Bilbo closed his eyes then suddenly blade came thru the creatures head, taking the head off. As the creature fell a white haired warrior stood there, panting. He said "group together! They don't attack packs, only lone prey!" The warrior ran to take out another monster, the Wargs pack heading towards them. He cursed and said "now would be a time for your aid!" A hooded figure jumped in front of Thorin and the others, a staff in hand and a short blade in the other.

They turned to the other creatures and muttered softly under their breath and suddenly shadows jumped up and wrapped around the hybrids, holding them down. The warrior smirked and said "cut them down quickly! Before their friends show up!"

Ishizu opened the door to the main hall, Serena leaning against the Defender's arm fighting to stay awake. She blinked hard and said "I know...he can handle himself...I just want to protect...him...like Aaron would have..."

Tristan nodded and pulled a card from his deck. "Let's go Launcher Spider! We need some back up here!" A huge military machine spider appeared and started firing fire balls at the monsters while tristan pulled another card. "Give him a hand Super Roboyarou!" A armor covered warrior appeared and started to jump around and taking out monsters with his blaster. Tristan looked at Joey and asked "Will that work?"

Gandalf yelled "Move it now!" Bilbo started running with the others, heading into the open meadows, the pack a few miles away. Gandalf looked around, counted the members as they ran by him. "one, two....five six..."

Bilbo got ahead of the others, looking behind him. Kili was the closet one when he said "We might be able to out..." Out of no where a huge creature came and slashed at Bilbo, its blood red eyes staring down at the hobbit. It look like a orc mixed with a werewolf. The creature howled as Bilbo tried to move back, his shoulder bleeding badly. He looked up to see Kili round the corner and he yelled "Kili! Go back! Warn the others!" The creature lowered itself to bounce again and jumped on top of Bilbo, its fangs inches from his throat.

Serena tried to follow him but Ishizu stopped her. "Let him...as his guardian you have to let him fight his own battles" Serena cursed softly, then nodded, letting Defender help her out.

Tristen was standing back to back with Jeoy, the whole room full of monsters. "Joey...anymore ideas?"

They headed up the stairs slowly, Serena still barely awake but lastly longer then most would have. Ishizu said when they reached the top "you should go find the others...I can stay with Serena while you go ahead"

Ishizu went and took Serena's other arm as Serena said "no...drake is too dangerous...I have to back Seth...up..." She swayed a little, trying not to pass out. Ishizu raised an eyebrow and said "does she normally call him by his past name?"

Drake frowned then said "I guess are work here is done...Serena?" Serena looked at him and he said "I am sorry about this...I wish it wasn't you..." He threw a dart at Ishizu and Serena tackled her, Drake taking the chance to run thru another door. Ishizu looked up at Serena who smiled, the same darts as before in Serena's shoulder. Serena flinched then said "Is everyone alright?" Ishizu said "Serena..." Serena blinked hard and said "You two need to get Ishizu out of here...and help Joey and Tristen. I'm going after Drake..." She got up, the world already spinning on her.

Gandalf froze and looked around, his eyes narrowed "That was a..." Bilbo went white and said "Its a what..."

Gandalf frowned, listening to the tale. He sighed and asked "What would you have me do...my old friend..." Then he looked at Thorin and asked "Can you go ahead without me ahead? I must go and see to this...story and see it for myself" Bilbo looked at Gandalf, then back at Thorin. "Where are we heading next anyway?"

Gandalf frowned and said "that can't be possible...unless..." He turned Thorin and said "that path is one we must take later on...we will need to move carefully. Thorin, do you still hold the key?" He wanted to make sure it had not been lost in the fight.
