The only major rules in regards to characters, besides the godmodding that you mentioned, is that they should all have a weakness that removes them of their powers. The more powerful the powers, generally the easier it is to be affected by the weakness on a daily basis.

Dragon Heart, for example, is actually fairly versatile and strong. And as such, his weakness could happen from a random fangirl (or fanboy, really).

Traveller (who I've made my PC), can't operate her abilities above three stories from the ground. Meaning she also can't open doors any higher than that to begin with, though she could still switch stuff from above that height if she was below it. That's a pretty common thing, considering this is Manhattan.

I hope that was clear, I'm not always the best at explaining things clearly.

@Polaris North The High Island can do just about anything as soon as people are clear of the area. But that's why he's one of Those on High.

So a Neutral Epic who focuses on rebuilding. You'd be striving to work directly with the High Island (who can do most of that instantaneously, for the record), and be trying to get into his good graces?

Beyond that, I personally don't see an issue with it. Reg should be back online in about an hour - 3 hours (depending on how busy he is / how late he sleeps in today), so I'll let him double check with that.

Dia cleaned up after eating, a quiet affair as she struggled to politely not talk to her roommate. With her luck, she'd just make it awkward and lose the chance at a good year.

Curfew had set, she was pretty sure it had anyways. She'd be lying if she said she'd been paying attention to the fliers and everything about all of that. She couldn't even tell you much about the assembly, even though it had only been hours ago.

Dia made her way up the stairway, slowly and silently, as she thought back to what the Headmaster had told her. She had a feeling she was going to carry that with her for the rest of the year, if not longer.

She let out a sigh, holding the ice rose to her chest, as she exited the stairwell onto the rooftop. She'd heard something about a Midnight Run, but it didn't interest her. She'd rather be alone, maybe practice with her ability some in a calm environment.

But in the back of her head, Dia really didn't think anywhere around here was going to be truly calm like she was looking for.
