Serena opened her eyes and looked at her long hair and stared at it. Half of the black was coming out and turning silver, a shiny silver. She held her hair and asked “what the heck did that stuff do to me?”

John was already pacing book in hand when they came in and he said “don’t touch anything on the chained bookshelf. Those books are either haunted or cursed. And there is a difference” Trish sat down and looked around. “So cool…”

Serena came up and sighed, her hair wet and…bleeding? Her hair was starting to change color like the color was coming from her hair like wash out hair dye. She didn’t notice as her eyes were closed. “What did you say?”

John glared at Chas and then turned and headed to the study. Trish pointed and said “I think we follow him bro…just pretend it’s like school again”

Serena looked at her and said “your sister should know your alight…you don’t have to see her, but she should hear from you…I’d be going crazy if I were her.” She went under the water for a moment to get her hair wet, half worried she was going to get held down again.

John sighed and said “alright…let’s hit the books while the girls clean up. Josh? You and your sister need to figure out how she’s getting foresight dreams and apparently an empath…she just read me without trying to”

Serena smiled softly and said “thanks…he was a lot like josh…no magic in his blood but still…I can’t let anyone else suffer because of the cards I’ve been dealt”

John looked at Chas and said “apart from her having to heal me more times thing I should have to count…running into a burning building after my payback lost control…I have put her in more harm then I should have…”

Trish walked in and held Josh’s hand. “His upset…he feels guilty”

Serena glanced at her and said “I already lost one love to the madness of this magic world…I’m not sure I want to put anyone else thru that…especially because he is all his sister has” she sunk into the water more and sigh.

John nodded and said as he kept walking around “so either fee did it or…there is more to that riddle that hellblazer and the fire bird were meant for great things…I’m not sure what the bond will do. Hopefully not cause her any more trouble then I already have….”

Serena looked at her and sighed. “A guy like that wouldn’t want anything to do with me…just being a nice guy…he has his sister to think about…”

John was pacing as he heard this and then said as the siblings came back in “so it was her branding me…did my mark appear on her?”

Serena smiled softly and said “he is…very sweet too. He was trying so hard not to let me pass out and not look at me to be respectful at the same time. It was very nice…no, we need to keep them close. That eater was after Trish, and we need to figure out why”

John looked at his wrist and muttered “that is true…I wish I could have seen the markings myself…do you remember what they looked like?”

Serena frowned and slowly got up and slipped her clothes off carefully. “Interesting…I wonder why she’s just seeing us and not anything else going on?” She got into the tub carefully and hissed as the water touched her wounds. “Bloody that hurts…”

Kohn raised an eyebrow then said “we need to figure out how they have magic energy and she has foresight dreams. And no one has noticed till now”

Trish smiled and went to Serena and hugged her gently. “Thank you for saving me…” she ran out after josh and Serena smiled weakly. “Sweet…kid…what did you two…talk about…while I was…getting detoxed?”

John came back as the siblings did and said “all locked up and secured. Now what is the next thing we need to do?”

John nodded and left the room, vanishing so that no one would know where the vault was. He wouldn’t take any chances. Serena nodded weakly and muttered “thank you josh…” Trish appeared and said “come on Kay. Serena looks like she’s going to need help cleaning up”
