Yeah, that's his whole game -- inexplicably get the drop on someone who should've seen it coming (especailly since, you know, they can, well, SEE).

But I mean these are constraints of the budget. I get that. It's pretty incredible considering what it is. It's not even the worst Marvel movie around, and they did it on a budget. Impressive shit. Helps that it's fucking brutal. Stabbing people through the eyeball seems to be a recurring theme.

I'm only a few episodes in, but it's pretty amazing, considering they did this without a network budget. The fight scenes are better than anything on television..... I'd say better than most movies too, but that's only because they're working within the no-budget constraints like champs. These no-cut long fight shots are amazing. Some of the acting needs work though. Murdock's partner looks like a chump.
