"Guy issues?" Manami echoed, lifting a brow at her friends comment. "Well we're just two peas in a pod, aren't we?" She said with a little laugh, taking in the wonderful smell of her ramen. She had no doubt that Victoria had her own problems, seeing the look on her face as she texted whoever had messaged her said a lot. But she wouldn't pry, some people didn't like to talk about their problems, she sure didn't. She would much rather just have a fun time with a friend than being depressed and sad about whatever was going on in her life.

"Disney princess? God I wish, would make my life 100 times easier." She said, shoving a bundle of noodles into her mouth, savoring the yummy flavor. She laughed at Victoria's kind gesture but shook her head. "I think I'm done with guys for the night, beside guys are so overrated. They think they are sooooo important. I don't need a man in my life...even though it would be nice. I need someone to reach the top shelf for me." Manami laughed.

She never really took the time nor effort to find herself a guy, she believed that she didn't need to. If she was meant to be with someone than they would find her. Though she couldn't deny that it got lonely sometimes, seeing all those cute couples out and about made her a little envious.

Manami listened to Victoria as she continued to eat her ramen, getting to the bottom of the bowl. Using her little scoop she spooned the warm broth into her mouth. Even though it was just plain ol' broth it still was good and warmed her up. A shiver ran down her spine as she smiled. "Fish sticks and custard? Is that a pregnant thing or a Russian thing? Maybe I should try it sometime?" She teased, Manami had to admit that it felt nice and different to be talking and joking with Victoria. She had always found it hard to keep and manage friends but Victoria seemed different - easy to talk to.

The girl opened her mouth to say something when she was stopped due to some guy jumping into their conversation. He sat down without introducing himself, it was obvious that the dude was drunk based on how badly he smelled and the way he spoke. Manami crossed her arms over her chest as she stared at the guy a little annoyed. "You know it's polite to say hello before you just sit down. Also does it really looks like she's alone? What am I, chopped liver?" she said with a little pout.

Tao felt a sense of relief when he realized that Elise hadn't been offended by what he said, why he was so relieved by that he didn't know. When she moved her face closer to his he was a bit startled, snuggling his already red face further into his black and red scarf. This was way too much human interaction for him, why were girls always so difficult to talk to? Oh he knew why - because all the girls he always talked to talked about pointless thing like make-up or nails. Why did it matter to them what shade of foundation they wore? Oh it was so confusing for him.

He let out a sound of protest when Elise suddenly pulled both him and Ryan towards the stall but it fell on deaf ears, open entering the stall he stood behind the two other as they ordered their drinks, letting out a slow sigh. Ryan was obviously going hard, the guy must have had something on his mind cause the only reason you got so lit so fast was because you fucked up or something. "I'll have a butter-shot and a Manhattan please...." He said to the bartender. Once getting both drinks he quickly downed the shot and slowly sipped on the other, looking to the blonde male when he spoke to him.

"I'm not really sure myself, she just kinda grabbed me and made me sit." He said looking in her direction. He could feel his face growing warm, he had to be careful because he could not handle his alcohol well. "I was just going for a walk after a..um...stressful evening." He really did not like talking about himself.

When Ryan excused himself he blinked a few times, looking at the card with the phone number scribbled on it. His face growing a new shade of red at the males wink. He sat there in silence for a moment before looking to the bartender. "Two more butter shots please." He demanded, he really hated feeling the way he was and wanted to make it go away. The easiest way to do that - alcohol. Even though Tao knew it was probably the worst idea on the planet he really didn't care. Hell, maybe if he got plastered enough he could black out and just make the whole night end.

After both shots had disappeared and yet another Manhattan had been presented to him the dark-haired male turned to Elise, "why are you so nice? A normal person would not be so dang nice - you know what if your to the wrong person!" He exclaimed, slapping a hand on the stall counter. "You could get kidnapped or - or be taken advantage of! It's stupid! You shouldn't be so stupid - you should be smart like me!" He said with a little pout and a huff, his face red with the alcohol he had drank.
I grew up on sailor moon - I still love it to this day. In the way of "Magical Girl" or even anime where characters transform into different outfits these are some that I have watched and love: Kill La Kill, Princess Tutu, Mai Hime, Cardcaptor Sakura, Full Moon Wo Sageshite, Shugo Chara, Doremi, Pretear, Mermaid Melody, Kampfer, Tokyo Mew Mew. Stuff like that. I do want to watch Madoka cause people keep telling me it's pretty good, plus I enjoy darker themes in my anime. I also want to watch Precure - I haven't want any of those.

