History: Born in the Luna Colony Yvonne was a sickly child from the very beginning. Her mother tried to do what she could for her and kept her till she was 3 years old before pleading that the medical board take custody of her; the board agreed.

Like any child taken into custody Yvonne was tested and the board was stunned to discover she had a grasp on speech that was on a level with 10 year olds and her intelligence as advanced which is why they decided to do as much as they could for her rather than shuffle her off to some backwater foster facility.

She was as previously stated a sickly child and by age 8 unable to even walk with braces in the Lunar gravity but mandatory testing revealed she had an IQ that was nearly off the charts so the board once more bent the rules and allowed her to live though she was a drain on the foster systems finances.

All was going as well as could be expected till she was diagnosed with Friedreich’s Ataxia and would eventually die a horrible death because of its degenerative effects so she was slated to be humanely euthanized.

Only 10 years old and under a death sentence by nature and authority it seemed she would never grow any older till only days before her procedure was scheduled a stranger walked into her room and sat with her asking her strange questions. They were all on the subject of Deep space transport, some beyond the studies she had done on the subject but was able to theorize on using previous information as a base.

Soon she was whisked away and under the knife her brain removed from her ravaged body and decanted into a suspension system for study and testing for full body conversion.

For her first 2 years as a decanted brain she was subjected to rigorous testing and showed a resistance to Cyberpsychosis which made her a good candidate for the next stage of her existence.

Placed in a training body she was turned over to her trainer at the age of 13 who was to become her friend and mentor as far as the use and adaptation to cybernetics was concerned.

At age 16 Yvonne’s true purpose was revealed to her when she was subjected to intensive Space/Atmos craft piloting for 2 years external and who knows how long virtually

Personality: Yvonne is all business to those outside of her faction but to those who are members of the Alvirstein faction she is friendly and helpful.

Yvonne is a full body conversion specialized for flight and vehicle operations. Built to withstand the high G-forces and high energy maneuvers that in the past would have been fatal to pilots. Yvonne is built under the idea that when the machine out performs the flesh then you get rid of the flesh.

Her responses are as fast as the ships computer; they have to be with the advent of AI -guided missiles, hypervelocity projectiles and energy weapons filling the air around the ship making every microsecond counts. Along with a greased nervous system she is equipped with interface hardwire plugs and telepresense she can interface with any cybernetically controlled vehicles or devices. To further aid her ability she has an onboard an advanced gyro-stabilizer which aids in preventing dizziness due to sudden changes in orientation. Employing specially buffered biosystems and high stress bloodpump she can ignore problems normally associated with acceleration.

Equipped an advanced onboard sensor enhancements her eyes are able to compensate for bright flares of light, telescopic high-resolution enhancement, HUD, and cookiecutter function. (able to miss friends in combat with ranged weapons)

Her muscles and body frame are built with a view more towards ruggedness to enable her to withstand the rigors of vehicle combat.

For use as a Honeytrap Yvonne is equipped with such add ons as would be found in courtesan models (I will not go into details but suffice to say her mods are called Mata Hari)

Tinker’s strange day

When Tinker asked about Summer and Jain a tall Carrot topped young trooper ofered to take her direct to the boss as he called her.

It wasn’t long before Tinker found herself outside of the Riverboat that was docked near the Grainary that made the tallest structure in town. The trooper opened the door to a deck room where the mayor of Arlington sat with a tall pretty redhead whose eyes were green and strangely calm.

The trooper didn’t just leave her and stood with her as the Mayor and a woman obviously his boss.

Lorna I tell you it will be here this afternoon, and actual train and they are bringing a squad of engineers, doctors and the Teamsters here to negotiate trade in grain, cattle, salvage, and power. It’s run off of natural gas and your town is one of the first to be contacted on the line partly because you sit on the junction and the other because it would be rude to motor through without stopping by says Jain before taking a sip of the local wheat beer.

The older Lorna mayor of Arlington can only blink as if she’s being told they’ll fly in on elephant wings till she regains her composure.

Lorna turns and recognizes Tinker and has to suppress a smile as she considers the odd fixer following the Troopers, then she gets thoughtful remembering all the tech marvel the Troopers have...hell last night she talked on a phone for the first time in over 12 years. No wonder the little tech head wanted to go there.

She stood and smiled at Tinker before shaking Jain’s hand in farewell and asking the commander take good care of Tinker.

Once the mayor has left Jain makes a subtle motion and the trooper leaves.

Bio: Born in Thunder Bay Ontario Canada Laura is the 3 daughter out of 4 an the 5th child in birth succession she comes from a large family who have been aerialists and acrobats since the 1500s

Hers was an odd childhood spent training in the family acrobatics school in hope of one day becoming the star or member of a troop. The family school always had at least 15-20 students studying at any given time and it wasn’t all performance and from what Laura discovered was a serious school in other areas. They were forced to learn history but from the point of view of performers, family genealogies, the names of Kings and Queens as well as other nobility and whether they were good or bad patrons. Math came next and it was focused on accounting and engineering skills needed to erect the gear and make sure the performers were safe. Reading and writing may have been last but they were still stressed so that they could read or write contracts.

Her family were made up of people from around the world and most of them still kept their old country languages alive by passing it on to the children most members able to speak at least 3 other than their own

At 9 Laura displayed skills in contortion which got her a summer job touring with the Jacoboni circus with her Uncle and Aunt’s small troop.

At age 11 Laura had developed further skills as a Highwire Walker and secured a job with the Windham & Wilson traveling the sunbelt of the US which meant she was now homeschooled on the move with the troop and other performers acting as teacher and tutors.

!5 years old and she’d finally made the coveted position of named performer of the Flying LaClair’s; they called her Destiny LaClair. It was all so fun that it was hard for her to believe she was being paid.

She was approached by one of the huge Casino’s last year as her troop was finishing up and they offered her huge money to become their next star. So after having so much money thrown at her and a discussion with her family Laura was given the name of an industry trusted lawyer and urged to seek her fortune in Sin City
