, showing a sugar and defrosting to warm demeanor, she values those who are considered close to her and will willingly protect them and brutally kill those who hurts them.

History:
Not much is known about Kyouka although she is known to be the most strict, manipulative and one of the finest Jounin in Konoha. She is well known for her kenjutsu skills and decisive tactics, was once part of the ANBU in the Intel Unit. One of the best achievements known to the village is her unnatural fire release techniques and forbidden techniques.

Jutsu:
The simplest jutsu that a full fledged Ninja must have are the basic essentials, the likes of Shadow Clones etc.

Jagan Eye "Jaganshi" or Demonic Eye
-A doujutsu and unlike the three great doujutsu, these eyes does not see chakra but sense chakra hence making the user a sensor similar to the similar sensor every ninja would have. These eyes grants the user heightened senses, twice than normal as well as mind based abilities that would render a Yamanaka's mind technique inferior because it is able to block its interference and it strictly grants the user telepathy(Based on communication only) and limited telekinesis. Lastly it allows the user to have control and use natural energy/Senjutsu chakra, it is decided whether or not it can be used by the user, this is not to be confused with sage mode. These eyes are nothing compare to the sharingan,byakugan and Rinnegan as it is inferior and can only be good depending on the user although genjutsu hypnosis only works on a weakened target and it is totally useless against healthy opponents and strong willed, using hypnosis requires tedious conditions and preparation time and it can only be used once.

The conditions and requirements are:
Weakened targets that are mentally exhausted.
The user can't kill with hypnosis but strictly extract Intel only and put them to sleep.
It is short range but not more than 8 meters, eye contact is a must.

The weaknesses are:
Massive drain of chakra.
Those who are able to counter it will temporarily render the Jaganshi unable to use the doujutsu.
Obviously, Jinchuuriki.
The strong willed.

Those who possess or who are naturally born with the Jagan Eye, their eyes will be naturally colored red, the Jagan Eye is Scarlet Red when activated.

Crimson Flames, the Mortal Flame is a jutsu that is based on flames and purely nature shape transformation, the user is able to bend it's shape and increase it's hotness at will. If Raikiri was able to cut actual lightning in half, this jutsu is able to invoke higher burning rate of actual flames. The flames are hotter than normal flames and it is colored crimson red.

A Rank and below(C)
Red Blood Flames, the mortal flame that is known to be sticky as spiderwebs literally.

The Hellish Flame Series.
-Kyouka's second creation set.
S Rank,Blue Flames, hotter than Crimson flames literally and it is the evolution of the mortal flames.

Lastly, Kyouka's forbidden jutsu is...
Shirohomura the white flames.
- The highest form of the hellish flame series, it is colored white and it can't be change in shape.

All in all Kyouka's flames are ranged into hotness:
Red
Blue
Orange
Yellow
Green
White.

Kyouka's signature technique is:
A Rank, Maleficent the Green Flames.
-Green flames but not as hot as the flame ranking of Kyouka is hyped for, it is 4x hotter than normal flames.

Alongside her Kenjutsu skills, she is deadly as well in addition to her fan.
