Mmm that's a very intresting character. The patriarch of the family would probally still protect him from trouble, although he wouldn't want anything to do with the drug business. Your character could have ties to either Brujah or Giovanni gangs.

Dimitri believes he is the reincarnation of Dracula, and the blood of his enemies make him stronger.

I mean that could work. Although they would be quite hated by the vampire community, which would kinda work with them being protected by the family.


I was thinking of a sleazy thug type, sorta Mob boss that deals in a new drug, which contains vampire blood, "Vamoril".