For Koharu and Sara I can't pinpoint any one show to pull inspiration from, I just like character that have depth to them - thus the broken household for Koharu and a possible conflict of what "justice" really is for Sara. I love drama and character growth.

The night was cool and calm as Koharu sat on the rood outside her bedroom window, feeling the soothing wind caress her skin as she tried to tune out the tantrum her father was throwing downstairs. He had been watching a football game while drinking, something that was all too common, and his team was losing - not a good thing for someone who was a bad drunk. A sigh slipped past her lips as she laid her head on the tops of her knees, which were pulled against her chest. Of course her mother was ignoring him, it was a miracle if the woman even acknowledged anything going on in the house.

Soon the cool breeze got a little too cold for Koharu and she was forced to retreat into her bedroom. Upon shutting the window the girl's room instantly warmed up, a little too quickly than what was normal.

"I really need to figure this out..." She muttered as her bright eyes drifted to land on a paid of ornate chopsticks that rested upon her desk. It had only been a few days since she the things had suddenly appeared in her backpack, she had no idea where they had come from but she felt compelled to not throw them out. The warmth they radiated was...comforting.

It had been a long time since she had felt a positive emotion or feeling within her home, normally it was nervousness and a hope that she would be overlooked so as not to be an object of her fathers drunken tantrums. But these two pieces of wood made her feel warm and safe, she didn't know why and couldn't explain it. So in her room they stayed, though she had to admit that she really wanted to know where they had come from. Had someone at school put them in her bag? Why did they give off such heat? Why did she have such a strange feeling of duty when holding them? So many questions yet no answers.

Koharu went to sit on her bed but stopped when a faint yet piercing sound echoed through the air, the hair on the her arms prickling with apprehension. Her gaze was instantly drawn to the window, looking to the city that rested beyond. She felt something pulling her, wanting her to follow that sound. Without really thinking the blonde girl grabbed her chopstick and shoved them into the ponytail in her hair, slipped a coat on and rushed out of the house, ignoring the screams of her father as he told her to come back.

Thankfully she didn't live far at all and a quick run found her in front of a convenience store, though as she stood there she felt herself freeze up. What was she doing? Why had she come here? If something dangerous was in there what was she supposed to do?

As Manami sat there in the ramen stall annoyed, a familiar voice caught her attention, how could she not recognize that mix of English and Russian? A smile instantly spread across her face as she turned to lay her dark eyes on her friend Victoria. Even though she hadn't know the woman for long she already felt like she could trust her and easily talk to her, perhaps that's why so liked Victoria so much. "Oh! I'm alright. I had a photo shoot tonight and apparently my partner didn't know how to take a hint. I've gotten him to leave me alone but I can see him bothering me in future." She said with a little huff. She looked to Isosef with a genuine smile, shaking her head. "No I'll be fine. I may look delicate but I assure you I can take care of myself. But thank you for the offer."

The nice old man who had defended her set down a piping hot bowl of ramen, it smelled absolutely amazing that it practically made her mouth water. The ramen man looked to his new arrival and could tell that she and the scary man with her meant no harm, so with a gentle smile he nodded and went to the back to prepare her request.

Manami looked Victoria up and down with a smile, "That dress looks amazing on you. It's probably more comfortable than this get up I'm wearing. It's a little hot to be honest." She admitted, using a pair of chopsticks to twist some of the soft noodles onto it and blowing them off to cool them down a bit. "How are things with you? I hope alright, I'd be sad if my friend had a bad day." Manami said with a little laugh, shoving the delicious food into her mouth. The taste was delightful! She would have to remember this place for the future.
