Before I go to bed, I am just going to say this. The GM circle reserves the right to treat players differently based on the quality of their writing and their dedication to the RP. Giving an all-mighty god to a person who can't handle them is a way to ruin a RP. Handing it to a player you trust and have good communication with can make one better. Honestly, I do a lot of the character review portions.

@Zombehs character hasn't been accepted, the GM circle felt that we were willing to bend the rules based on his performance in the previous RP and his overall level of co-operation and assistance with the GMs among other things.
-We can reject any CS for any Reason. We will be reasonable about this, but we still have the right to do so.
I am completely willing to discriminate between players if I feel that it will enhance the roleplay as a whole.
EDIT: Just get your CSs in. It makes my life easier XD
