What do you get when you mix red and yellow?

Orange.

What do you get when you mix yellow and blue?

Green.

What to you get when you mix blue and red?

Purple.

What do you get when you mix anything with gray?

NOTHING GOOD.
But grays aren't trying to destroy the nuclear-powered clone-group family unit, they're trying to assimilate into it!

YOU HUMANS ARE ALL RACIST!

Typical. Whenever someone stands up to the gray rights lobby, you point the tentacle at us. This is what we're up against.
It's dangerous to society. When Grays can get married willy nilly, no less then the traditional Nuclear-Powered Clone-Group Family Unit will collapse!

THANK YOU!!

It's dangerous, it's shameful, and I don't want my broodlings exposed to it.
Twenty years ago you would've thought it's ridiculous that Engi battle cruisers could welcome Zoltan crew. The federation is changing. And yeah, some of that's good, I mean the mark-II crystal burst laser is a formidable weapon, but what's next? Where do we draw the line?
I miss the days when marriage was strictly between a man and his green Orion slave girl.

If half of them met the right slave girl in high-earth-orbital school, they wouldn't even be gray.
The problem is that this whole gray pride movement isn't just going to be satisfied with 'probing technicians.' If they could keep it to their spaceships that'd be enough, but nooooooo, they have to come down here. Before you know it they're going to sue churches for not letting them probe right there on the altar, and they're gonna win, too, because religion in this country is being martianalized by activist judges.
Pods? Are you calling me a pod person?
Falcon Punch?
Something something penis flytrap.
Not to mention those jungle floors don't get a lot of sunlight.

Right.

Essentially it's just sort of an alien ecosystem. Normally feeders come to the food and eat; some places, it's more efficient for the feeders to wait and the food comes to them. Deep ocean fish do it too; we sorta write it off because hey, they're fish, doesn't count, but it's the same principle in a similarly harsh environment.
