In the meantime, you guys might want to start working on your characters. I'm leaving the character sheets fairly open-ended. Make sure you include a name, age, rank (American Military please, we can only have one officer) and personality. You can make rough outlines of your backstory, but don't get too specific yet. Equipment might also be nice, as well as specializations. If there are any glaring holes in our roster (i.e. no one wants to be the Communications guy) I'll round it out. For equipment, think what we might have twenty years from now. Gauss is definitely going to be a thing, and drones might play a large role as well, but that's up to you guys.

This was comedy fucking gold. Granted, he was most definitely insane, there was no other explanation. Maybe someone had drugged him. He was considering this when his head began to hurt again. "Oh God, no." He dropped to his knees and clutched his head, his eyes glowing once more. The thoughts of the people in the room an undying symphony. "GET OUT OF MY," He screamed. "HEAD!" An explosion of force erupted out from his mind, breaking the glass out of a portrait on the wall. He collapsed, unconscious.
