Appearance:
A man of average height and build, Driver isn't an outstanding individual outside of his attire of black biker leathers. The man stands at about 5'10 and around 185 lbs with a toned but unremarkable build. His hair is shaved closely to his scalp and seems to have a perpetual 5 o'clock shadow.
Personality:
Distant and detached from the world, Driver keeps to himself and never speaks much. He lets his actions speak for themselves and is favors pragmatism over more noble ideals. However if he dines to give you his word, you best believe that you have a man who will do anything to fulfill it. For such a quiet man he has a terrifying capacity for violence should you endanger him or someone he cares for.
Abilities:
Vehicular Manipulation:
Anything that Driver can manually drive, he can "improve". Take his motorcycle for example, without him it is a normal, albeit well maintained vehicle. However once he takes control it transforms, becoming tougher, faster, and able to run on any terrain. This transformation makes the vehicle appear like it came out of an 80's Synthwave poster and only lasts as long as Driver is in control, wearing off quickly once he leaves the seat.
Technology Creation:
A peculiar case of this power. Driver can only create upon already existing technologies and even then it acts more like his previous power, working only on what he has control of and following the same conventions. What was once a normal pistol is now a laser slinging sidearm, a shotgun firing plasma charged pellets, and a baton switching into a powerful stun stick... Just to name a few.
Weaknesses:
Simply put, without existing technology to improve upon he is but a man, a well trained one but a man all the same. Additionally it takes time for the improvements to take hold, about thirty seconds for a technology he is familiar with but taking up to three minutes with something foreign to him.
Biography:
Something that Driver has kept a tight lid on. He had a family once but not anymore, lost in the chaos of those first couple years. He moved to England shortly after everything first started going to Hell and since he was always good at hurting people he became a bounty hunter of sorts, doing what the stretched thin police and military couldn't or wouldn't do. It's gotten him into him into and out of trouble it's fair share of amounts, but as a drifter it could definitely be worse. He's traveled all across Europe in his travels, been the good guys sometimes... the bad guy others. He's come to Mundin to set up shop for a time, the location is a perfect staging area for new jobs and supplies.
Specialties:
- CQC, both with guns and in melee.
- Decent Shot, not the best on the market but he can definitely shoot worth a damn.
- Expert Driver, wouldn't be his name if it wasn't true. Driver can drive damn near anything that goes on the ground.
- Vehicular Combat, on the road you won't find a more deadly opponent.
- Cooking, specifically BBQ.

Equipment:
Things on his person at all times:
- The Stench and Torch- A homegrown batch of cigarettes that smell absolutely awful when smoked, the paired lighter can be used as a small flamethrower in emergencies.
- The Lifesaver- A hyperdense flask of whisky placed above his heart, it's contents aged to perfection.
- The Headache- A stun baton strapped to his left thigh. It's sleek, black, and glows with a bluish crackle of energy. Hurts like the dickens
- The Backup- Fully licensed and all. This energy pistol fires laser beams but is far more flashy than dangerous, with the right protection you'll easily survive. Though any run of the mill schmuck is in for a surprise.
- The Leathers- In all appearance a set of worn, black biking leathers. However should you look in between the folds you'll see that it is lined with a high-tech mesh that softens the punch of bullets and disperses heat. Sufficiently powerful shots or heat will overwhelm it however. Delightfully waterproof.
Things At Home:
- The Old Friend- The Driver's motorcycle. Powerful, reliable, and a host of sentimental memories. One of the fastest things on the road.
- The Party- An enhanced sawed-off shotgun. This slick piece of work fires energy enhanced pellets that can punch through nearly any armor. High spread and abysmal range, perfect for vehicular combat.
- The Headcase- A helmet and functional HUD. this hunk of gear keeps his brains where they belong while keeping him enformed of his surroundings.
