Roleplay Interests: Star Trek, Final Fantasy VII, Pokémon and FFXIV. Pretty much exclusively right now. Doctor Who if you can sell me on a plot idea. I am very hesitant to roleplay in an original world, because I enjoy fleshing out my characters, and a lot of times original worlds lack a lot of the information I need to effectively roleplay. I roleplay PG-13 scenarios. I'm 30 IRL, but mature themes just aren't my cup of tea in general. If you desire more, I’m open to conversation. I tend to avoid relationship-based RPs, though some of my characters are more prone to it than others. I have no control over Emet-Selch—he does what he wants.
Roleplay Style: For the most part, I can't RP a child. Which of course is entirely awkward for most Pokémon RPs, so on the whole I'd much prefer to RP a Pokémon instead of a Trainer. I also largely RP males, though I've been known to play other things. I'm also entirely fine RPing Canon characters of my preferred Fandoms, and I like to think I do a good job? You can expect two paragraphs minimum from me, pretty much universally, with no cap. Sometimes I won't shut up. That said, I try to write concise posts—meat and potatoes. Once upon a time I wrote in purple, but I really don't have time for that anymore. With certain partners I can do bursts of rapid-fire, but at that point my responses will shorten.

"It's REALLY cool too! Or so they say. But um, most Pokémon don't evolve when they touch Awakening though, they just get more powerful. So you're totally super special. I hear you become this tank and can just like, take on EVERYTHING. EVEN THE SHADOW LORD! I heard you basically SOLO'D him!" The Kirlia's eyes were sparkling, and she was super hyped about everything involving Devon.

@Light Lord@Shiny Keldeo Clutching his arm with a free hand, the man stared at the ground awkwardly. At Devon's comment, the man spoke softly, "Yes, I know..."
Celes eyes began to sparkle as she just realized what exactly was going on. Pounding at her mount's shoulders, she chattered, "WOOOOOAH! You're a Pokémon or something then!? That's SO cool, and it explains how you can talk to Ranulf too!" Poking him she tilted her head, "Soooo, okay. You're an illusion? But I thought illusions were like... fake? Imaginary? You seem pretty real and solid to me." Pulling at the man's fleshy cheek she continued, "So like, what kind of Pokémon are you like? Never heard of a Zoroark before. Do you look kinda like a human, is that how you feel totally real?"
Hanging his head, Nasir replied reluctantly, "...I am in the fox family, as is Vulpix."
"Wooooooah."
Teal eyes focused on Lily whom had approached him, and Nasir gave very few visual cues to what was running through his mind. "...Initially, my illusion's purpose was to allow me to sit on the airplane with Devon." Averting his gaze his brows furrowed, and he said no more on the subject.
Both Nasir and Celes' attention focused on the Pokédex. After the demonstration, Celes' eyes lit up, and she let out a squeal. "Oooooo! I need this! Let's go! Mr. Black, ho!" Kicking the dark swordsman, she pulled on his hair in an effort to get him to take her to the lab.
Ooookay so now it seems like a lot more has happened. I guess it's my fault for not posting something sooner. So... Anyone mind telling me what's going on now? I think Robel is fine but something else is going on, so assuming that y'all didn't leave poor Gren behind at the restaurant all alone, I'd like to try to make him relevant again.
Basically Robel is being moved off to Rhys' healing... hut thing. Karaha and probably Breeze are going to see Glyph at the guild. Gren could tag along with them.
Devon and Lilisette fucked off to nowheresville so they could talk secrets.
@Light Lord "How am I supposed to know how you stop a war! You just do it, okay!?" Crossing her arms in a huff, she stared at the ground, "...Sorry. I don't think it's all by yourself though, it's just, it can't be done without you. Specifically, you."
As the Totodile accepted his fate, Lilisette nodded, "Umm... yeah. I mean, you're in all of the history texts and stuff. I would have had to do a really good job of sleeping in class to not actually recognize you." Holding out her arm, she pointed to his spikes, "They're a different color. Plus the fact you were a Totodile in Folio was a huge giveaway, too." Tapping her cheek she continued, "I'm pretty sure you're supposed to have someone helping you with all of this. Or maybe I'm confusing you with those other textbook heros. There's a lot of them, now that I think about it. You're just cooler. I actually did a project on you and stuff."
Taking a moment, she fixed her gaze on Devon, "I guess I didn't really answer your question. Stuff I know about you... well, you were summoned to this world for the specific purpose of stopping this war. Which it's not really a war so much as an era, and you have to like, fix it? I guess it's a war and an era." Thinking for a moment she continued, "Oh right! You get like this special kind of Awakening or something sometime too."
Blinking, Nasir's head tilted, "Lysandre...? Of... Lysandre Labs?" Putting a hand to his forehead, he let out a sigh. "...Well then. I'm... quite sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, my travels will likely put me within his reach. That said, if you do not wish to undergo testing anymore, you should stay away from him. Perhaps we can find... somewhere. I'm sure whomever was after you will be back with reinforcements."
Brushing his own tears away quickly, the man shook his head. "No, no, it's... fine, truly. Apologies for causing you distress, it was not my intention."
Standing from his chair, he looked down at his map. "So those men who demanded I hand you over. Are you on the run?"
A hand clenched his own arm, as the black-haired man's eyes began to well up. "If... it's any consolation, my experiences with them have been less than desirable." A quick glance to Itzal, and Nasir was aware that the child was in fact upset. "...You have my most sincere apologies."
@Light Lord "Human...? Maybe, I mean, I just know you're a person, and you're not from here at all." An apologetic look crossed the Kirlia's features, "Um, sorry. I probably shouldn't have just blurted something that important, especially since you apparently didn't even know yourself. You okay though?"
At the Water-types insistence, Lilisette frowned somewhat. "Umm... I don't know anything about your memories or lackthereof. Not to be mean, but none of that's really all that important. I mean, I'm sure it's important to you, but as far as the bigger picture's concerned, no it's not."
After a few moments of thought, she looked Devon in the eyes. "I don't realllly need payment, but I might have you help me later anyway. Ummm... I could probably tell you?
