Weekend was busy, hot, and tiring. I have stuff to do, and this week is looking to be a difficult one. This is going to be a VERY uncomfortable part of my life.

DAMMIT! SON OF A-! One of my favorite fanfics is stopping, because apparently it's breaking rules. Not only that, The fanfic I'm working on will have to stop too, since it's similar! This sucks! T-T

I got into another online argument about shipping again! I said that I ship Blaze with Silver, and they said that she'd be more likely to be in love with Sonic. I can't see how.

Bio

Hiyas! I'm Otomos. OTOMOS THE CRAZY! HYAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

I've got a handful of years experience Roleplaying here and elsewhere, so don't think me a rookie! My Avatar once looked like a part of some sort of time-theme, but that's just Chronos after he was brought back to life and upgraded! My more favored avatar is either Dimentio or the Azure Flame God, but how does one resist a clock face?

But that's in the Past. Now it's a pic of Gwyndolin, the Dark Sun!

Prepare yourself for the Persona of the week/Month/Minute/Whatever! Try to guess which Persona it is when you see it in my Signature! This little tidbit starts within a week!

My return to The Guild could mean many things! A new RP, a revival of an old idea, my participation in the arena as a Low-Rank Grunt, but most likely my return means that I'll participate in the more recent RPs!

With that said, remember to eat your porridge and limit your fire usage (we are drowning after all)!

SEEYA'S!!!

Girania Agidyne

Age: 120 years (though she looks 35 years old)

Gender: Female

Race: Nightmare-possessed human

Magic/Technology (if any): The Sigil that can be seen from behind her acts as a symbol of her mastery of fire magic, while also acting as a gate for her more powerful spells. With it she can alter the intensity of her fire, raise great pillars of flames, and even summon a four-armed construct to assist her.

On her own, Girania is still plenty powerful, being able to conjure and manipulate fire. From basic fireballs, to enchanting weapons and objects, to making an arena of flames, and much more. All at a cost, of course. Growing up as a prodigy of magic, gave her the ability to levitate her chakram, so she can fight without them necessarily being in her hands.
The downside to all of her spellcasting, is that it takes a large amount of energy to use. Likewise, the spells used with her Sigil take even more energy, continue to take from her as she prolongs their use.

Weapon (if any): Sun-inspired Chakram

Description:
Girania is a nightmare that possessed the body of a human girl. To indicate her control, her eyes glow like that of a monster's. She has the ability to switch to her host's original eyes, but that's only on occasions. Through years of research and experimentation, she had managed to grow large, white, beautiful wings. In order to make herself seem like an angel to the people of her world, she wears regal garbs that she had enchanted to act as light armor. Behind her follows a sigil of her own design. It changes colors every now and then for simple aesthetics, but serves more of a purpose than that.

Personality: Girania, for lack of better phrasing, is overall insane. She's sadistic and and murderous and always willing to take in (or just take) volunteers for her studies in fire magic. The reason for her obsession over the suffering of others and fire magic is because she wishes to become real. Not just her simple existence as she controls her host's body. She wants everything that she was, the entire nightmare that little had so long ago, to become a reality. Death, despair, suffering, and at the end, nothingness. That was what she wants to happen to her world. So she learns and experiments in order to become stronger, and craft an army of her own to accomplish this.

But somewhere inside, the little girl still live, and she even finds chances to control her body, albeit for short periods of time. Not having a chance to live her childhood, she still acts like a child, though she has all the knowledge and intelligence as her nightmarish jailer.

Bio: Girania started off as a nightmare. A horrifying dream that a little girl had after hearing some story about a demon. A dream that was filled with things no child should be allowed to witness. Burning corpses, melting flesh, charred skeletons, and all sorts of agonizing, fearful screams all made their homes within the mind of this little girl. At the very center of this nightmare, a monster that terrified the girl through its eyes alone.

The nightmare continued to haunt her. Once a month, at first, then once a week, once every three days, every other night, until finally, she was forced to see that nightmare every single night. She had experienced it so many times, that her mind and soul had begun to weaken. The nightmare sensed this weakness, and proceeded to take over.

What was left of the girl was hidden away somewhere in her own mind. The Nightmare took over and adopted the name that girl had given it: Girania. Just to torture her even further, Girania had taken her surname, so that anything she did that caused pain, suffering, and whatnot to others, would be as if the girl, herself had done it.

