Ok. I just wanted to know if there was a discord server or if there was going to be one... What do you think of my character sheets? Again, they are just prototypes. They are not finished and are still a WIP, so everything in them is subject to change. (Artwork is NOT mine. Credit to the original artists)
@Jones Sparrow? Have you checked out the CS's yet? No rush of course, im just a little anxious... I will stop pinging you about it now...
Anyhow... I am going to read up on all the other IC posts to figure out what is going on and what happened so far.
Territory: Due to their mainly nomadic life-style, they constantly move from place to place making it harder to map, but they do have some settlements and frequent trade and transport routes. (Map is currently WIP... soon to be added)
History: Once part of the Scrapper union, the Skahl is a nation of human and robotic peoples who are mainly engineers, mechanics, and salvagers. During one of many conflicts, the former Scrapper union was cut off from the main empire. Over-time, the remnants of the civilization began to rebuild, and the Scrapper union left them for dead. After this, the Skahl was officially organized, constructing towns and cities on the ruins of the old. However, bandits, raiders, and other nations raided them due to their lack of military, development, and defenses. Because of this, the Skahl ran off and found large amounts of scrap, machinery, and parts. They used these resources to build mobile cities on wheels, treads, and legs. The first city named Vashk-natsathilo'van was built. A walking township that grew quickly. Smaller towns were built inside of it and when they launched, they began their own lives. However, some of the Skahl broke off from their rule and built their own rule. Then more, and more, and more. Some changed to pirates, pillagers, and rouges. Others, into constant killing predators, and others became mercs for other factions. International war was placed on hundreds of fronts. Even now, skirmishes and battles rage in the far parts of the wastes. (still a WIP... Will be edited later)
Population: (Varies depending on the faction)
Government/Domestic Politics: Normally the governments are fair and just, keeping peace and running with care. Others are chaotic, anarchy, and dominions. The governments vary depending on the faction, but most are fair and lawful.

Military: Many of the factions possess some military, but few do have the majority of their populace in military. (WIP. More information and editing soon to be added)
Economy: The Skahl produce many different resources like scrap-metal, rubber, glass, metals, salvage, tech, machine parts, robotics parts, and any other kinds of basic resources and resources involving old-world tech.
Culture and Technology: The Skahl love technology, scrap-metals, and other peoples of different nations. They value economics over any other statistic from other nations. They do not care much for other nations military or size. They are intrigued, inspired, and impressed with economical and technological advancements rather than empire size, quality, politics, and armies... Most factions hate mutants, others are neutral or don't care too much for them, but few worship or serve greater mutants and (try to) introduce mutants into their civilizations. Not many mutant-loving Skahl factions exist, but there are some. Almost all Skahl nations enjoy or even encourage slavery, as they enslave their own nation sometimes. Factions raid other factions constantly and take and sell hundreds of slaves a month. Slavery is forbidden in some factions, but many introduce slavery quite frequently, weather it being their own nation or another. Skahl tech varies depending on the faction, but the technological advancement is very high and frequently found to be better and more advanced than most nations. They know how to build robots, vehicles, mechs, and more technological ordinances, few even the brotherhood cannot fathom.
Religion: (WIP... soon to be added later on)
