I nominate Deathedge as a secretary just because. If no one's going for vice-president, I'll send him for vice president instead. The Deathedge Chronicles will then add in a new chapter to their fanfic tales based on true stories. Or maybe I'll nominate Saya as vice president for no reason at all.

I tweaked and clarified a bit more to my personality and background, so I hope that helps. With Sound Manipulation, I was thinking of it more as a personal thing. He can mostly just control the sound he makes, and the bubbles are only small. He could use it to project or quiet down his own sounds (his instruments/voice) and shut out sound so he doesn't have to listen to anyone. Zac: *nods at Ev, grinning* Yes, let's do it!

In the meantime, a sixth character is under the making. He's a teacher and the absolute bane of students who do not like to follow the school's rules. His quirk is literally having the ability to imitate certain characters (ie. giga drill breaker), and he has yet to defeat the archnemesis known as Super Mario Bros, despite fighting it for ten entire years. Also, he's a ninja. Chukklez and Destiny might know who he's based off of.

@Zaxter996 So now we know Sound Manipulation is a power that basically allows the character to control who makes noise and who shuts the f--k up. i want that right now Anyway, some limitations to the power will definitely help. From what I'm seeing, the power to control the very presence of sound would actually be more suitable for teachers (not to mention, but @Unfortunately already has a character who can manipulate a very similar ability). Putting limitations for a student character can make things less troublesome for troublemakers who want to make some plot, and can actually allow the Power to evolve into a strange way we never thought of before. Another option is to simply describe with more detail on how the Power works, considering how I'm judging the power based on a small and simple description. I honestly don't have a say in whether this guy needs Enhanced Senses to be changed or not due to the fact that he has nothing else other than Sound Manipulation as a source of power, so I'll leave that fully up for you to decide. If Enhanced Senses somehow connects at least loosely with his Sound Manipulation power, however, I think something we'd be able to see something very interesting. This guy is basically a less random Disc O who can play nearly any instrument. even the "he likes any kind of music, really" part is nearly the same 10/10 On another note, clarifying the extent of his powers by adding descriptions next to them will definitely help. And as a personal tidbit, I'd like to ask why he would get hurt for being a romantic especially in this school filled with romantics huehuehue. Clarifications by adding more detail to the Background will also help us know more about the character. As some personal opinions, however, I feel like you could make him less perfect by either toning down what he likes or changing his personality a bit. It's not a bad character, but he's basically an awesome guy with unexplained magic sound powers affected by minor flaws that's perfectly reasonable. A small twist would be my recommendation, though you do not necessarily have to follow my advice.