For the rest of her life, up to the Present, Girania devoted herself to the suffering of others, and the advancement of her fire magic...that is, until recently. Somehow the girl had managed to regain partial control. Whatever Girania did, she'd have to struggle to do anything to hurt those the girl deemed innocent.
Girania was angry. Why? No big reason, really. It wasn't as if she was in the middle of experimenting on her new test subjects or anything. No. It wasn't as if she was trying to turn people into loyal, murderous, and heartless creatures of destruction. Of course not. It wasn't as if she was planning to test them out afterwards by sending them into a city or village to turn people into ashes until someone stopped them. Why would it be?

Maybe she was angry at the fact that she had been in the middle of preparing her new test subje-I mean, FRIENDS- a nice, hearty meal to commemorate the beginning of their friendship. One of them, presumably a leader of sorts, even provided the food that was to be cooked!...Well, not so much 'provided' as 'forced into becoming after a pebble-sized white-hot fireball through the chest', but there wasn't much of a difference. Now it'll probably be burnt, and they'll al leave in a hurry in her absence.

Girania didn't even know where she was. She was in a bandit hideout one moment, and then at a...very complex inn or palace or something the next. There was someone at a counter. Maybe they'd know where she was.

"Excuse me, sir", she said in a 'normal' voice. "But, do you know where I am? I seem to have been teleported to some place I don't recognize."
@Banana

"Oh! You should be careful."

Yuki was surprised that the demigoddess had awoken and gotten up. In all honesty, she should have been resting. With all the energy she had spent, Yuki was surprised that Xoxi was able to get up at all. Her energy still seemed to be low. Yuki thought that she must be exhausted after everything that seemed to have happened.

Yuki tried to avoid eye contact. Without Claire being awake, Yuki might as well have been on her own talking to the girl. That meant that she wasn't as...social now. Claire was the only one that could help her open up, so when she spoke in response, she spoke in a whisper.

"I-I'm...Yuki..."

Meanwhile...

Claire dreamed in her unconscious state...no, not dreamed. Claire's dreams involved her music and her sister. This was no dream. It was a void. An empty space crafted by her mind to allow her to think on what had happened. Here, she could calm down and figure out what where and why.

Yuki had appeared. Yuki had appeared and stopped her. Yuki was still alive...which meant that everything Claire had done was out of some stupid misguidance. She had been foolish...no. Beyond that. She had been outright stupid. Claire had done exactly what she had been trying not to do, and that was go on a rampage out of anger and trickery. The mistakes of the old gods seemed to persist into the new generation. Even into Claire, who openly despised it.

She had to apologize to Cia. She just had to. She attacked out of misguided anger and selective sight. She threw insults at a goddess that had just spent 30 years recovering from her own mistakes. Claire screeched out the tragedy of Cia's action in an attempt to make her feel horrible as the music goddess attempted to MURDER her. She even caused her first new friend in who knows how long to hate her...Oh no. Claire had to apologize t

Despite that...Claire felt that a simple apology would not be enough. A thousand apologies would never be enough...

As she continued to think of some other way to make it up to them, she heard a voice. It sounded...familiar. She thought and thought, and then came to a memory. Yes, this voice was the one that kept urging her to kill. To kill harder, to kill quickly, to kill more than just Cia. The thought of someone trying to influence her left her miffed about things. She knew that it was initially herself that brought about the anger, but it was this voice that fanned and fueled the flames.

So you're the one who kept pushing me, huh? responded Claire to 'Helsing.' I guess that means you're the one that made me go way overboard. I can't really say I appreciate that.

Helsing offered to help her in times of need. The way he said it felt disgusting to Claire. She didn't want his help, but it seemed as if the guy wasn't going to give her a chance to say anything. Claire could already feel something foreign on her hand. It was beginning to annoy her.

Not even giving me a choice, huh? Sorry, dude, but I don't want your help. I have to face this stuff myself. If you don't know how to find Miriam, then you don't know her that well, and if that's the case you must live under some rock, 'cause everyone knows how she's like. Now get your mark off my hand.
HAHAHA I just finished a Psychology test. I'm gonna work on my post now.
Hm. I think I can make a character for this...if you'll have me.
So...should Kaathe just meet up with Evelynn in the market while he makes his way to a blacksmith, or...?
@Polybius

I changed the background a bit, but I don't really know how it was goofy. Was it the "bad crowd" thing?
@Wraithblade6

I always thought that the explanation there took place a while before the story begins, and that the dude died.
@Polybius

Out of curiosity, what exactly is the tone of the story?
I guess that will do for now. If anyone wants to interact with him, go ahead. Just be sure to let me know, please.
