@Renny Hmm, I think God Fist is a bit too powerful with no real flaws to balance that out. A flying brick type character might work but, he's more powerful than any accepted character. He's basically Superman except with less weaknesses. Also Metahuman and Supernatural are too entirely different categories. Nobody knows what makes Metahumans have their powers but when you get into cosmic bloodlines or what have you that definitely falls outside their purview. Also I'm not sure that a professional organization would accept someone so young. I'll have to see Poly's thoughts but God Fist is definitely too powerful. He shouldn't be even above the Half-Dragon dude.
@Sterling Well it's a matter of being true to mythology and folklore while allowing diversity in lore building. The old style faeries are a very diverse group of beings but putting them together with even more supernatural beings kinda makes the world smaller in a sense and diminishes the opportunities for building the mythos. Succubi and Incubi have nearly always been portrayed as demonic beings. If they were faeries, suddenly you could make vampires, werebeasts, ghouls, and such into Fae. Do you see what I mean? This isn't meant to be a condemnation or put down but that's just my thoughts on it.

@NubianLegend As Poly said, I'd like to see a few extra vulnerabilities due to your character's powerset. I know you're not finished but I would like to see a bit more about what motivates your character, how he ticks.
@CadenGallic Both sheets look good, but I think the Tortoise would be an interesting addition to the roleplay. Either choice is valid however. Whichever you pick, consider that character accepted.

@dragonmancer Keeping with Poly's guidelines, I think your character could use a bit more balancing if he's going to be that powerful. Perhaps using his dragon forms is debilitating and he can't keep it up for too long without suffering exhaustion when he changes back? Perhaps his dragon form has no defense to arcane attacks? Just a couple suggestions for game balance. I do think the 80 foot dragon form should be a complete last resort. And there should be quite a few control issues if a dragon is bonded to him.
In other words, Sam will let it slide cause he likes us too dang much.

I'm one of the Co-Gms so I'll answer.
There are many factions. There are lots of heroes of varying motivations and lots of villains of different shades. And there are lots of Mavericks, outcasts, and rogues who are somewhere in between.
The setting is kinda dark and semi-grounded so we don't want to get too outlandish but I'm excited to see what everyone comes up with. Characters can be unique and interesting while fitting in the tone and setting. On of my characters is a half-fae gunslinger with psychopathic tendencies. It's not the same as say playing a character who dresses up as a rat and throws explosive cheese at their enemies. That's a tad silly
