I feel like it would be better story wise if maybe he didn't have it fully conquered in the beginning. Give more character development and all of that.
Alright, but he won't have two Keyblades at the start. I will allow him to have two, but not until much later.
If Joshua is gonna be in the party, he'll be a novice (or a very slightly more experienced novice) since there really haven't been any strong enemies or tough battles around for him to become a veteran upon.
