A grin flourished on his lips as he followed behind the others, mirroring their moves with near perfect accuracy. As the conversation fell into priorities, volunteer work, and ultimately useless babble, Nagatoki stepped up next to Fujimaru. Like the Captain he put his hand to chin and feigned contemplation. As Fujimaru began to speak, Nagatoki dropped his act and instead started to busy himself as they all deliberated.

Crap, the hell should I do while everyone is running their mouths, Nagatoki folded his arms over his chest. They can all wait outside to be honest. With my skills and infamy, I could probably take the Mad Dog down all by myself. His cheeks reddened at that thought, an obviously large smile on his face.

Oben whistled an impressed tune after getting over the initial shock. He eyed the beast with pity, shaking his head solemnly as he sauntered towards it. "Must be painful," he murmured, thinking of all the ways he could ease the kobold tremendous pain. Which deathblow would make its life and death seamlessly intertwined? One moment it was breathing in agony, the next would be a rather perfect, eternal slumber.

He pulled back his nodachi in a formal stance, jutted forwards, and extended the blade aiming for its head. Whether it was a clean strike or just another messy blow would be up to how quick kobold reacted."Don't struggle, I know it hurts."

As for the classification system, I prefer the new one over the old. This one just "feels" more to the point. I imagine the new system would be offered to the public as a early warning system or something and the old one would be meant for N.O.V.A and other Variant agencies around the world.

Many of which he hardly understands. The voices of people around him often scurries into his mind-space and despite this, his fear of standing out keeps him from seeking outside help. His need for freedom won't allow him to be hospitalized, however he's intelligent enough to know that his psychotic breaks, and quirks, could cause trouble. Until he gets it all under control, he's decided to play on his introverted tendencies.

The Vargas couple moved around a lot up until they settled in New Haven. By this time Jayson had just turned seventeen and he had cemented a few bad habits. He distanced himself from most people; though he had many talents and was reasonably handsome, he lacked the confidence. He holed himself up in his home, at the age of nineteen, after saving up a bit of money from his side-gig of animating, he moved out of his parents home and into Ville Rouge.

Now twenty, he animates out of his own apartment and rarely leaves. He hear the voices of people hunting him, watching him, and waiting for an opportunity. Any reason to "Bring him in". Because of this a bit of paranoia has entered his life. Since before his adoption, Jayson had always felt something swelling around him; the paranoia has turned it into a thorny overcoat. Always itching and digging into his skin.

@Artifex I would say superficial wounds will heal in minutes and deep/fatal wounds hours. His ability can keep him from deaths door for a few days. A bullet in the head, decapitation, and severe damage to the brain can kill him instantly.
