Suddenly, Alto smelled something in the air.

"Something's on fire." He said, turning towards the direction of the smell. He saw a tall plume of smoke in the trees of the forest. "Oh. Well, I'm going to go. See ya." He said. He walked away from her as he noticed that there was a nearby fresh vegetable salesman lugging around a cart.

"Hello there," He said, "Do you happen to be selling any sweet potatoes?"

"Why yes." The salesman replied, "I only happen to have sweet potatoes left."

"Great, I'll buy 10 sweet potatoes." Alto said. The salesman packed 10 sweet potatoes into a large bag and Alto handed over a $20 dollar bill. Bag in hand, he walked towards the forest. Hopefully in a few minutes time, he was going to be roasting sweet potatoes.

His skin, eyes, and hair are all pure white? XD That's a pretty extreme case of albinism.

In regards to his history, note that he's going to be dead recently. More specifically, if you did the math...

Every year, a new class of 30 recently dead students are enrolled.
This is the 41st class, meaning that 41 years have passed since the first..
Preferably, he'd be from the 21st century.

In regards to his phobias...it really sounds like one or two. XD Basically, he's afraid of losing lots of money or losing a bet, right? That's definitely 2.

Note that, for his ability to talk himself out of trouble, that'd rely on your personal ability as a RPer to smoothtalk and such.

Everything else should be fine though. Always nice to see a semi-asshole~

Name: Altzer Sozei (Don't complain about this, Santa)

Gender: Male

Age: 18

Appearance: He's about 5 foot 8 inches and he weighs about 60 kg. He's quite lean due to having to run a lot. Also, I'm not entirely sure what colors his clothes should be, but his rings are pure gold.

Personality:
Even though he's extremely whimsical, he still has quite a good head for money, especially when a bet is involved. He loves to gamble and he'll cheat occasionally but not all the time. Mainly he just wants to see how lucky he can get, and how much money he can get at once.

Also, he dresses like that mostly because he's sort of an asshole.

Biography, and also Death Scenario:
Altzer was once a renowned cheat, gambler and asshat. It is speculated that he may have ended up cheating millions of dollars worth of money, jewellery and of course, gold in multiple gambling rings around the world. He quite literally ran from place to place, getting chased down by the police, thugs and even his own family sometimes.

His run ended in an alliance between a huge underground gambling ring and England's military force who had him backed to a cliff which he promptly jumped off of in order to see if his luck would hold out one final time. As it turns out, it did, because hell's a nice place now even for people who are asshats.

Phobias: Losing a huge amount of money all at once, a gamble which will most definitely not go in his favour and major misfortune.

Skills: He can toss cards quite well, and he is also rather good at running away. He also has had some practice with darts and throwing knives. He knows how to gamble and how to cheat in a huge amount of ways, and he's pretty sure he's good at talking his way out of things, but that remains to be seen.

Yeah, but Light's a cartoon. And people can still want someone to flirt with them without being THAT horny(as in, not how Light currently is, but like THAT horny).

"You had best think fast, Hunters." She said, "Your death approaches on swift wings."

The swarm's eyes glowed red, and she unleashed a massive barrage of lasers at the hunters.

He could hear some voices through the door, it was clear that the one who had close the door was a doll protecting her master. Now he was in a predicament, how would he prove that he meant no harm? There weren't really many options.

"We're not going to do anything," He said to them, "We just need somewhere to stay for tonight."

"Oh my god!" Sefia suddenly said. In a flash, all her clothes were replaced with little slips of paper, and she immediately covered herself up with her arms. "Ian!" She shouted. Before Alto could get a good look at what was on the pieces of paper, she disappeared, she'd probably teleported elsewhere.

"Uh, I just needed to punch that guy." He said, turning to the girl in front of him. "Oh hey, aren't you cartoon girl?" He reaized suddenly that she was that cartoon girl from the Aperture raid all that time ago. "I haven't seen you in a while, how've you been?" He asked.
