I'd think a professional would be a better place to voice your problems and vent for positive reactions, rather than the status bar of an RP forum. But that's just me.

[@neurovoid] That article looks incredibly biased for one agenda. There are various articles that list differences in neural wiring and anatomy. Not to mention hormones from gender-specific organs

Cyrus was in equal amounts interested and appalled by the theater therapy. There was no getting around it, they were stuck in a demented killing game. Caught by a stupid bear and his four horse riders. It was absolutely disgusting. There was no reason to be excited about being stuck in this hellhole. But since there was no getting around it, there was just one thing Cyrus could really do: Put his inner analysis machine to work. To process every word, every tone, every expression and every bit of information that came from the teddy bear. And through the cynical words of the bear and the sometimes worthless questions of the audience, gold was certainly struck.

He made a mental note of every detail of note. And while Monokuma’s answers didn’t provide any amazing discoveries, there were things to remember. They couldn’t get out without someone dying, but he never told them they had to be the ones to murder each other. Was there a possibility for outside interference? But at the same time he answered to Felix they would be stuck forever if they didn’t kill each other. Why did he need their trust? Yet, If he couldn’t lie, was there a way to reconcile the contradictions he had already found? Also, what was threatening to hit the world in a little while? And then there was the matter of this “killing game”, a reenactment of a game over a decade old… he needed a little more time to think about how to assemble various pieces there.

After receiving his E-handbook, the rules only added to his confusion. Maybe he should get one of the sisters or the good doctor himself to clarify a few of these rules later. But there were a few things he couldn’t ask. Such as, if the doctor could punish them himself as rule #3 states, why did he need nurses at all? If the nursing staff can not enter their rooms, can monokuma? If so, could monokuma simply attack them at any time in their rooms during the carnage hour? There were loopholes and uncertainties throughout the entire thing. Maybe the doctor could’ve hired someone with a good understanding of law to handle these rules next time. Cyrus offers quite fair rates.

Cyrus’s room indeed contained many items he had been missing dearly since his arrival. All his personal items except for his cellphone seemed to be here. Actually, maybe would’ve liked the peace and quiet away from his 24/7 ringing cellphone if this wasn’t a killing game. His room looked a lot like an office, as he had been working around the clock even when admitted.
Amongst the items he found was a notebook, that seemed to be the one he used in the hospital, which he tucked into his pocket. In addition, there was a large box with office supplies; pens, paperclips, a perforator and a stapler amongst other things… and more empty notebooks where his laptop had been. Naturally Cyrus wouldn’t have an item that could do something as detrimental as connect to the internet. Then there was a closet containing the clothes he had taken with him to the hospital (Which were only suits). Lastly, there was a bookcase containing many books on policy of all sorts: military health care, education, economy, culture, legal matters. Cyrus kept most of those around as reference material.

Besides the items he knew, there were two things he definitely did not own himself. He could feel anger gushing through him for a bit at the sight of the first one, and ignored it completely. Instead, he picked up the other item. If his knowledge served him well, this was supposed to be an orichalcum ingot. He too recalled what the doctor had told them about these, and he wanted nothing to do with it. But maybe these gifts would have their uses.

For now, maybe he just was going to explore their prison for a bit.
I'm here and interested. I just don't have a lot of time to dedicate to being active in the ooc. Work takes me most of my time, though I usually check the forum occasionally for updates (This i'm posting in my lunch break.) Besides my RPs and other hobbies, I have to divide my time very carefully. You can expect me to be active IC, but I can't regularly post ooc. I do guarantee I read everything im @mentioned in at the very least on the same day it is posted.
@BrokenPromise Rule 9 scares the heck out of me *hides in the corner*
I posted, though there wasn't that much to respond to besides witnessing the situation and answering Lawrence's question.

Location: Outdoor setting of a café in central Paris

As the Parisian streets met with Olivia’s feet, she was greeted with the sound of a shattering teacup. Olivia momentarily turned to the source and the then to the cause of this event. She had no intention of intervening, but she kept watching for a bit as the man looked like he was about to attack the child. Luckily the situation was quickly aided by what seemed to be the young girl’s father.

Noticing the peaceful resolution of the situation, Olivia turned around to return to her plan, until the father of the girl asked for her attention. If she had heard him correctly, his name was Lawrence. He had a slight foreign accent that she could not exactly place, though his French was definitely understandable. Olivia was quite tall for a woman, but quite easily dwarfed by this man. Something about his build, length and attire made him look somewhat intimidating, but that didn’t come across in his behaviour.

She looked at the man with a kind smile on her face, and answered in her fluent French. “Yes, what can I help you with?” She figured he would likely ask her the same thing as the man. As a doctor, helping other people was somewhat of a calling for her regardless of whether ir was related to health or not.

Nah.

I'm sure Caora will kill himself by autocannibalism. He wanted to find out if he tasted like cookie.
Alright, I kept my post a little vague because I couldn't make up from the posts who was where and with who xD But it's an introduction!

The infinite poet seemed like an honest and good man, despite his tendency to talk somewhat strangely in rhyme. Then again, infinites were bound to their talents. He had no idea where they were, but every ally in an unknown situation could prove a valuable asset. That said, he was unsure whether or not the girl…guy…thing… was something he felt the need to acquaintance himself with, something he didn’t even get the chance to do as Caora left them as whimsically as it came. It (as he decided to refer to the creature for now) seemed a little too carefree for the situation it was in, or maybe it truly had no reason to care? Perhaps that one was worth keeping an eye on.

”Most certainly.” Cyrus said to the poet, and nodded in agreeance to going towards a small group that was visible in the distance. It was quite apparent that they were all caught in what could only be described as a great unknown. In that light, the more minds they gathered, the better their chances of getting out of this situation safely would become. Though he had no idea what the bear was planning, he doubt he simply invited them all for a cup of tea. They might be in the cave of the bear, so to speak, and that was never a safe place to be. He shook his head at the poet as they walked Last thing I remember is taking a nap in my hospital bed. Unfortunately I know just as much as you do as to how I woke up there, I reckon.” He then thought for a little ”I never oversleep though, and I definitely slept longer than the planned ten minutes. I assume they kept us asleep chemically.

They joined the group just in time to see the infinite knight walk off. A pity, he was certain he would get along with someone who embraced the code of chivalry. He had to make a mental note to talk to the woman later.

He gave a short chuckle after the poet finished his introduction. He then adjusted his tie slightly as he spoke up.I am afraid my opening is not quite as extravagant. I am Cyrus Brandon. Let us all get along.” He showed them a friendly and confident smile as he observed his company. He recognized their faces, but had only heard of a few. He knew he had seen the model somewhere before, and he believed he had heard the violinist’s breakthrough composition before. The rest might as well have been strangers had the bear not bothered to introduce them. He figured they’d return introductions.

Its not upsetting, I just thought you didnt know how to say his name XD

But Cookie is a nice nickname...

I guess his execution will have him dipped in milk and eaten by a giant set of teeth? :D
