Alright @ProPro.... Updated history like I told you was coming.

I'm sure there's probably things I need to expand on, so please let me know any problems Pro. You know the drill, heh.

Dia looked around in confusion. They'd been in the air, the trees. Then they'd been falling. And now... Trapped by earth walls? And had she squealed when they fell? She couldn't rightly remember at the moment.

She felt claustrophobic almost. And that ugly feeling she'd felt earlier was coming back as the voice spoke.

All she wanted was to have enjoyed the walk. Avoid the trouble of the... Whatever all this was.

Instead they were being tormented by someone. Well, two at least. She'd heard two voices.

And they didn't seem like they'd stop anytime soon.

Why couldn't they just leave them alone?

Dia realized she was shaking. Partially from the fright of being tossed up and held by trees, and then by falling and being trapped by earthen walls. And partially because that ugly feeling was growing with each passing minute. Felix was obviously highly agitated.

"Leave him alone!" She yelled, a blast of permafrost exploding from around her and Felix as her anger finally boiled over.

Shatter shook his head. "No. You are to go back to your normal life. If the High Venom has anything more, she'll contact you."

He disappeared, the shards seeming to twinkle before winking out of existence.

<Back in the Lair>

"It is done, Lady,". Shatter said with a bow. "U apologize for the delay. The was an unexpected appearance of another Epic in the middle of the fight."

"Who?"

"I'm not sure personally, Lady. The woman wore a gas mask, however."

"Guilt, then." The was a note of annoyance. "Nightmare, I expect you to retrieve the body momentarily once the area clears of the two. I plan to experiment with the remains."

"Yes, Mistress," Nightmare acknowledged.

"Set out at once. By the time you arrive, I expect they will have left."
@thewizardguy@Bluetommy

Shatter shook his head. "I was expected back by now. If any more delay prevents Nudd's death, and thus my return, I can guarantee either more Freaks, strong ones like Nightmare, will come. And that's a best case scenario. It's also possible that the High Venom herself will come. And that, I'm afraid to say, would equate to your death, Nudd's, and likely mine. Comet would be lucky to escape some form of reprimand, though it's not out of the question."

He disappeared, rematerializing closer to the woman. "Kindly step out of this engagement. This is my final request. If you don't, I will remove you from the scene myself. I'm not inclined to die today because of another. I assume you're intelligent enough to see reason here."

His arms spread wide. One might say he looked pleading, if he had a proper face.

"Either way, Comet, I think it's time you ended Nudd," he said, obviously giving a not so subtle order.
@thewizardguy@Bluetommy

Shatter's voice sounded again, an unmistakable edge to it. "You are interfering with the High Venom. I suggest you think hard before your next action."

A slight pause, enough for his words to sink in, and he rematerialized. "You are abetting a serial killer in interfering, you know. The High will be very displeased if Nudd remains alive," he said quickly, crossing all of his arms. "And I would much prefer the High Venom remains pleased, as should you."

<Back in the Lair of Venom>

"Shatter should be back by now," Venom stated simply.

"Perhaps there have been complications, Mistress?" Nightmare suggested.

"I'll give it another five minutes. If he's not back by then..." She left the statement hang in the air.

Just gonna interject that people with Defensive capabilities in many cases would, in my opinion, be immune to partial transportation by Guilt. Unbreakable skin, for example. Regeneration abilities would allow them to survive the rip, and depending on their variety of regeneration could leave More than a single copy to deal with.

Just my two cents.
@thewizardguy
Guilt opens into a dimension, Traveler merely opens between locations (and spacial swapping). Big difference when it comes to powers.
