• Reaper - An enchanted M4A1 which has the capabilities of firingboth real and magic bullets. She is capable of wielding magic so she is able to incorporate her own magic to produce more magical bullets. This is customized so she can change the elements of the bullets by simply flicking a switch at the side of the gun. Slung on her shoulder, usually seen.
• Redeemer - A revolver that runs on both real and magic bullets as well. To change the elements of the bullets, one must reload the chamber with the element of your choice. It is kept at a holster on her hip. Sometimes hidden when her cloak is closed.
• Tenjin and Tenshin - Identical wakizashis that are usually hidden under her cloak at the back. She rarely uses them and is usually carried around as a memento of the two siblings she had been traveling with before.

BACKSTORY

Adira was born and raised in the Free States. It was always a hub of activity - with all races coming together here to sell, to find someone or to simply mingle with others. Although, of course, the presence of the Mage's guild there did help with attracting aspiring mages there. Her parents had died when she was just five years old, forcing her to the streets and to fend for herself. Of course, the first thing that Adira had decided to do was to try and beg for money. She managed to scrap through life like this, going around and begging for money and sometimes helping out so that she could earn money for food. At night, she would hide under stalls, or anything that could put a roof above her head and sleep there. For some reason or another, she never did resort to stealing. She never knew why, and admittedly, she kind of regretted it.

When she was ten years old, she was found by a bunch of gnomes. She didn't know what they were but they didn't seem to mind. They asked her if she wanted to live with them for a while and she, of course, accepted. They were surprisingly smaller than her, even if she was simply a kid who is also a girl. But when she arrived at their house, it fit her perfectly. She found out a lot about life and learned from the gnomes. Magic was something she learned from them as well. She stayed with them for another ten years, learning what she can from forging to magic manipulation.

Upon reaching twenty years of age, she began taking quests from the guild to travel. The gnomes sent her away with smiles and guns. She met Tenjin and Tenshin through this job. They started travelling together after finding out that they were doing well when fighting together. Thus started their adventures. The feeling of your heart beating against your chest like a rhythmic drum, facing a monster that you hope to exterminate... that feeling was something Adira treasures. It just gives her life a purpose. Seeking the thrill of adventure was something that was true for her.

However, as she reached her twenty fourth year in this world, something went wrong. Tenshin and Tenjin decided to go on an adventure together and left Adira by herself. They wanted to bond as twins after all and Adira respected that. She did easier quests, quests that she can handle by herself. Months passed and they didn't return. She grew worried. One night, someone knocked on her door. She opened to see Tenshin, injured and dying. She tried to help as best she can, calling healers to aid Tenshin but he was doomed to die. He told her of what had happened, how the monster had jumped them while they were sleeping on their way home and how he managed to get out because of Tenjin's sacrifice. Tenshin didn't want to leave Adira wondering what happened to them so he managed to trudge on, holding onto life just by sheer will. So he died on the bed a few hours later.

Adira seemed undeterred in her quest for seeking thrilling adventures, even with the weight of her two friends' death. But she always remembered them by carrying around the wakizashis Tenshin use. She will always remember them and has made it her goal to find the monster and kill it as revenge. Until then, however, she will continue working for the guild. After all, recklessly searching for that monster would only result to her ending up like her two friends. She's also waiting for a group to help her in her quest but she never did post a request for it. She wants to get stronger first.

Edged Horizon

The feeling that something had appeared. Just like earlier before, but much more stronger in his opinion. He wasn't sure what it was. Not yet, at least. It was only a few moments before a horribly monstrous roar pierced the silent air, sending shivers up the butler's spine and making the horse panic a bit. He easily calmed it down. Something was definitely out there. He wasn't sure where it was. All his alarm bells were ringing, his body tensing up and his grip on the reigns tightened. Something that could make that kind of sound was definitely something dangerous.

His gaze went to the two ahead of him. "What do you think was that?" There was no fear in his voice - more like concern. Whatever that was sounded big and, again, dangerous. While Lady Charlotte is an apt fighter as she is a vampire and is in possession of Talentium, he was not sure about Lady Duchamps. Sure, he heard that the family was in possession of a God of War, but he was not sure whether or not Lady Duchamps was the one who wielded it. Alex is thinking that perhaps she does know how to fight as she does seem like an experienced traveler, but he still couldn't help but worry.

Panic began settling in her heart. It was her fight or flight instincts kicking in. And they were saying 'run'. Though she wasn't sure what the other two thought about the subject. Were they thinking about heading towards the source and finding out what it is? Or were they thinking of running away? Not liking the silence that followed, he decided that it was high time he asked. "Shall we turn around? Or are you thinking of encountering whatever that was?"
