@Cleverbird I have some plot threads planned out that I’m going to present; most of which will be based around the characters. Those will have some structure to them, but ultimately it’s up to you guys which threads you want to follow

Duskwing watched as Fernstar hopped down and headed towards her den, followed by Sunfur first and then Leopardfang. It was nice to see the concern that the clan had for their leader, and she was no exception. She didn't want to bother Fernstar now, but she made a mental note to wish her luck before she left for Moonpool. She padded over to the fresh kill pile and snagged a part of the squirrel that she had caught; nodding her head to Sunfur and Spidernose who were also resting nearby. She let her thoughts wander a bit as she gulped down the food. She trusted Fernstar to be able to protect herself and Blackpelt likely had something that could help them on their journey. She snapped out of her thoughts as Moosepaw approached, pleased to see that his paw appeared to be hurting him less. She twitched her whiskers slightly at his willingness to get things done despite the cold, and the fact that he had gotten injured a short time ago.

"We can certainly go practice if you think you're up to it," she quickly finished the squirrel and pushed herself to her paws, "I was thinking that it might be time for you assessment soon." She flicked her ears around the camp, listening to the other ongoing conversations as she waited to see how her apprentice would react to the prospect of getting his warrior name soon. He was getting close to the proper age and he had provided a great deal to the clan over this leafbare with barely any complaints on his end. In her opinion Moosepaw was more than prepared for the responsibility that came with being a full fledged warrior. She would be sad to no longer have an apprentice to guide, but she knew that would be quickly overshadowed by pride for the young cat.

Stormheart felt a purr rumble deep in his chest at the prospect of Fernstar becoming a fully fledged leader, not that she wasn't already, but to actually have nine lives, he couldn't even imagine. His eyes flicked around towards all of the movement that started up around camp at the end of the meeting. Several cats heading towards the fresh kill pile and others prepping for training with their apprentices. He was grateful that the fox had successfully been driven away before Blackpelt left, things could've ended up significantly worse for many of them. He himself didn't have an apprentice to train, so he'd need to find something to do to busy himself. He noticed Redleap walk towards Brambletail and mention something about a strange scent on the border; frowning slightly at the prospect of there being something else creeping around their territory. He also heard Spidernose talking to Sunfur about a potential hunting patrol, so there definitely would be enough to do.

He went ahead and trotted towards the fresh kill, grabbing a mouse and settling down in the least snow covered spot he could find. "If you need anyone to join you in the hunting patrol," he directed towards Spidernose, "I don't have anything else to do today." Hopefully Sunfur would take the time to rest his paw, if he ran around he might cause whatever venom the snake had to get worse. He bit into the mouse, keeping an eye on their deputy just in case something needed to be done about the mysterious scent.

Eclipse felt a swell of pride for both his aunt and his father, who had served as a guard for the queen for as long as he could remember. He wasn't sure if his father was among the guards with her right now, but he couldn't imagine he'd be anywhere but with his sister on a day like this. Unfortunately they weren't really close enough for him to be able to discern which dragon was which under all of the armor they wore. His dad took a great deal of pleasure traveling around with Queen Ember and pestering her when she wasn't busy with her many duties she had to preform every day.

Queen Ember's voice was clear and strong despite her youth and general inexperience. He knew he'd never be able to stand up in front of this many dragons and give a speech like this. He glanced at the dragon's sitting around them, almost all of them were watching with rapt attention at the words that rang out across the arena. Before they were abruptly cut off as something struck her in the neck and she fell back into the guards with a scream; red covering the pale orange. He could see the guards moving in to surround her, some facing her and others facing out frantic eyes on the crowds below.

His entire body froze and the screams of the other dragons around them faded into the background as everyone began to panic around them. His dad was up there, their Queen had been struck with...something, he hadn't be able to see exactly what, and might be bleeding out as the crowds pushed and shoved in order to escape. With the chaos there would be no way to find the one responsible, they could go after his dad or his mom next, and he had no idea what he could possibly do to help.

He snapped out of his panicked thoughts, just barely catching the tail end of what Skua said to him. "I...I don't know." he looked backwards towards Ash and Sunrise who were staring with horror and shock on their faces; as were many of the other dragons who hadn't run. He looked up towards where the soldiers were circling, attempting to calm the masses. They didn't seem to be having much luck.

His voice finally caught up to his thoughts as his head whipped around to Skua, slightly frantic, "That's my family up there! I have to get to them, what if the dragon responsible is still here and goes after someone else?!" He could see the pent up frustration in his friend's stance as he spread his wings went to take off into the sky, and froze again, this time with indecision. He needed to know if his family was okay, but he didn't want to leave his friends here in case something happened. He looked back and forth between the chaos on the pulpit and where Skua stood lashing his tail, completely unsure of what he should do.
Got some very basic details about NPCs put under the Maps and Lore section for general reference. I'm working on the starter post and it should be up soon.

Thank you guys for being patient!

Eclipse grinned at the teasing from his friend, knowing that despite the tone, Skua really meant what he said. "No one I'd rather have following me around and looking intimidating." Despite the tensions in the air it did seem like most dragons were having a good time with the festivities. There was plenty of food and interesting conversation to be had, so that hopefully boded well for the coming days. He continued eating tuning into the snappish back and forth that was going on between Ash and Sunrise, but that was about the usual for the two of them. He could hear snippets of conversation going on all around them. Dragons talking about mundane things like what time the festival was going to end or what food they should get. However, there were also those that talked a bit quieter about rising hostilities among the tribes. He hoped it was just talk.

