@NarayanK Say, what character did you use for Jack? I have some ideas, but I'm curious.

Unless there is another idea you'd prefer me to use, I am using the character listed on his CS. I will send you a low-res version of what I've worked on so far.

O3O

I feelz very special.

Actually, the reason why I'm giving Jack an animation alongside a static wallpaper is because it actually looks pretty empty as a standstill picture. I'm trying to implement a monitor effect on the wallpaper, so it looks better off animated.
@Hebigami Shiho I finished Kae's wallpaper before Jack's, now that you mention it. I just need to find a way to upload it once I get out of this limited network.

I'm trying to animate Jack's wallpaper, but it's pretty hard.
Other than @Masaki Haruna, are there any requests I need to take note of? I'm currently making a wallpaper revolving around Jack atm.

Appearance:

Name: Kuroyashi, Hotaka

Nickname/Alias: Emo-Incarnate, Pennywise, Salt-Grinder

Position: None

Faction: None

Nationality: Japanese

Age: Presumed to be 18

Gender: Male

Blood Type: A+

Biography: Hotaka’s past is more known than his present self. His parents, who feared his enjoyment for destroying things and his deathly red eyes, once attempted to pry themselves away from the destructive child by abandoning him. It was a morally incorrect decision, but when Hotaka began to tear apart the household with his newly discovered powers, the powerless parents were forced to leave their own son behind.

The next week, they were driven mad by a hidden entity and murdered six people before killing each other. From then on, Hotaka was forgotten, and only the case of his parents’ homicide remained prominent to the public. No one knew where he grew up afterwards, but he soon returned, roaming streets and getting rid of so-called “human trash” by simply stuffing them into trash cans and dumpsters. Wherever he went, salt was left behind.

He now remains a man suspected as the murderer of not only his parents, but also a dozen people. And while Hotaka remains inactive, he also remains as a hidden obstacle for certain fighters, waiting for the day he gets unlucky.

To carefully put salt on one’s wounds is painful, but to recklessly pour salt on a dead body is a sin.

Personality: Hotaka enjoys using his Salt Manipulation power to travel. He absolutely loathes people calling him “emo,” and enjoys comparing his own weaknesses to others’ strengths. It is presumed that the aggressive personality he holds is a complete lie, as he has been identified to usually be a brooding individual. Despite the reputation he apparently created, Hotaka is never seen actually killing people. He also distances himself from anarchists. He has a humorously evil-sounding laughter, but it can actually come off as a frightening laughter once he actually displays his combat prowess.
Hotaka enjoys facing many kinds of opponents, and is willing to throw aside his time to fight them unless he has something very important to do.

Dislikes:

Skills: Controlling his power, using his surroundings to his advantage, thinking way outside of the box, eating

Ability:
Shio (Salt Manipulation): Level 4, Micro/Macro
Salt Manipulation allows Hotaka to generate and manipulate the properties of many kinds of salts. He can create walls of thick salt, form airborne platforms of salt, and can occasionally attack with salt. The salt can be used extremely well as a defensive tool.

Salty Suite: Hotaka has a higher tolerance against corrosive acids, and can mix his salt with nearby acid sources to increase the effectiveness of his power. Acids that have extremely high amounts of salt in them will be able to be controlled by Hotaka himself, allowing him to fling around corrosive liquids like whips. All salts generated by Hotaka that is dipped into acids must be used within five seconds before they completely dissolve.

Firewater: Hotaka incapacitates a target with his salt before forcefully shoving salt through the ears, nose, and mouth of the target. After letting the salt slowly approach the brain, he will twist the salts, randomizing their positions within the target, before tearing the salt away from the target. Firewater is incredibly effective against most organic targets and can be absolutely agonizing to them, as it hinders the opponents’ nerves for a long time.

Disadvantages: Hotaka is weak against foods that contains lots of bases. Ironically, if he were to be slapped by a celery stick, it would be more painful than getting slashed by a steel sword to him. Vegetables in general can actually be used in combat against him effectively. Hotaka is also limited to using Salt Manipulation to replace other magics. His salt is not the best offensive tool around, as it cannot pierce through nearly anything human unless someone gives him a jolt of power.

Attack Patterns: Hotaka has two fighting styles: one revolves around him being unarmed, while the other revolves around him riding on a motorcycle. His unarmed fighting style involves him regularly utilizing his Salt Manipulation to its fullest extent. He generally keeps his defense up before attacking. Once in a while, he may pull out a random object out of the three following items: a Molotov, a Magnum Revolver, or a knife. He does not use the objects that much, but he can become quite unpredictable once he waves said objects around without using them.

Hotaka fights completely differently when riding a motorcycle. Incredibly offensive, he can fight from a far distance while using the momentum he receives from the motorcycle to let his salt deal more damage against organic targets. His Salt Manipulation attacks become far more prominent, and he forms a barrier of salt around him, making an overall larger threat to his foes. Casting Firewater while riding the motorcycle can be far more dangerous than it already is, even if it is unlikely that he’ll land the attack.

Theme Song(s): Firewater

Extras: Hotaka is technically a thug who lives a thug life of using thugs to hit other thugs within thugs’ territories.
I'm having trouble finding the CS so I can edit it.

That may or may not be a bad thing for the world's future lol
@NarayanK Please go make one for Stella-sensei Also your character is accepted.

Gotcha. I'll upload several wallpapers I also made for some characters once I get back from my classes (btw, do I have to put the NPC in the Characters list, even if I'm not going to use him for awhile?)
Bang Constantine

The boxer punched the punching bag in front of him a few more times before turning to a white-haired boy. The boy did not seem like an impressive fighter, and the fact that he was an Esper seemed to support that a bit. Bang, however, never really thought about underestimating people, as he himself was underestimated so much back at his boxing career.

...Sure, he did beat a guy who single-handedly defeated Espers and Magicians while managing to literally tear through their attacks, but that was a totally different story.

"...Okay," he said, finally revealing his voice to the academy.

The man put down his training gloves and picked up a pair of blue boxing gloves, putting them on a bit slowly. As if he let Akuma choose where they would spar, Bang remained silent. He did not introduce himself, he did not ask of the person who proposed the spar for their name. If it were to help him train, whether he got beaten down relentlessly or if he stood with his body worked out, then he would be satisfied.

That was, unless the person who asked of a battle planned on killing him or something. That was bull.
I will post w/ Bang asap.
