For getting out of the game, there will be a final boss, which is only encountered if everyone fulfills their personal quest, told through riddles. Think of it like prerequisite for an event to be triggered.
UPDATE: I also forgot to add that the system is automatically allocating your stats until your first class Advancement (except Wild Class). After that, you'll constantly be prompted to use your 10 attribute points (AP) and skill points (SP) to add into whichever stat/skill you wish.
This decision is fairly impromptu, since I decided to give you guys free reign. If you want a Warrior with high constitution against magic attack, sure. If you want a muscle mage, go ahead.
@Naltorix I'll make it easy for everyone (since half of you guys are new to tabletop).
1 Spirit = 10 Mana Points 1 Stamina = 50 Health Points
1 Strength = 0.01 bonus for Melee Weapon damage For example, if a Warrior has 140 Strength, and the weapon does ~500 damage, then the total damage is roughly ... 500 x 1.4 = 700 DMG + original damage = 1200 damage.
(Confused? Anyone?)
I'll also be providing skillets for you guys to choose. Every time there's a change, I'll PM you guys individually your personal character stats.
I'm not making a Rules section because I trust you guys won't be nincompoops. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me through PM. If it becomes an FAQ, I'll post it here to share the enlightenment, psha.
Here is the CS.

Class Advancement
When your class is ascended, you gain new skills, passive and active, exclusive to the chosen class. You retain known skills.
You can change class if you drink from the Well of Urd, however, your class is reverted back to the base class (of choice).
Every time someone in the party advances class, the Wild Card will unlock a new class as well due to Wild Card's inherent bonus: "One for All, All for One".

In the year 203X, VRMMORPGs have become a common thing. After numerous trials and testing, none of the Sword Art Online gimmick occured. Until Insinuous Inc, a company that rides on the coattails of other successful studios, decides to chip in for the VR gaming goldmine too.
Demolishing ideas after ideas, and finally cherry-picking their mockbuster apple of the eye, Sword Fart Online, they launch the game and, as expected, is received quite well. Except they forgot to remove all the dump files stored in the developer folder.
Five chosen ones - how lucky! - who tried to hold out as long as they could before server maintenance booted them out find themselves reborn as new players in a secret, abandoned virtual reality game called The Nine Worlds.
The AI is conveniently a sadistic overlord who puts them through inane tribulations, threatening to fry their brains like fresh eggs if anyone tries to remove their VR headgears. So instead of figuring out a way to shut down the artificial psychopath, everyone in the outside world surrender and hope the hostages survive - because, plot convenience.
