Avery nodded, putting the hat on. "Good thinking Doctor..." Suddenly they heard a cry and Avery's eyes narrowed "Doctor...are there any woman aboard this ship?" She had woman on her crew but they would stay aboard the Shadow Strike during a raid. When the doctor answered she went for where the cry came from, heading the other way then where they needed to go. She kicked down a door to find a young girl being held down by one of the crew, his head turned to look at the captain. She frowned and said "You coward...your fellow crew is above fighting for their lives and you decide it was a good time to attack a young servant girl and get off?" The man got up, the girl curling up in ball.

Avery moved forward, her eyes getting dark. "I was going to get off the ship without a fuss...but now I think I'll change my mind..." She suddenly moved forward, grabbing the man's blade from the floor and freed it from its sheath. The man roared and tried to tackle Avery but she moved out of the way and stabbed him in the back, holding him there then dropped him. His blood was dripping from the blade and she threw it away from her, almost scared of it. "Doctor! Get in here, this young girl needs your attention before we move on"

Avery smiled then pulled a pendent off her neck and put it around him. "If we get split up, my crew will see this and know your with me...whatever you do, do not touch the stone in that bag...and my name is Avery..." She ran out the door, knowing he was right behind her. She looked around the hallway and said "The crew must be on deck...we need to get up there without drawing attention to ourselves..."

Bane landed on the deck, looking around the deck for his captian. "Come on cap...where are you..."

Avery had been looking for a hidden door in the desk when he spoke and looked up, seeing the bag and smiling. "That's it! Perfect" She jumped up and went to him, looking around wildly. "We need something to tie it to my belt so it won't go anywhere..." Then she saw the look on his face and she sigh.

"Its something very important to me and my crew...its a unfinished mission for someone dear to me...and my crew understood the risks of getting this back to where it belongs..." She held out her hand said "Please Doctor...we need to go now if we are going to survive this" They heard another cannon hit and Avery muttered "The crew must be upset...they don't normally fire this much..."

Maggie sighed then nodded, starting to pace around the room. Tohru said "Why don't I make some tea? Yuki? Could you show me where the kitchen is?" she could tell Maggie was uptight and worried and she wanted to relieve some tension in the room.

Bane sighed and said "Neither do I...we better keep an eye on..." He stopped and sniffed the ashes, his eyes getting wider. "Sebastian...this thing..." He looked back at the demon butler and said "Its clone demon. I've dealt with these things before...a higher demon makes weaker clones of it self and sends them to do its bidding..."

Mokuba nodded, wiping his eyes as he lead the group into Seto's office. "They think he was taken from here...it was the last place I saw him last night...oh Seto..." He covered his face and Tea ran to him, pulling him into a hug. Yugi looked around then went to the desk and said "Tristen? Joey? Mind helping me move this?" He was pointing at the desk. It looked like it had been moved out of place, the carpet having marks from where the desk had been sitting before.

Seto was panting, looking beaten up and tired as the voice said "I will ask you again...where is the King of Shadows?" Seto said "Once again...I have no idea what your talking about! Now let me go and I'll show you!" A electric current went thru him, making him cry out in pain. "Mr. Kaiba, sooner or later you will give into us...one way or another..."

Amber was sitting in a tree, watching a group of demons heading south, her flame like eyes glaring at them. She heard steps and she looked down to see a white haired man below her, waving. She sighed and jumped down, landing on her feet and stood up.

"What is it Bane, you know I was about go on a hunt" The man smiled, his moon yellow eyes dancing in the darkness. "I thought you would like to see this" He handed her a paper and she grabbed it, reading thru it quickly. "The sun has been seen in the south? You do know how many demons are between us and the south right?" Bane sighed and watched his friend lean against the tree, his face worried.

"Amber...you can't keep going like this...you need sun light, and you know it. The moonlight can only do so much for you...and from the rumors we have been hearing the moon could be limited sooner or later...we have to get you help before its too late..." Amber looked at him and said "There's nothing we can do, Bane...I'm not strong enough to fight horde on horde of demons...and I won't risk your life just to get me into sunlight..." Bane sighed and shook his head, Amber closing her eyes.

He silently prayed *If there is still a God somewhere...or even a angel...please...help us...*