He was snapped out of his thoughts as he saw Skua glance skyward and heard the call of one of the many SkyWing soldiers flying with Queen Ember. Must be time for the speech, he was certainly interested in what his aunt had to say about everything that was going on. She looked radiant as ever with the various pieces of jewelry catching the sun and sparkling across her scales. His head tracked her across the sky as she headed for the high part of the arena where she addressed the crowds.

He turned his attention to Skua at his comment, "That certainly makes it easy. No need to fight through the crowd to get a good spot to listen." He shifted slightly so he didn't have to crane his neck around to see the queen as she settled onto the pulpit and the guards took up their positions nearby. Some in the sky and others on the ground.

Her head held regally Queen Ember gazed across the assembled dragons as they flooded into the arena, a faint smile across her face. As she stepped forward and addressed the crowd, "A warm welcome to the Sky Kingdom to each and every one of you. It is our pleasure to be able to host a festival for all of the tribes of Pyrrhia." She gestured towards the crowd with her claws as she spoke, the smile never dropping from her face, "It brings me great joy to see so many dragons from so many walks of life gathered together; appreciating each others company."

Eclipse let himself sit back and relax a bit. The calm nature of the Queen's stance setting his mind more at ease as she continued her speech.
4th character has been approved! I should be able to get the starter up in the next couple days. I’m moving into an apartment so I’ll be a tad busy, but I’ll do my best.

That being said, anyone else still interested can either let me know here or over PM.
Still here!

Cassius thought back on his employer, a Mr. Woodard, who was a less than pleasant man, but his coin was just as good as any other and he never turned down a job when the pay outweighed the distaste he had. Despite the conflicting rumors that were swirling around the so-called "Woodard Plantation Monster," and the lack of luck from other prospective hunters, he'd gladly taken the job. Unfortunately beyond said rumors there was precious little information about the thing. Rumors weren't good enough to track down a beast of this caliber, but that hadn't stopped him before and it wasn't about to. His best bet would be to head towards the plantation and see what information he could gather from workers and nearby residents.

He moved along with the flow of people moving towards the Cropland Pass, thankful that most people moved out of his way, considering the "when" and not "if" that Mr. Woodard had used in his conversation about the job. He had a fairly good reputation, but he was unsure if that was desperation or respect coming from the man. He pulled the pack on his shoulders a bit higher, clanking the silver and gold arm guard, before dropping his hand onto the hilt of one of his swords at his side. The familiar weight was comforting as he tracked the haunted eyes of the people walking the opposite direction.

He kept a close eye on the dozens of people walking back and forth along the road; occasionally tuning into a conversation to see if there might be anything of value to learn. As the woman dragged a haggard looking man past him chattering about jobs; he clocked the mention of the Woodard Plantation. A frown pulled at his face as he considered the implications of the rumors spreading outside the Croplands; perhaps his employer had a right to be as concerned as he was.

As their voices faded away and he returned his attention to the crowds noticing a few people that stood out, namely a young man with a hoe on his back, must be a farmer of sorts, and a young lady who appeared to be travelling alone; which wasn't the best idea. Especially with all the beasts and vagrants that liked to wander the lands. Speaking of vagrants, he scowled at the two scruffy looking men that leered at several young women walking the road; but as long as they didn't cause any trouble. As he had the thought and prepared just to walk by he saw them push off their spot by the gate. He paused for a moment, stepping a bit to the side so people could move around him, to see where they went.

His grip on the pommel of his sword tightened as they approached the young lady he'd seen and grabbed onto her arm. He went to step towards the pair when the same young man he'd seen walked up to confront them. He thought about walking away, continuing to look into the actual job he had, but something kept him from turning away. He took the few strides needed to step up beside the man in blue; standing just a bit taller with arms crossed over his chest.

"I'd also be interested in knowing what's going on," he kept his cold gaze fixed on the man holding onto the girl's arm, "Nothing untoward I hope."

Eclipse hesitated for a moment, "I'll come back as soon as I can," he took a step back into the shadows of a nearby office building, "Good luck!" He took a beat to darken the alleyway, just in case the villain got bored and tried to follow. If he did he'd have a hard time blundering his way through pitch blackness in that metal suit. The driver was a dead weight that grew heavier by the second, but he had a rough idea of where the nearest hospital was. Thankfully not too far. He ignored the both odd and concerned looks of nearby civilians as he jogged from the alley who, apparently, hadn't be warned of the nearby problem.

It took longer than he would've liked to get to the hospital, but he quickly got through the doors to the immediate concern of the nearby nurses and waiting patrons. As a doctor was called and a nurse ran up, he rattled off what he could discern while at the scene, "Severe whiplash, possibly a concussion, but there's no external sign of injury." As a gurney was pulled up, and the man was settled on it, his shoulders sagged slightly in relief. He gave a quick salute and grin to the staff, "Back to work for me." He turned and ran back out the doors towards the direction of the fight. Hopefully nothing had gone wrong in his absence.
I'm waiting on someone to send me their CS at present. I'm hoping to get a bit more interest, but we could probably start once there's 4 people in
