Dante opened his eyes and looked at Damien. “How did you know how to calm me? Only Ana has been able to before…and it’s normally her singing that does it…”

Ana smiled and said “I hope so…where is Lady Alex?” She tried to get up, her arms shaking.

Dante followed his breathing as best he could and after a time his shaking stopped and he sighed. “Thanks Damien…I haven’t been that upset in a long time…”

Grant sighed and said “I don’t want to lose more to this…monster…I might have to swallow my pride…” he looked at his wrist, a watch there with a broken face.

Ana nodded and said “Dante will be boiling…dealing with the lord alone…”

Dante almost fell when Damien took his hand but did as he said and leaned forward into him, closing his eyes to focus. He could hear Damien’s blood flowing but that was normal for Dante given his gifts.

Grant nodded and turned “I will make sure she returns to her loved ones…please make sure we don’t lose anymore of us to this Discord…”

Ana sighed and said “right…I’ll need to feed again…that vision of what happened hit me harder then before…have I missed anything?”

Dante’s eyes opened and he turned to see Damien there. He sighed and said “I can’t…calm down…he made me so mad in there…talking like she was the villain in all of this…I just can’t…”

Grant watched them leave and said “I will have my best men find out where the girl belongs and get her home. She said a shelter yes? Must be one of the war shelters being used for families split in the current human war. There’s only a hand full in London…”

Ana blinked and saw Vincent then held her head. “What…happened?”

Dante was by the window, leaning against the cold glass as he was breathing hard trying to calm down. His hands shook in fists. His eyes closed as he fought his breathing.

Ana stirred a bit and opened her eyes. “Damien…Dante…” she tried to sit up, shaking.

Serena tried to move and said “she saw something that scared her…that’s all I felt thru whatever that was…”

Lucifer came over and knelt down, resting a hand on her cheek and looked at her closely. “Maze and I are coming with you. I feel we are needed…maze? Do we have bags ready t9 go?”

Luke blinked and took the watch and tears filled his eyes. “My brother? My little brother…” he lowered his head and held the watch to his chest. “The only one who cares…thank you…is he still here? I want to see him”

Vale nodded and said “they are available, they aren’t on assignment right now. And I can pull strings to put them on a private mission under my supervision. And this would give Dante and Ana more protection as well.”

Luke looked at her and said “Lady Alex? How…did my family ask you to find me?” Zoey smiled at Luke.
