@AmbraHey no one said having super powers was fun in general sense. Besides I like idea of having a person who isn't evil and doesn't really want to do bad stuff, but since she cannot control her powers well people get hurt... a lot :P without her even wanting them to! All she wants is to be able to talk again

@Ambra Was thinking more along the lines of: She instictively tries to speak without knowing the powers have appeared. Cashier starts screaming with bleedings ears cause ultra high pitched sounds damanged her eardrums then noelle panics and starts screaming in her mind but powers are powers and ultra high pitch starts causing ultra mayham around uncluding people with hurting heads damanged ears, shattering glass and so on :P

True Appearance: Since her regular appearance is already close to her true one, at first glance nothing much changes. Her hair grows somewhat longer and seems like the cyan color turns into a natural one for her hair. Her hair is made into two tails and etwahl appears in her arms.

Powers:
Visage voice- Being originally a singer, after the merge with sona’s abilities, she seems to be able to let out sound waves even in her normal form. Effectively she can directly speak into the mind of people via ultra high frequency waves, but normal people cannot understand or even stand them. Causes headaches and nosebleeds to normal humans.
Power Chord(passive)- Her songs form auras around her which affects allies and grant them magical boosts. Additionally after using 3 powers in succession, her next attack is empowered with magical energy.
Hymn of Valor- Using this ability she sents two waves of compressed sounds to attack her enemies with. Stronger than her normal attacks and grants allies the aura boost to deal stronger magic damange.
Aria of Perseverance- Using this ability, she heals herself and the nearest most wounded ally. Aura effects is that she and her ally receive a brief shield of energy.
Crescendo- Her most powerful ability. She unleashes a music wave capable of touching everyone’s minds and causing them to dance.

Personality: Noelle is generally a bright and happy person, even after all the bad things that had happened to her and destroyed her life. She loves to hang around places with lots of people, even if she cannot really talk to them anymore. She wants to have friends, but to others she appears cold and unfriendly, mostly because no one has ever heard her talk. She wants to help those around her if she can. She has a huge fear of doctors and medical staff.

Short Biography: Noelle used to be a singer. She loved singing all her life ever since she first heard a live singer at a pub during a celebration when she was 5. She naturally begged her family to get her to lessons and so they did. It quickly got obvious she had a talent for singing so her family supported her all the way. With the years she got better and by the time she turned 17, she was already singing around the local clubs with a band of 3 other musicians around her age.

Her life was going great since, slowly her group gained popularity locally and there were even talks about contracts with a producer so they can go national. Sadly it was not fated to be. When she was 21, Noelle was abducted by a insane fan, who held her in his basement for almost 2 weeks before they found her. The man was crazy and didn’t want anyone to hear her singing, just himself. When the police started getting close to him, he personally cut her vocal cords so she cannot sing for anyone anymore. Turns out he was a medical student at some point.

After that she couldn’t live there anymore. She had to get away from all the pitying gazes and stares. She just gathered her things and left, eventually settling in the city of Darkwell. She sold most of her belongings such as jewelry she had gathered and found a job part time as a janitor and one as a cook at a part time diner during the mornings to lunch. Both aren’t the greatest paying, but between them she can at least pay her rent and bills. Also despite having two jobs, she still at least have time to enjoy some computer games.

Appearance: Clarice is 1.92 m. tall(around 6’4 ft.), with long to her waist straight black hair and dark blue eyes. She is quite beautiful woman with great figure and is often mistaken for a model. She has a number of scars hidden under her clothes, most of which from painful combat wounds. The most prominent ones are 3 gunshot scars on her stomach, a number of shrapnel scars on her back and a big scar on her left shoulder.
True Appearance: In her true appearance, Clarice becomes covered by a lair of bright shining gold and steel armor similar to that of Leona from the game. Her sword and shield also appear in her hands.
Powers:

Sunlight(passive): Each of her abilities mark the opponent with sunlight, any damage by an ally activates and consumes the mark, causing additional damange

Shield of Daybreak: Clarice’s next attack gains bonus range, has bonus magical damage and stuns the opponent.

Eclipse: Activating this a shield of light forms around Clarice, gain armor and resistances towards magic, after a small duration, the shield erupts dealing damage to surroundings enemies. If it has damaged someone, the shields reactivates for a small time.

Zenith Blade: Clarice shoots out an image of her sword, made of light. It damages enemies it passes through and she dashes to the last target hit by the sword..

Solar Flare: Clarice calls down a solar giant beam of solar energy upon a target area. The beat damages all enemies it hits, slows the ones in the periphery and stuns the one in the center of the beam. Also her next normal attack gets empowered with additional range and bonus magic damage.
Personality: Once upon a time when she was younger she used to be an extremely serious person, but after a few years in the military circles on many battlefields, she became like most of her combat buddies – easygoing about most things in life. She likes to smoke, to drink, to talk with friends, to meet new people and to have very good time as much as she can.

What she dislikes is mostly arrogant people in business suits, bullies and sweets. The first two she usually dealt with her fists and the munches she simply avoids buying sweet stuff.

She is a team player, though as already stated quite an easygoing one. As long as no one was hurt or the game is won, she wouldn’t go pest other people. She likes to be in the thickest fighting as she did back in the military.

Short Biography: Clarice was born in France. Her father was in the military long before she was born and her mother was a nurse in a hospital in Paris. At least that’s what she was told. Her mother died during her birth so she grew up only with her father who moved around military bases and the like. When he was being sent on a mission he would always leave her with a hired woman who would take care of her. She liked the nanny, she was a middle aged woman who took good care of her and everything was going decently well, or at least till her father died in the line of duty. She was only 13 at the time. With no relatives she was adopted by her nanny and was well secured because all her father’s assets were inherited by her. Still she could never find a place where she belonged in France. She was never really a very girly girl as she grew up. She was more of a tomboy and ironically she was always taller than all the boys around her. Some were even afraid of her for the beating she would give them. Eventually she just couldn’t take it anymore of the normally around her and went ahead to sign herself with the military as soon as she was able to.

She went on a few trips with the military before she left and went ahead to work as a mercenary, even made a name for herself. People started calling her “The Iron wall” For she would usually take escort and bodyguard jobs. During one of her many stays in a hospital for her injuries she stumbled upon Leage of Legends. Since she couldn’t really move back then she started playing and she’s been playing it since. When she was 25, her escort convoy got caught in an ambush. As explosives were flying everywhere along with bullets. She got shot in the shoulder. She was lucky to survive that, but survive she did. Now after recovering she decided it was time to settle down… She moved to Darkwell city and found herself a job as a police officer after passing all the security checks and such. Her experience as a soldier was a nice thing and she enjoyed wearing the uniform of law for a change.
