Halo: ODST, After the War

Julie quietly climbed off of one of the pelicans that had landed on the landing strip outside of the base, she turned around to look in the distance to see all that was left of New Mombasa. Although the city was slowly starting to be rebuilt now which was good now that the war had been over for the last four years now, she followed the soldiers towards the base and headed inside. Julie was already in her armor, she carried her helmet under her arm the rest of her belongings were already transferred aboard the Achilles. She heard that there would be some Sangheili would be joining them on this mission to the outer colonies.

Julie went into an elevator where the ship was being docked in as she pressed the bottom floor she felt the elevator moving and then a few minutes later the doors opened and she could see people were already loading up the ship for its departure.

Rina was in the school's gym getting ready for swim team practice when she felt a hand on her shoulder and looked up to see her teacher Tamaasa Sensei, some of the other girls that were in the room were already in their swimsuits and were all about to leave. "I was told to give you this." Rina's teacher said and gently gave her a pat on the shoulder and smiled. "Don't worry about club today, get your things and head to the room that was assigned to that paper." Rina looked down at the paper and opened it up to show the class room number. "Sure i'll see you later." Rina said as she turned around and started to walk out of the locker room.

Rina watched for a moment as some of the other students started to leave school for the day or going towards their clubs and other after school activities, Rina continued walking towards the room which she has passed by in the past. On her way there Rina got a glimpse of a transfer student who had walked into the room when Rina got closer it was the classroom she was told to go to. As Rina opened the door she noticed some of the other girls sitting in chairs waiting for whatever they were told to go in and wait for, one of the girls caught Rina's attention seeing that one of them was sitting in a wheel chair. Rina felt bad for her eyes going towards the others in the room, one of them seemed to be Chinese and the other two looked like to be Russian and the others were like her.

With a smile Rina walked over and took a seat in the middle of the room setting her bags down on the floor.

Bio: Julie was born and raised just outside of Atlanta Georgia September 29th 2530, she grew up never knowing who her real family was and spent most of her time with Raymond the two of them knew each other when they were little kids. Julie would spend most of her time causing some mischief with kids and adults around the orphanage, when she turned six Julie was abducted by ONI to be put into the Spartan III Program and taken to Onyx which was now called Trevelyan. Julie spent the rest of her childhood training with the other Spartan III's of Beta Company, she was eventually gone through the training and augmentation and survived. Due to Julie's skills she was put into The Headhunters, going behind enemy lines and taking out Covenant targets and bases Julie during her time behind enemy lines has learned how to speak Sangheili, Unggoy, Kig-yar and Jiralhanae. Having survived missions behind enemy lines as a Headhunter Julie was sent to Reach when word came out that it was attack by The Covenant.

That is where she met Raymond again though she didn't recognize him at first she aided his team with getting civilians out of the major city, Julie was then sent to Earth shortly before The Covenant attacked. She lived through when the Flood eventually came into South Africa, when the war ended Julie was offered to join the Spartan IV Program along with the other surviving Spartan II's and III's. Julie participated in both the First Battle of Requiem and the Second Battle of Requiem, now she is assigned to Tidal Wave.
Personality: Julie can be funny and sarcastic at times, but knows when to be serious and when not to be, she tends to be very quiet during combat but when off duty she tends to joke around and seems to be carefree most of the time.

Skills: Linguist, hacker specialist, covert ops, and pilot.

Family/Loved Ones: None she grew up as an orphan in an orphanage.

It would be the Flood yes since none of them were in Halo 4 so it would be interesting to bring them back.
