Chambala

Chambala was focusing real hard on Rebecca's explanations, but all things addmited she did have some trouble following it completely. Still she nodded and made mental notes on it, catching a few key moments here and there, getting an overall idea of what her new friend was explaining. She would have to have a lot more explanations done to get anywhere near versed in it, but it was indeed very interresting subject if you could pierce the veil of confusion. Since she herself dabbled in some rather abstract and hard to follow theories she formed herself about the art of enchanting, she naturally had a rather open mind. That said and she did agree that the laws of the world were there and could be explained. Still here layed the difference between Rebecca and herself. Since they grew up in different ways, Rebecca was approaching it academically where Chambala was doing it by the method of direct trial, error and deduction.

"Well yeah..." Chambala replied as she reached and untied the big feline skull she had as a shoulderpad, taking off her right fur gauntlet also." I was experimenting with something ever since I lost my trusty companion a little while back. I had the idea a long time before, but it finally pushed me to get into experimentation." She explained and took a deep breath before closing her eyes, biting her lip and letting a few drops to faw on the fur gauntlet, whispering some sounds that sounded more like a low animal growl.

In the next moment her face took a pained expression as her lines became strained. Her left hand that was still in her fur gauntlet started smasming a lot as her muscles bulged somewhat, the fur almost fusing with her skin. On her fingers that were outside the fur it could be seen rather cleaninly as even her nails turned stronger and longer. It was so painful though that she was forced to cancel it almost as soon as she was able to show it to Rebecca." It hurts a lot..." She panted, her body sweating heavily from the stress and pain.

Kosara Koleva

Location: Outside of Red Lake Town Hall

"Your lovely niece just returned from a research trip." Kosara said as she quickly appeared from behind Abraham as she had ran over as soon as she saw him nearby." Did you think I was lazying somewhere, gramps?" She asked him with rather loving voice as she leaned on the bench from behind using her elbows. It wasn't really uncomfortable since the jacket she wore was pretty heavy leather with padding on the elbows.

"Something's going down here, indeed and sadly despite all attempts to find clues, I still haven't traced anything down." She stated with a sigh and threw a look at Abe." There are ... 'people' about, but nothing really concrete just yet." She added and pulled a metal whiskey flask from the inner pocket of her jacket, handing it over to Abraham." Here, take this just in case. Passed to grab some holy water on my way here. Just incase... never hurts to be prepared, wolves aren't the only thing that tears people like that." She added with a frown.

"They mentioned anything useful while I was gone?" She asked, moving over and sitting on the bench also, now looking over at the FBI agent." I didn't want to believe it, but the FBI's presence... will make things worse. Can only hope she doesn't stick her nose somewhere it cannot be taken out of. Think she suspects something?" She stated with grim voice. She had semi retired from hunting and didn't really go out her way before now to participate in it. She didn't want her whole life to be like her life before she became adult. Constant hunting... that said, she couldn't just stand still when a bright girl like Riley had vanished.
Will post tonight.

Priscilla Harker

Location: Outside The Museum

Well the cat really did lead them to the museum! Mosi was both impressed, content and rather happy! It was just hte next proof she had encountered that hte world wasn't as simple as the majority of humankind wished it to be! No way this was simple coincidence! No way at all! She had decided, frankly she didn't need any proof since she believed it and some stupid people arguying weren't going to waver her resolve or faith." Who needs men when animals have better sense of direction than us?" She smirked to herself, but she used to word 'men' in the context of humans." I will need to buy our guide more food and drink later as a gift of gratitude." She smiled.

She looked at the man with a smile as he asked who they were, clearly looking at her and Nora." Priscilla Harker - freelance artist and occult researcher at your service. But by all means, please call me, Mosi." She introduced herself with a smile and took off her cowboy hat." Right now though I just wish to visit this wonderful museum and bask in the beauty of ancient arts and crafts." She added with a big almost childish smile.
@Lady Amalthea Indeed RP made me learn a new thing!
@Lady Amalthea Mind you I even went online to check if tigers could swim after I posted of it... turns out they look adorable! underwater!
Satilla Valen

Location: The Apothecary.
Interacting With: The Merchant of Menace (shopkeeper), Thomas.

Satilla quickly grabbed the box and headed to follow with Thomas. There was much to be done, little time to do it and a certain sense of doom that hanged about the whole place like a pendulum of death above them. In a way she wondered if this wasn't what all those heroic ballads were about? Well she was not a hero, she only wished to survive this, help her companions and hopefully not end up with her innards hanging about the place.

β€œNo, Thomas.” Satilla replied, Skittles now running by them.” We should head back to the inn. We shouldn't wander about alone. We shouldn't waste valued time or expose ourselves to increased danger without need. We have what we came for more or less. Let's just regroup and start preparing the rest of what we will need.” She stated. His magic was of utmost importance as all magic was. He could probably cause extensive damage to anything thus ensuring that the rest could finish it off. Her magic was what would keep people alive... As much as she disliked that way of thinking, they were holders of important responsibilities for the upcoming events.

β€œAs for the beetles... it shouldn't take too long to prepare them. Better do that when the time draws near. We will need all the light we need, no need of wasting any in advance.”

Constantin Kolev

Location: The Tent City.

This was not a Golgravtiz!? What the hell was this? Constantin had never heard or seen anything similar to this abomination that was above them! This was so unnatural so.. twisted! Did it possess a multitude of soulless abilities too?! He couldn't confirm nor deny the possibility. Especially how it appeared to cause changes in the ice and the fog. It's smile caused him to feel weird... This was a danger and Constantin knew it. Where did this abomination come from?

Suddenly he saw Veta's body fall as the creature just left. She fell into the water!

β€œVETA!” Constantin shouted as she moved over on the ice, hurrying towards the place where she started to sink!” NO! NOT GOING TO HAPPEN, DEVILS TAKE YOU, ABOMINATION!!” He shouted, hurrying to move over to where the ice was closing up with the duchess's body sinking.

Why did it have to be water? He couldn't swim... What could he do in this situation? Maybe... Myska? Animals could swim! He has seen many an animal swim before!” VLAD, WE NEED TO FREE MYSKA! A TIGER SHOULD SWIM! I cannot swim after Veta, but Myska should be able to!”
Deep water... why did it have to be deep water.... Also I suppose now the elder gods have finally officially joined the fray?
