There is literally no other God that wouldn't laugh then smite Amartia. Or mind rape him. Or curse him. Really depends on the God.
So, yesterday I found out I have a possible right knee meniscus+ligaments injury. It's all thanks to High Impact Intense Training I did three years ago and because of it, I shouldn't practice martial arts or anything involving impact against the knee if I want to walk straight until I'm old.
It sucks, man, don't do Crossfit, HIIT or any crazy shit where you don't stretch for at least 20 mins before the exercise. I really loved martial arts too, dang!
