Bane sighed and said “Dante?”

The vampire nodded and leaned forward and said “back during the last war between the purists and the government, there was so much bloodshed that many thought the whole planet would die in war. So there were peace talks held and they all tried to come to something to stop the fighting. But it went no where until someone came out of the blue and made everyone stop. The words they spoke some how made everyone see the damage being caused. Peace talks went on and when the fighting didn’t stop still because of morons and bruts, the third party made them stop with their fighting and power. When peace was fianlly restored; the third party vanished without a trace…”

John nodded and said “it would help if it some how came up…” he looked towards the kitchen and cursed softly.

Trish was coming down the stairs, yawning. “Morning everyone…is Josh up?”

Serena shook her head and said “a voice…I don’t know it…john is still in danger…world wrapped in flame…” she fell against him, her legs buckling.

Downstairs they heard a loud thud and John looked up. “That’s Serena’s room…”

Dante looked at Bane then the werewolf sighed as he drove. “Matias…what do you know of the story of the Third Party?”

John sighed and shook his head. “Sometime after she eats and coffee and then I have no idea…how do you tell the girl your dating you were saved by their future child?”

Serena smiled and slowly got out of the bed and said “go get her then we can…” she paused, a strange feeling washing over her. A voice seemed to call out to her, maki g her turn her head and then heard his still in danger…don’t let them kill him or the world fire will happen

Serena held her head and felt light headed, the male voice saying it again as she swayed on her feet.

Bane got into the drivers seat as Dante sat on the bench in the back. “I think my car is still at the station…so what are we thinking this is about? Theories anyone?”

Bane started the van and started driving saying “with her reaction, the boss must have a big time secret…something with what she truly is…”

John smiled weakly at her and said “I’m better…still sore but I’ll be fine…how did you sleep?” He didn’t want to bring anything from last night yet until Kay had at least eaten and had coffee. He was wanting a stronger drink but probably wasn’t a good idea.

Serena smiled weakly and said “just need to get my body to move..it thinks it’s stiff from the last few days…” she slowly tried to sit up, sighing as she did so.

John nodded weakly and held his chest. “I’m going to have to be careful till this heals won’t I? This is going to suck…” he tried to stand up and it was slow

Serena nodded and said “ya, all those are reasons for it. And a shower sounds like a great idea…if my body will move..” Serena tried to move but her body was happy being in his arms safe and sound

The assistant nodded and said “of course. I’ll keep an eye on things” he headed to the office as Bane nodded. “Van is out front. Shall we get a move on?” Dante nodded and was checking his sword on his hip. “Ready when you are?”

He nodded and said “well I was supposed to work in her office today…can I come in and start getting things handled?” Bane nodded and said “if you could keep an eye on our healer?”

He smiled and nodded. “Of course.”

John cursed softly and said “I didn’t mean for any of that…I just didn’t want to cause more trouble with Renee…”

Serena smiled and said “we know each other really well. I mean we have been together almost my whole life”
