No issues friend. It isn't a permanent mark, and the blood must be warm and wet for the best results. However the less life in the blood, the less specific his tracking becomes. Like cold, congealed blood would only really give a "North, South, East, or West" vibe and he'd have to rely on more natural tracking abilities.

But, for example, if he were to stab you and get distracted while you run off... Well it'd be fairly easy to find you. Kinda like in a slasher movie when the killer knows exactly where your hiding. I like to think that when he does the blood tracking, he latches onto the after image of someone's soul.
More of a proof of concept than anything, too tired to work on anything halfway decent. Everything is debatable and up in the air.

@Kafka Komedy
Hmmm, definitely interested. Kinda wanna make a Minotaur/beastman tough, someone completely mercenary. You pay him, he'll do whatever you want.

But like, Corrupted Gems. I have a feeling that they'd be a reoccurring problem for humanity throughout the ages, do they just assume that they are a natural, but deadly, part of the earth? Has no one studied Gems, or at least what they left behind? What do people do when a Corrupted Gem decideds to set up shop? Just leave and rebuild somewhere else? Because I doubt that three Gems could hear about every incursion of Corrupted Gems around the whole planet, has humanity just been running around like rats because /nothing/ they've made can effect the Corrupted Gems?
I have a logical question, wouldn't the knowledge of at least corrupted Gems be kinda common knowledge? Like, they are giant monsters that have no interest in upholding any masquerade and just kinda rampage around. Plus, wouldn't people ask questions about the giant battlegrounds, Kindergartens, and general Gem tech stuff that was left behind? And this is taking into account that people didn't pass the knowledge of the Gem war down throughout the ages. Assuming that people just say it's superstition, how would they explain the obviously artificial nature of all the Gem tech? I have many questions.
Dang it, a man is gone for a day and there's already a mountain of posts to dig through. Welp... no time like the present.
Man, I just beat Wolfenstein: The New Order and now I'm sad. That whole last quarter of the game or so is just... [Flaming plane crash noises]. A real whiplash of "Awesome things are happening and I'm a badass!" to... "Frowns."
@Lmpkio
Uh, yeah I'll try. Sorry I've been busy with... video games. It's kinda sucked up all my attention since I got them. But now that I've beaten them I can start paying attention to other things, like this.
I've only played Pathfinder, but I don't have too many good stories. Except the sewer quest. Goblins, shit bags, sewage slick walls, and a chimney make for a hell of a time.

I'm having a blast. One thing I've learned about builds is to not spread out. "A jack of all trades is a master of none" and all that. I just got Dragonfall and havnt gotten too deep I think, so far I using a human mage and its been doing all right by me. I just beat Shadowrun: Hong Kong a couple days ago, ran that with a troll street samurai. He didn't have the best build admittedly but... Eh.
