I am going to avoid replying to Zakara until we give the guys at the pond a chance to play out their situation for another round.

Midori smiled to her friend, Sora. She felt that she could most definitely trust this new species of bird. She was very helpful and friendly. Sora nodded to Midori with approval as though they could communicate telepathically. Midori returned her gaze back to Mayura as she explained her history. "It seems like you have been through a lot and I think you may be in need of some companions!" Midori skipped over to Mayura and looked up at her. "How about you join Sora and I? I mean, we aren't going anywhere specific but it doesn't seem like you are either!" Midori seemed very enthusiastic about the idea she had brilliantly made up, looking to Sora for approval, who was only giving them half a gaze throughout the story.

"I suppose we could use a bigger team. Midori and I are strong but we may not be strong enough to fight the entire grove we came from." Sora nodded to Midori before turning to Mayura and nodding his black beak. "It's up to you from here. If you want to come along with us, we could use you." Sora preened his black feathers with his beak as he went back to letting Midori hold up their end of the conversation. "What do we eat? Uh... Small animals and whatever we can find at the moment. What does your kind eat?" Midori asked curiously.

Alyn seemed to sit atop the carriage completely silent. She was unmoving in her meditation state. This wasn't uncommon for her at the guild so she figured meditating here would be nice. Every so often it was interrupted by some birds landing on the carriage and Alyn trying to converse with them. It was very clear her friendship and love for the animals. She would have called her own flying pet, but she was very shy when it came to showing others her magic. A smile spread across her face whenever one of her little flying friends landed. She would proceed to take some seed out of her coat and feed them from her hand. During the ride, Alyn seemed very at peace and happy.

JEL's Guild RP

Alyn grimaced at the thought of the small carriage. There were no birds in there! How could she meditate when she was that close to so many people? She took a hesitant step inside, after all, she couldn't turn down the one man that actually wanted her to help. Alyn let out a joyful gasp as she sees that Amn will be joining them. He was the closest person to her in the guild. Even though they may have only spoken to each other a few short times, it really seemed like she didn't know many of the others. She doubted if most of them even knew her name.

Alyn happily climbed up atop the carriage next to Amn. She realized he too liked the peace and quiet and thought she would be most at ease around Majikku and him. Of course, her first and foremost reason for going up there was to play with her dear birds. Without them she would be friendless!

Sora and Midori both watched in awe as the bodies were burned to a crisp by Mayura. "Heh." Sora grunted with pride as he heard Mayura praise them. He knew he was quite the fighter and he was glad to hear someone else praise him for once. He had to be the strongest, to protect her. He looked around the forest, still seeming to be on edge but definitely much more calm. He seemingly ignored the fact that Mayura was scanning around in a fashion that was new to him. He took it upon himself to also glance around, focusing in. He wasn't searching for food, but more foes.

Midori smiled at Mayura. "Thanks for the help! You are very strong!" She took a step back as the bodies were burned, not wanting to get burned herself. "Where did we learn to fight? Back in the tribe they taught us before they started working us... What about you? Where did you learn that?" Midori asked, referring to her Hissatsu. Sora would have done more talking if he knew Midori wouldn't have said everything for him.
