Satilla Valen

Location: The Apothecary.
Interacting With: The Merchant of Menace (shopkeeper), Thomas.

Satilla didn't reply to Thoma's suggestion as of the reason why the store keeper denied possessing the ingredient and frankly the witch herself didn't buy his excuse and the suggestion that she was the one who was wrong about this. Satilla was many things and most of those she was ready to admit, someone who mistook things wasn't something she did often. It wasn't impossible, but she didn't buy it. She just threw a look about, but didn't say anything still. She just kept quiet as she took a few steps back, letting the sorcerer to deal with the apothecary and the remaining ingredients. She was going to have to mention this suspicious act to Kyra later.” Don't think so...” She replied with a whisper to the sorcerer. Frankly she just happened to notice it yesterday, she was more concentrated about healing herbs of all varieties at that time. No way she could completely memorize a never before visited Apothecary from one visit. Brief visit at that.

β€œThomas I suppose this could work too.” She stated with a neutral smile when the man explained the use for the dead beetles. She threw a glance at Thomas with questioningly arched eyebrow as if asking for confirmation of the man's words.

This was pretty precarious situation and given she was sure he just lied to her about the saltpeter for some reason, she'd take his words with a grain of salt.
going to be posting in a little bit.

@Paradoxial *pokes with a rapier!*

Constantin Kolev

Location: The Tent City.

Constantin nearly jumped from his bed into sitting position. β€œ ΠŸΡ€ΠΎΠΊΠ»Π΅Ρ‚ΠΈ дяволи...β€œ He mumbled cursing something... an idea per chance. Yes The devils... what was a devil? Who really knew in the end, but his mother always blamed them for everything so it seemed appropriate he picked it up. Well he viewed the concept as something evil and by whatever almighty power may be lurking out there, soulless were an evil existence. Maybe not by choice of their own always... He ran a hand across his face, recalling the nightmares and starting to curse once more... then a small smile ran across his face as he remembered the amusing aftermath of a burning Ryne. A hand right away reached to put the sabre in his belt. The small bucket of water was nearby as usual his mother always kept one to wash your face in the morning. Something about her upbringing made it so she was very good housekeeper.

Given the night he just woke up from... he needed more than just washing his face, but couldn't exactly get that right away. Maybe tonight yeah...

A commotion was at foot for him when he learned that Veta wasn't to be found!' Damn girl!!! Why are you always causing troubles!!!' He shouted in his mind, grabbing his coat right away to join the search, but froze in place.” Vhy be there mist nov of all times!” He growled in irritation. This would make finding her even more difficult. Then he remembered something they needed to cause very loud noise to attract her attention. Maybe a gun? Bazhooli!” ДА!β€œ He exclaimed to himself, heading in run towards The Great Bazhooli's tent. Be her still somewhere in the tent city or having wandered outside, he hoped she'd show up to see why there was a gunshot... if he could convince Bazhooli about it that is.
Krielie'nas Nasloede

The witch had agreed to get on this adventure without any difficulty actually. It was a good way to earn some money, to fight if luck was good and to kill something. Then with the money she'd be able to continue her grand task of simply having a plain existence filled with pleasure. For a person like herself who lacked the majority of human emotions that led one's life and gave meaning, having a simple desire as hers was a huge boon. She knew of the curse she put on herself and that there were people who simply killed themselves or didn't eat or drink leading ot their deaths since there was no desire to do so. In that sense she was somewhat lucky since instincts of self preservation were somewhat still kicking though without fear to back them it was quite easy to ignore. For that her quest for interesting things was important!

She moved across the rocky terrain along with the others and she had studied them on their journey. All of them were different with their own unique traits. Traits that she studied in calm collected manner while they traveled. Some were rather bombastic, some less so. There was a younger looking male who turned out to be a creature of dark magics. There were also the knight in cursed armor, the haughty elf, a satyr... The variety was pretty interesting on itself.

Thus they traveled as she moved in relative silence. Her bladed staff resting on her shoulder. Bran's situation with running out of drinks let her in a slightly amused state at his misfortune as she let out a rare slight curl of her lips in a faint smile she had not shown since before they departed. It wasn't that she didn't smile... she just wouldn't smile unless something pleasing was happening. This slightly amusing situation at the man's misfortune was a slight form fo such situation.

She too pulled a rather elegant flask of silver from her bag, but all she did was barely wet her lips on the transparent red liquid in it before putting it away. It wasn't water nor was it alcohol this thing. It was actually a vinegar of sorts. She liked the sour taste of it, but since it wasn't too great to drink she just enjoyed the taste upon her lips. Plus it was sometimes amusing when people just tried to drink without knowing what it was. Or the people who kissed her and they taste the acidy sour taste upon their lips.

