@rocketrobie2but seriously what is that thing called it's like a rock or something tied to a stick that I think native americans or australians used to signal each other and create sound i know it's a thing that exists but i can't think of what it's called

Yeah, some fusions, especially the more power based than weapon based ones, don't really /need/ a fusion weapon, but it doesn't really stop us from trying.

back in V1, we actually took EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER AND MADE FUSIONS AND WEPAONS FOR THEM ALL even though we didn't use a fraction of the ones we made.

@2b3heartwith that in mind, you could do a ton of things for fusion, not to mention just with the weapons generally. Throwing them at people, upgraded to be hooked or serrated, climbing.
For a fusion with a difficult weapon like Sodalite's shield gauntlets, you could look to the weird webbed swimming gloves, but bladed webs, and then a blade going from the tip of the pinkie going down to the wrist.
