Bane heard the yelling and then stood. “Pardon me you two…” he slipped out into the hallway to see Sam snd moved over to her. “Ms? Are you alright?” He moved in front of her and said “it’s a lot to take in…the magic world under the human is confusing. But she isn’t lying to you”

He moved his hand and the shadows gather in his hand, moving within his fingers. “It’s a big world out there that your sister wanted to protect you from…I doubt this is how she wanted to tell you…but now you have answers to the many question…”

Bane nodded and said “they will be safe with me, Ms. Kay. John, stop moving around” John stared at Bane and said “wait that’s bane? What happened to his…” he stopped within a word to not make things more confusing for Kay to explain.

Bane looked over as John slowly opened his eyes and looked around. “Have to get out…Serena…down…” he tried to sit up, clearly confused. He saw Kay and said “wait…how did I get here? Where is Serena? She got hit before hose vines grabbed her…did they get me?”

Bane smirked and said “might need to have that talk now, Kay…”

Bane nodded and said “they aren’t hurt too badly we can’t handle. I’m sure they will be fine once they can wake up.” He moved to Serena and his eyes glowed for a moment and he cursed softly. “Those vines planned to drain them dry…but why?”

Suddenly John groaned, fighting to open his eyes. “Serena…look out…”

Bane laid John down and checked his vitals. “His getting stronger. I think we got them out before any true damage was done. Just need to treat the burns and let him wake up.”

He moved to Serena and moved hair out of her face. “Looks like she is the same. Her energy is returning. Just need to treat the head wound. I think that they were both hit while the vines attacked them”

Bane nodded and moved John out the other side, not using the shadows this time till Kay said it was alright too. He pulled John’s arm over his shoulder as Serena went between the two girls. Bane smiled at Sam. “Bane Clawson. You must be Sam. Pleasure to meet you”

They headed inside, bane carrying John as the girls carried Serena in.

Bane smirked snd said “just tell her I’m Serena’s uncle. It’s worked in the past. We just need to get them somewhere we can get a better look at their injuries and figure out what happened”

Bane smirked and said “I am glad I was able to be summoned in time.” He looked out the window as they drove and said “are you going to tell her everything?” He wanted to know how much to say in front of the human they wre about to see.

Bane used the shadows to put both of them in the car and he looked around. “It might get reported a wolf walking around…” shadows wrapped around him and when they pulled back a man in his place. He had dark hair and bright gold eyes. He moved and sat in the front with Kay.

“We are all ready, Lady Kay. Shall we?” He was handsome, and you could feel the power coming off of him.

Bane looked at her and said “she saw the attack on you young one…a part of her already knows this world. But we need help to help them. That will be all she needs to hear. We just need safe haven to figure out what happened. It’s not like the hellblazer and my guardian to be taken down by a plant…I think they were ambushed”.

Bane looked around and said “we should find the car and get them to her place…I can handle carrying them to the car. We just must find it”
