Superhuman strength, durability, speed and agility

Invulnerability: Unaffected by any kind of assault (except removing the Mask,)

Increased intelligence: At the loss of sanity, inhibitions, and self-control

Appear as any person with second lifelike 'mask' of a human face formed over the wearer's green "big head"

Toon Force: Cartoon Physics in other words, this comes with elasticity, transformation, cartoon, anime and video game character mimicry(he can only replicate certain characters when it comes to anime and video games, nothing that requires energy projection though, so physical fighters only)

Weakness(es):

Insanity: The very thing that gives him power is also his greatest weakness, any clever enough opponent cant trick him into removing the mask.

Human Body: He's indestructible while wearing the mask, however when he takes it off or it's removed he's an ordinary person.

Fainting: Should he get hit hard enough in the head while wearing the mask(roughly 10,000 psi) he will pass out for a while, leaving him vulnerable.

Without Mask: Mildly Sarcastic and pessimistic, a bit more tame around his girlfriend.

With Mask: Sexual Deviant, mild psychopath, a total smartass and a fans representation of whatever character he happens to be mimicking at the time, except when it comes to loony toons, he gets them right for some reason.

History(optional as always): Garry was destined for great things, this was made possible by the reputation of his parents, Angela Willick one of the country's top neurosurgeons and his father a renound psychologist and author David Willick. However despite having a literal path to greatness, Gary refused to follow in his family's footsteps. He wanted to work in something simpler by their standards like critique or film. However Film school was a mess, he felt he was wasting his time there and same with college, after half a semester he dropped out and left home. His trust fund made sure he could afford a nice apartment and go years without getting a job. He has proven to be a clever investor, making sure his money would last. Socially awkward by nature he avoided outside interaction for years after moving out. One day he decided to just throw caution to the wind and explore town for a bit, as night fell he stumbled into a rave where he met his now girlfriend Victoria Walsh, they hang out for days after their meeting and he even let her stay at his place for weeks. Soon there after her ex came looking for her, he kidnapped Victoria and beat Gary to near death before dumping him in the river. Gary managed to survive by grabbing onto a floating pile of debris, he found an odd looking mask and put it on after crawling back to shore. Once wearing the mask he was granted with it's power which he used to rescue Victoria by imitating Harrison Ford in that movie where he says he wants his family back, but in stead said "I want my Girlfriend back" and shaking down people in the street for hours before seeing her ex picking up take out and stalking him back to a warehouse. He then proceeded to go full Liam Nesson from taken on them, but instead of using pistols he used a wet and twisted towel to whip them around sadistic and ball busting game of rat-tail. Once they were incapacitated he proceeded to untie Victoria and take her back home, they have been living together and she's been her sort of side-kick and helping him do random hi-jinks around town and fight crime ever since.

Big City

The sound of gunfire flooded an old warehouse by the docks,people screaming in horror as they fled only to be gunned down before making it to the door. Castle stalked around the building wielding an M16 with an under barrel grenade launcher. He pulled out the empty 50 round magazine only to flip it to the other one duct taped to it. The mafiosos scurried around trying to find cover "Somebody shoot him!" The boss yelled from his office through the intercom.

Castle hid behind a truck before firing a grenade at a massive stack of "sugar" packages. The goons hiding behind it flew off into the walls and ground as the powder clouded half the room, their friends laid down suppressing fire to keep Frank from advancing. Castle looked around for a gas mask, once he found one he put it over his face and quickly moved to diffrent cover. As the goons advanced Castle shot them all down from behind. They cried out after being shot and falling to the ground. The powder cloud dissipated as Castle slowly moved over to them, the few that groaned and struggled to get up were shot in the back of the head.

Castle then looked up in the office and made his way to the boss calmly, te boss panicked and began to stack up his desk, a filing cabinet and hus personal mini fridge to keep castle at bay while he called for back-up. Frank holstred his rifle and took out a block of C4, he placed it on yhe door then went back down stairs. Once he pushed the button the desk and cabinets went flying to the other side of the room crushing the man. Castle grabbed a half full jerry can then slowly went back up stairs, he looked at the boss who was crushed under a filing cabinet but struggling for breath. He coughed a bit of blood as he tried to free himself. Frank began to pour diesel fuel on the floor and onto the wounded man, he winced in pain as the gasoline hot into his wounds. The man began to beg and pleade for his life, castle merely replied "I swore i was going to make you burn." As he lit a match and dropped it before walking away.

The man screamed in agony as the office caught fire and castle left the building. He went back into his battle van where his dog max was waiting, he pet the dog then turned on the engine. The warehouse began to explode as Castle drove away, on his way out he saw two more goons trying to crawl away "One batch." He said as he ran one over "Two batch." He said running over the other "Penny and a dime." He finisher as he drove out of the dock.
