Krista quietly listened to Cassandra and shrugged slightly. "I have no idea why a wolf would attack even if it had been really battered by whatever it was that hurt it.. I'll get my things and we can unpack at your place if you want and we can go and get lunch." Krista said with a smile as she went to grab her things and then looked towards her friends and then over at Riley. "I'll be at your place later tonight and we can eat the last of the snacks we brought." She said as she grabbed her sleeping bag and then her tent stuff and strapped it to her back, and would reach over to gently hold Cassandra's hand.

Riley nodded at Krista once everyone had gotten their things out of the RV. "And about last night everyone, we can discuss it tonight or tomorrow whatever works for all of you." She told them as she got back into the RV and started to drive it back over towards her house, and then parked it once she was in the driveway. Riley then opened the door hearing the TV on she headed over to see that it was her father and quickly went to hug him. "Hey Riley, I thought you would be gone for another two days. What happened?" He asked, Riley shrugged slightly and looked at him. "There was some wolves there and we didn't feel safe there." She said leaving out the wolf attack part.

Sarah smiled and laughed at her friend and nodded. "That's fine since I paid for last night." She said as she continued to scrape off more of the wallpaper and putting more of the dissolver off of the wall and the wall paper. Once she finished a good portion of the room she set it down letting out a sigh. "So want to go and visit Riley, i'm sure she is home now."

4 Weeks After Waking Up.

It had been a rather long 4 weeks since she had woken up from the coma, but she was happy to be alive since waking up she spent a lot of time taking care of her daughter Sophia trying to make up for lost time over the past year since in that coma. Evelyn sat at her computer leaning over reading through the news a lot of the articles have been about a lot of people who had been woken up from their comas seeing some of the weirder stories from “Do the Awoken have psychic powers?” – National Enquirer, “Two Suspected Awoken Rob Bank” – Shanghai Daily, “Are the Awoken a threat to humanity?” – Globe Magazine.

Letting out a soft yawn Evelyn walked over to her bed and went to lay down on her bed, and slowly closed her eyes as she fell asleep. "Why don't you go outside and do something? You've been in here since you left taking care of the little one." "Because whatever happened to me, I wanted to spend the time that I missed with my daughter." Evelyn slowly opened her eyes and lets out a soft yawn as she started to stretch, she heard her phone going off and went to look down at it seeing that it was a text from one of her friends asking to hang out.

Evelyn texted her back and told her yes, she stood up and stretched slightly and turned to head towards the front door. "Hey mom and dad, i'm going to go out and hang with some friends i'll be back before dinner." Evelyn said as she got towards her car and started to drive towards her friends house.

The Sangheili ambassador's hand was much larger then what Christina had thought but she continued to smile at the Elite. "Thank you for agreeing with the peace talks Juso." She said with a smile before backing away and looked towards the female Sangheili and gave her a quick nod. "Yes their names are Cassandra Wellens and James Riley, they will be my personal guards during the peace talks." Christina said gesturing to the two ODSTs.

Cassandra noticed the female staring right at her, but she decided to not say anything about it and remained silent her eyes going over towards the Phantom dropship watching it turning around to leave the hangar. "The jump to slipspace to Aurora should be about a three day's trip from here, if you'd like we can show you to your rooms if you wish." Christina said as she turned around and gestured for the Sangheili delegation to follow her.

James walked beside Cassandra for a moment seeing the tense look in her face and lightly gave her a punch on the shoulder in a friendly way. "Hey, it wont be that long you know think of it as just a babysitting job." Cassandra sighed and nodded, even if the war was over it was still fresh in her mind. "I know." She told him and looked over at Rethea. And then watched as James turned towards the one Sangheili in red armor watching as James extended a hand towards him in a friendly gesture.

Christina lead them up to several decks and then they were in the officer's section of the ship. "These will be your rooms here, if you would like a tour we can if you'd like." She offered with another smile.

Cassandra stood in the briefing room with both of her arms crossed over her chest starring up at the ambassador talking with the captain of the Earth's Providence, she already read the briefing files and knew the mission. "You know Cassie, staring at the Ambassador Chistina Hays like that would probably scar him for life." James said with a laugh.

"You know the reason why I hate this assignment." Cassandra sighed rubbing the bridge of her nose and turned to look at her closest friend and the only person she trusted. "Don't you hate the hinge-heads?" Cassandra asked staring him in the eyes, James gave her a slight shrug as he leaned back in his seat. "I don't hate them nor like them, I mean yes they did try to kill us off." He answered.

The ambassador walked over to them, a woman who looked to be in her mid thirties with blue eyes and blonde hair looked at the two ODST's who were talking. "Lets go over and meet our new guests." She said as she headed over towards the door, the two ODSTs walking behind her and headed down the hallways until finally they were inside of the hangar bay of Earth's Providence.

Cassandra watched as a Phantom Dropship started to slowly land into the hangar bay, all she wanted to do was get a rocket launcher and shoot it down. But she knew the importance of the mission. As the Phantom finally came to a landing just above the deck of the ship and the bay doors opening.

Out came three sangheili, two of which Cassandra knew were males due to their size but then she turned to the Ultra, this Elite seemed to be much skinnier then their male counterparts. "I thought female hinge heads stayed back home, and do whatever it is that they do on their planet." James whispered, Ambassador Hays just shook her head as she approached the Sangheili party. "I would like to welcome you to the UNSC Earth's Providence." She said speaking in almost fluent Sangheili. Cassandra stood there glaring at the Elites but didn't say anything.

Bio: Cassandra was originally born on the colony of Reach her mother was a nurse while her father was a teacher, she grew up in the city of New Alexandria. She was born in the earlier years of the Human Covenant War, and wanting to do something she decided to join the UNSC the moment she got to the age of eighteen and enlisted. During training Cassandra was the best with a sniper rifle, and was extremely good with it after her first engagement with the Covenant Cassandra was promoted to Captain after saving some civilians in an abandoned building during a Covenant attack on the colony of Arcadia. She was then offered to join the ODSTs where she met her best friend Sargent James Riley, the two of them eventually developed feelings for one another and kept it secret due to them being in the same squad and her being a squad leader.

When the Battle of Reach started she witnessed the glassing of her home city of New Alexandria and aided with the evacuation of an ONI facility and civilians. Where she eventually was ordered to retreat back to Earth, having witnessing the destruction of her home she hated the Covenant even more and has a grudge against them. With the war now over Cassandra was asked to be a part of a diplomatic mission to her displeasure she agreed to go on it due to her orders, but she took James with her.

Personality: Cassandra can be very friendly with her comrades when they aren't in any sort of battlefield, but when she is Cassandra is very professional and takes things seriously. She despises all races of the Covenant Elites in particular due to her witnessing what horrors they have done during the war.

Skills: Sniper.

Bio: Originally born on Mars James' family were all in the military his mother a navy medic while his father was a marine, though he didn't see them much due to their careers he was often in the care of his aunt. But he was still very close to his parents regardless. When he was old enough he wanted to take his parents footsteps and joined the military as a marine at first and he eventually joined up with the ODSTs. During training he met Cassandra at first the two of them were friends and then they eventually started to date while still keeping things secret.

He participated in both battles of Reach and the Battle for Earth, sometime after the war ended James followed Cassandra to the diplomatic mission.

Personality: James is very friendly and sarcastic a lot of the time, even when in battle he is known to crack a joke every now and then. He doesn't take things seriously a lot of the time.
