The books don't specify a lot of species, they name a few with no stated appearances, while only fully stating like 4 with actually appearances.
Humans - They had all kinds, some didn't even look human anymore lol.
Valorion - Silver almost mercuery colored skin, the men can shoot plasma blasts and fly while the women have the ability to shapeshift their bodies (not into creatures or anything, but as like solidify, liquefy, and turning their arms into close range weapons).
Rustov - Main bad guys, they are parasitic machines that turns their hosts basically into Robo-Zombies. they was the #1 power in the universe taking and killing everything until Jack blank cause their defeat.
and another race Calirions or something like that (gotta look at again) - they are a race who doesn't like phyiscal contact, and don't seem to have much in terms of abilities but they calculate EVERYTHING they don't do anything if they don't like the numbers basically.
i'll have the names for the ones i didn't get right later most likely. any other race they mention are more of just names and the names would give slight suggestion to what they may look like.

It's race as in species, if you wish to include Race as in skin if yours is a human then go right ahead, otherwise it's just species because the city is massively diverse making all kinds of things you don't normally se. I have re-read the 3 books in the past like 4 days (1 book a day with a break at the end lol) in order to refresh my memory on some of the world's lore and on some of the cannon characters sense their NPCs in regards to the rp.

my first ooc post has all the names besides 2 that was accepted and i don't see an alex.

That isn't specifically what i meant. i didn't mean base as in just Red Blue and Green. one reason because then there wouldn't be much of different in the magic then, and even if it is a mix of any of those 3 doesn't have to be specifically attuned to them entirely. similar traits sure but isn't completely dependent on the other colors, and technically not sure how you can balance Wild and Calm which pretty much are polar opposites. If it was literally just those 3 types there would be no real variety which i was hoping to accomplish. Base colors mean each of the different colors themselves. Red, Blue, Green, Purple, Black, White, Yellow, Etc....
Basically by Mix of the base colors i mean like example: Pale-Blue. it's somewhat mix of White and Blue but without it being an entirely different color, or Shade of the original colors. Yours is trying to be Redish-Blue, or Blueish-Red, a mix of red and blue that doesn't create purple yet has similar qualities to the original blue and red.

book had an outside source as part of his primary but isn't all that's in the sheet. it's what will become his primary when his character learns more in controlling energy and everything. but also added in a source of magic within his character, and gave bit of a reason as to why the character's primary would be an outside source once we reached to the point in the rp where his character learns how to use an outside source.
and people still have to create a path for their magic to flow in terms of where they wish it to go, sense they can't just grab the energy and use it, because it'll become instantly unstable and blow up in their face with a 75% chance of killing them.. at one point in training sure people will be able to do it without having to focus for a few moments and just do it on instinct but that'll be a while, and by that point most if not everyone will be able to do it.

one thing i just noticed of you history is talking about his doctor father using time magic, one thing i did like is how you didn't say he simply speed, reversed, or slowed time or what ever. no he did 'personal time' in other words he speed up the body's responses instead of time itself. that works a lot better in a good balance to not cause time magic to be a forbidden magic. BUT there is specifically Healing magic.... that can do that and more without causing a person to become older and lose parts of their life because of their body's time was shortened some.
I personally think if his father is a Magic Doctor, (which there isn't a crap tone of magic users just so you know so it's not a common thing 75% of the people die from simply attempting it even if they come from a family that has magic users in it) he would be more using just healing magic sense Time magic is more complicated subject, and if he only knows one kind of magic it probably wouldn't be an advance type.
Which would also explain why they'd send him away to learn (incase you started to think that if they lived in a magical family they could just learn from them) sense 1. wouldn't want to see him die in front of them by their own hands.. and 2. Masters who teach others (which is a good amount.. considering how few there are) tend to be over hundreds of years old because of one reason or another thanks to magic.
So either offer some insight about that bit in the history or change it to fit a better suited ideal. then i'll do a quick re-read and you'll be accepted.

it's alright, like i said it is simply one of the new additions I've made sense the original so i figured it would have some confusing moments. Just like i should figure for Talent lol, in the original rp about 85% of the people who joined messed that up lol.

your almost complete, just your history still talks about the personalities changed his phyiscal capabilities still which i told you it couldn't do. He could have the phyiscal capabilities to do some of that already it's just his personalities are the only ones who will actual act on it like he doesn't believe he can do it himself. the main thing about that though.. i'd get rid of the running twice the speed of an average man. that's bit to much i think. sure can run faster than an average person but not twice+. i like characters being a bit physically fit but they shouldn't be extremely physically fit at the start of the rp.

I guess one, just because the color in regards to actual color code, falls between red and blue, doesn't necessarily mean it has the aspects of both. I did say people could say what a color would mean. though they wont just be different levels of the 3 that i originally told.
and i did say first come first serve in regards to that, which technically Gingerboi made a purple, though he hasn't fixed everything in his yet so his is not complete so not accepted, so it's still up for grabs.
Though amen is close and he also has purple, though has a better concept of making it, its own thing. which if his is done then he'll be the first come first served.
Yours the talent and primary source of magic is what troubles me. especially when you go saying 'requires more strength to use' and everything.. sure talent in Manipulating energy, i can understand that. all that would mean is he'll LEARN FASTER in regards to that in the lessons, it doesn't mean anything else.
While primary source of magic acts like he can simply just give and take magic from animals and plants like it's nothing which again not something he should be able to do, especially at beginning. To take magic from anything outside one's body and to give magic to the same thing is Fairly advance magic manipulation which no one will learn for a good while in the rp.