Still she wanted to arrive a little bit faster. She felt one of her rare remaining emotions flaring. Curiosity.

β€œIt's alright, I have Egyptian currency too.” She replied with a smile, trying to not make things for her new acquaintance difficult. She liked Rosheen, the woman seemed nice. It was so good to see that foreigners to this country could live so well and be so nice towards everyone. A thing she didn't really like in some americans. There were nice people everywhile, but also bastards everywhere. Luckily for her so far in Cairo she had only met nice and mostly nice folk in her opinion.]

As the redhead moved to get the meal for her new feline friend, Mosi turned towards the cat.” There, there, please wait a little bit more, your meal is almost here.” She smiled kindly towards the cat. Cats were such beautiful creatures and she was told she liked cats since the day she was born. Mosi didn't know how much of that was true, but liked to believe it was.

β€œThank you.” She replied to Rosheen with a smile, carefully took the bowl and placed it on the ground next to her just a little bit closer to the wall for it to not be in the way of people so the cat get stepped on or the bowl kicked while the kitty ate.” This is better, right?” She asked the cat, looking at it with a smile.

β€œThat's a good thing. I like cats, a lot more than dogs. Seeing so many of them all about is like a dream come true.” Mosi stated, returning to her meal as Rosheen's attention was pulled away by the mentioning of the name Neema. Mosi couldn't help herself, but throw a curious glance in the direction for a moment since well this attracted attention, but in reality she was still mostly focused on her meal, though she herself was now tapping with one finger at her glass of almond milk, watching with amusement the way it rippled in the glass, before drinking form it.
Satilla Valen

Location: At the tavern!
Interacting With: The group.

Satilla blinked at Kyra's statement to the dagger as she quickly brought it back to her face and touched the blade of it. She had used her own to grind on the coins so she didn't notice it, but this was indeed silver dagger! She felt like an idiot for not realizing it sooner and that she had a pretty valuable item in her possession right now given the situation. When this was over with, she really had to properly thank Kyra and the rest for more or less saving her from the wilderness though she too did provide them with her skills.” Thank you, Kyra.” She finally had said, but felt it wasn't really enough.

~~~
They had arrived at the Apothecary and it hadn't change much. Well it was a lot less supplied than yesterday since with Kyra, Satilla pretty much bought a lot of all the supplies that could be used for healing potions she recognized. She only hoped things will go about as easy as yesterday. She had also entered after Thomas, only to hear the man's explanation.
β€œHmmm...?” She made questioning sound as the man moved away. Her eyes were in a almost expressionless state as she observed him. She quickly moved to Thomas.” That was a lie...” She said quietly, looking at the sorcerer.” I saw it yesterday. Will try to get him to show it.” She added.
She then moved in a nice position to wait for him to appear.” Are you sure there's no saltpeter!?” She called quite loudly.” I'm pretty sure I saw some yesterday!”
Amelia Payne
Location: Towards the Outer Gate then at Outer Gate
Riley's words were really reassuring to Amelia. Since she came to this place, met all of them, she found herself opening up to people again well at least to some of them. Now she even had friends which is why it hurt so much more to lose them like this. Hopefully James was going to be the one to be completely fine out there. Like he may be able to form himself a settlement too so they can join forces and survive better. Sadly that was just very wishful thinking and even Amelia herself knew that fact.
As they were nearing the outer gate she realized how many people were gathering. As expected actually. James was a very important figure with lots of friends and by the looks of it all of them were going to send him off.
As they arrived though and could see the people about better, the situation was different from what they were led to expect. Beatrice could be seen with her things so she must be leaving, Amelia realized, not too sure what to think of that, but then there was also Ryan... and it seemed Chloe wasn't liking that. Amelia squeezed Riley's hand, knowing that commotion was on the horizon to hit them like a storm any moment now.
A shout and a punch from Riley's sister, made even Amelia who was expecting it to happen, to be startled as she winced. This was not how this should happen... right? Still things progressed rather in a classy way, ending in very touching scene, that made Amelia smile a little. Just a little though, since Ryan was leaving and leaving Chloe behind... unless she decides to leave with him. That train of thought made Amelia freeze since she suspected Riley will want to leave too. She then tilted her head when Chloe gave Ryan a lock of her hair, wondering why she did that. In the end she concluded it was a form of intimate gift to keep a piece of someone with yourself. He had given her his cross too... It felt so sad they were parting like this.
'So it's Ryan, Beatrice and James that will be leaving.' Amelia finally concluded, not seeing other people prepared to leave like those. She now looked about, searching for James. He still wasn't... wait he was just arriving! Amelia quickly turned only to see the confusion he found himself in with other people who seemingly were going to be joining him.
