So one more suggestion before i overhaul him. Would it be okay if for the last 3 years he was living with them as a citizen and representative of New Fort Stevens as part of their allianc? Or they could have just joined straight up and became an outpost kind of thing with last hope. His father would go for this as he would know about the battle of the locks and would deem them worthy basicaly.

The last is more feasible, Comber has turned Lasthope into almost Sparta without the baggage and he would accept Fort Stevens into Lasthope as long as the Meet to vote in their own community and show up for important votes.

I have a possible idea on how Neko and Kash might meet. See, Kash is also a thief, as it says in her bio. She steals from people who have money to spare, and returns all of it to the people of the Suicide Slum, the ghetto of Metropolis, a place that's been designated as permanently broken, without hope of repair. She doesn't hate humans and even enjoys the same things humans do and as long as she's approached without threats or made to feel trapped she gives into her curiosity and might be made a friend bit by bit. The money she steals and gives away isn't because she has a big heart but because she knows that appearing to be Robin Hood protects her in several ways if she sees association as mutual protection she could become a strong ally

She is very intelligent and a planner before an assault and hates going off the cuff and often retreats rather than fight even if she is perceptibly stronger. She uses camera to live stream her attacks on criminals knowing the police will label her as a law and order Vigilante and as long as no one dies lay off pursuing her as a criminal even though they hear she might be keeping some of the money she takes.

Kash as a Techno might be able to catch her setting up her Camera and testing the feeds

You can surprise her as long as she doesn't feel threatened and she will listen because the feline is curious

He is cleaning the knife he used to do the skinning of strips from her belly and buttocks treating it with what appears great reverence..he cut himself across his left thumb and he is angry with himself and tried to make sure to stop the bleeding but there. said Sydney pointing to a spot on the floor which still had dry blood on it.

He thinks he caught the blood before it fell to the cement but with so much of Mary’s blood already on the floor he missed it said the Goth girl as she finally stood from the Chair that Detective Sergeant Van had provided.

She had described into a recorder every cut, every word and action her rendition of Mary’s pleas for mercy and finally her own death with all the pain and volume she had managed as her killer did his grisly work. She had even somehow managed to sound like one of their prime suspects as she talked to Mary in a tone devoid of any human emotion which had chilled the senior detective in a way his 22 years on the force had never prepared him for.

Sydney did a little breathing exercise for a few second to anchor her senses in the here and now so she didn’t react to things from the past or miss things she should have seen in the present. It was a side effect of her power that happened when she was in Witness mode for more than 10 minutes.

That seemed to snap Van out of his waking nightmare and forced him to call back the CSI team and show them where he wanted them to take the sample which would of course help but all the observational evidence Sydney gave was insight invaluable into his suspect’s head and a wedge he could exploit to get a confession without having to reveal the unorthodox source.

Neko is what she calls herself and her human name is an alias and she only allegedly steals from criminals, I use the term Alleged because she is never caught with money by the police and has never been convicted

I like him but haven't considered an outsider from a Trading partner city joining the Expedition. The reason for this is that Lasthope is a Democracy but to vote you must be a Citizen. This vote even includes Jain's position which in a 75% vote or more she can be removed and another commander elected, even turning the expedition around and heading home. This is done so that people don't feel as if they live in a Military Junta and they don't follow orders blindly.

It will need approval if he stands as he is or if his story is rewritten to draw him into Lasthope as either a Trooper or Scout.

Oh and his Bow could be replaced with a finely crafted Ash longbow or laminated recurve bow with precision sharpened broadheads and steamed shafts with goose feather fetching.
