Serena walked back in, holding a bigger bag that was stuffed. She walked over to him and saw him holding one of the pictures. She sighed and said "That's my brother...this is his place...I have been crashing here when I can't take Adam anymore..." She looked away, fighting tears. She took a deep breath and then saw his face. "Joey? Something wrong?"

Okay for all those I’m writing with, I’m not going to be on as much this week for I am on my own with the kids this week and I’m also trying to redo my office space. I promise I have not forgotten.

I am Megara Foxfire and I have been on the site for around 11 years now, old site then the new site. I am married to a wonderful man who makes me happy every day and I am a interior designer. I am at home with our daughter and son and I love to write to pass my time when I'm not cleaning my house or doing other wife things.
I love doing 1X1 role-plays and I love using thread or pms. I either go off my interest thread, which I have one that is more updated going or I have a list of characters that I am working on to base plots on. If you are interested in being partners just PM me and I'll talk with ya on ideas. I write causal, sometimes higher if the story grabs me.
I am up for anything as long as it doesn’t include kids or hurting kids or abusing them. I’m a mom so I don’t do well with it.

Serena smiled and said "That is very noble of you...you remind me of someone dear to me...he would have said the same thing..." She paused outside a nice apartment building and said "I need to stop here...A few things I need to pick up"
They got to a room, Serena pulling out a set of keys and unlocking the door. She stepped inside and said "I'll just be a few minutes, please make yourself comfortable" The apartment was huge, a modern style with touches of history, mostly from Asia and Africa. The place didn't seem to be Serena's, all the pictures and items were to remember Serena and showed that someone cared about her. There were pictures all over the place, of a younger Serena smiling and laughing with a older young man with dark hair and bright eyes. He looked familiar to Joey, and he should. He looked exactly like Mahad before he became Dark Magician.

She shook her head and swung her back over her shoulder. "I got it, its not too heavy at the moment. Come on, if we are going to get back to the shop before Yami wakes up and has a problem, we have a lot to do" She headed out the door, Joey right behind her.
They made their way towards downtown, Serena limping slightly but seemed to do better as they went. She looked over at Joey and asked "So if you don't mind my asking, how did you get wrapped up in all of this? From what I've heard, your not tied to the past like Yugi and Kaiba are"

Serena smiled and nodded. "Adam is my only friend...well, up until meeting you guys...he is the world to me. I guess I should have some back up...and I would prefer it not Yugi or Yami right now." She nodded her thanks as he helped her with her jacket, rolling her neck as she said "It won't last too long...I heal fast...faster then normal for me even lately. The wound on my side is almost fully scabbed already."
Margaret looked him over, then looked at Luna and said "Anything off?" Luna sniffed and then licked the side of Jynmi's face. She paused, almost like she was thinking of what she tasted, then she shook her head and moved off of him, sitting by her master with her head tilted. Margaret sighed and put her blade away, holding out a hand to the man. "Sorry about that...most of the time we are on a case and someone wants to come in, most of the time they want to kill us or get something from us"
After she helped him up she shook her head. "No, I'm not Glimmer. I am actually looking for him as well. A client of mine asked me to find him, fearing he was in danger. She is a seer so I take her information to heart...why do you have interest in him?"

Clara went with him, waiting out side the office as he was looking at something. She looked out the window and saw a group heading towards the manor. She frowned and her eyes glowed gold for a moment. "They hurt Maggie...that won't be forgiven so easily..."
