Bio

Welcome to my Bio, random person. Yeah, my name is pretty redundant (Polaris - North Star, North... well north.)

Things you need to know about me?

I live in the Philippines. I'm a student and life gets a bit hectic so please understand if I suddenly become more sporadic when it comes to replies.

I'm involved in a lot of fandoms (mostly anime) and as long as it gets my interest, I'll join. My range is from free to casual [or well, as long as I can get it from the post I'm replying to]. I'm more of a fantasy kid than a slice of life but I think I can join something like that. I'm not much of a romance writer so I keep myself to PG-13 and not exceed anything else.

Renzo nodded at Lila as she said her part. It was true for the most part but there had to be something that could make it work. He also knew that testing it here would be a bad idea. He grabbed the tube like thing and went off to the forest, quite quietly too.
"Don't worry, it's not going to fire." Renzo said as he stood up once again. "It never has before." He continued before looking lazily at it. "But we need to know how the humans use it so that we can create a strategy against it."
"Now that that's settled..." Renzo walked back to his den and looked at something he took from the humans years back. It was the tube-like metal thing that they use. He has been examining it for a long time yet nothing... nothing came out which greatly disappointed him.
Another good point risen and nothing to counter it with. Renzo literally couldn't think of anything to counter that statement. But he knew full well that they can't dwell on what ifs. Suddenly, an event, similar to this one, hit him so suddenly. The leader and himself was talking about moving away from this home. Renzo insisted on staying because of the dangers that would arise if they left. The leader refused it but Renzo managed to convince him to stay here. 'I forgot that it isn't the first time we've gone through this.' He thought to himself. He looked at Klondlike. "You raise a good point there Klondlike. I must say that staying here would prove to be a good idea. We managed to stay here with the danger of humans before, why can't we do it now?"
Renzo kept quiet and looked at Lila as she left. What a stubborn wolf... He then turned his gaze to Klondlike as he spoke up. "You're right, we can't be divided at a time like this but it is her own choice." He then looked at the forest entrance. "We can stay and fight but that would lead to more injuries but what if we go back here?" He asked Misty. "I'm pretty sure that the humans will leave sooner or later so we should just find a temporary home and stay there for a moon or two and then head back here." He suggested.
Renzo looked at Misty and bowed his head as respect before looking at her again, listening to the explanation on their idea. This was their home but they could easily make another one. This place may have held his memories but it was needed. The humans are getting closer... and closer to the point where he feels restless.

"Indeed." Renzo said, nodding at Amber. "We are in immediate danger and the relocation won't be so bad. But the question is, where would we go? We need to have a place in mind before setting off."
Akai jumped back once more as her sword flew from her hand, the X-mark really drawing blood despite her narrowly avoiding. It froze though as to stop the bleeding for a while. She didn't mind the pain though as she looked at Keith once more. With no warning at all, the runes suddenly activated, his feet suddenly became planted to the ground as ice began to form around it. The earlier strikes she made on the katana was taking an effect as well and with the aid of the runes, it froze all the way to his hand. He might be considered immobilized given his current condition and with a sweep of her arm, a chilling air was sent to Keith, freezing some parts of his body but what she focused on was the belt he had. It must have been the teleportation device, if she managed to freeze that, then he won't be able to escape. Hopefully.

Yamimori watched, frowning as he saw the drips of blood. "Indeed." He said with a nod as he heard Elizabeth's statement. He learned one thing about Akai... and that's to always keep a keen eye on your surroundings. He always lost to her thanks to that. He's learning though. This also thought him to not charge without a plan, although his mindless charging could fool anyone and that played to his advantage.
"Her conviction is as hard as steel. You can never break it... or at least, it's hard to." Yamimori told David before listening in to the others. "And don't worry, she won't die of over exhaustion, she will simply pass out. It won't shorten her life or anything." He continued, trying to clear up the whole 'giving your life up' thing that has aroused thanks to his explanation. He then smirked at Casper's observation. "You have keen eyes Casper, I like that." He said before looking over at Arisu, noticing that she was slowly transforming because of the cold. He took his lighter out and then used the heat coming from that, intensifying it and making it spread over to the group so they wouldn't feel cold. This did not include the fire though so it was perfectly safe. "Better?" He asked Arisu.
Sign me up Paul. Time to use my non-existent strategy skills!
Yamimori smirked at the mention of Captain Cold. A fictional character that he once saw in a comic book. He greatly enjoyed reading those over his school books so he knew about it somewhat. Through that, he learned English as well. He then became extremely worried at his older twin sister as he heard Elizabeth say that Keith was getting serious. Keith wasn't even fazed by the temperature drop, something no other person could do in their small encounters. "Good luck sis..." He muttered as he continued to watch. Akai just simply nodded. "I am no Captain Cold indeed." She wondered why the mercenary wasn't fazed by the cold but she soon came to a conclusion that he was a mercenary so he must have gone through worse. She then held her ice sword with both hands in a kendo-like manner. And she said that she didn't need those lessons. She started to evade those strikes which she can and block those which she can't. Each step she goes back, a small ice ring appears on the ground hinting on some sort of rune being created. Every hit of the sword contributed to freezing the katana which was being blocked by the ice sword. Of course, being a long-ranged user herself, some katanas managed a hit on her, drawing blood but this doesn't seem to faze her. In a quick manner, her left hand slipped from her sword and she continued to block using only one hand. The other swept from her side, freezing the air and creating ice shards which sped towards Keith. It would be quite hard to evade it as it was shot at almost point-blank range. She would have to react fast if ever Keith used his teleportation device against her but she mentally prepared herself to create ice spikes around her once he did teleport to her behind or side. Yamimori looked at his sister worriedly. "She might overexert herself again." He said. "Overusing her power has its consequences because unlike my power, she creates her power from herself thus draining herself quicker than most of our bloodline." He pointed out just to alert the others on her condition. "But please, make no attempts to stop her. Once she made her mind about something, it's hard to change it. Now, she wants to fight so let her." He continued.
