Hello curious person, I am Rumiko Goddess of Chaos, Benevolent Dictator; The Bluemoon Dreamer....You know a nut case
Where do I come from? I could be a smartie an say the "Great State of Denial" but lets just agree that I like keeping my RL Life disconnected from my RP Life.
I survived Guildfall and have always loved this place even though I see a lot of good RP time eaten up in Discord drivel

Who stands 1.75 meters but surprisingly weighs around 100 kilos
Her eyes are Violet Red and her hair a combination of red, brown, and blonde in various shades and combination.
She is athletic in build with feminine curves though not too top heavy
Who rarely ever dresses in any way other than work coveralls and if she is seen in anything other than those it is because her personal secretary has dressed her for a special occasion.
Powers: Technomorph Who’s body is made up of intelligent adaptive nanomachines she can manipulate in the construction of and transformation of technology.
Using these tiny machines she can alter the structure of manufactured or inorganic materials changing them to adapt to threats, hostile environments, perform advanced analysis, take control of, assimilate, or form into new machines with no connection other than they were used to supply the mass and atoms.
These Nanites also mean that Who can heal from wounds much quicker than normal people (Broken leg would be an hour)
Eidetic Memory Sometimes incorrectly called a photographic memory this ability means that Who never forget whatever she’s seen, heard, or assimilated meaning she is able to recreate any item she’s scanned down to a molecular level.
Spatial awareness This ability isn’t instant but should Who stop moving she can sense all things around her 360 degrees if she can stay relatively in the same space for at least 20 seconds

Weapons: Varies on mission parameters

Biography
Born Marissa Lancaster Who’s life may have continued to be a normal one if she hadn’t developed the power of technopathy at 12 years of age.
To her former self it was a life of wonder and dreams, dreams that she would become a Titan then JL hero using her blossoming ability; that ended when she discovered the MetaKiller.
Its origins are difficult because it used the general casing types found in Nanite Weapons (Banned by most Galactic Governments) which are produced in such small quantity that the League and even the Lantern corps can’t say who made it only that it was deadly. It is Who’s stipulation that they were targeted on her Metagenetics and any others like her; they just picked the least probable starting point.
The MK Nanites attacked Who when she heard them murmuring and moved closer to investigate, then they destroyed her body just as her technopathy spiked in full survival mode and her consciousness merged with their network gestalt replacing their control commands with her own will.
(Yes I know there are gaps but in actuality they are redacted)
She was not a whole person as the Master Controller much of her memories of self was lost in the vast expanses of her mind but she knew she wanted her body back so the nanites that made up her current rebuilt her organic body but try as she might in the beginning she had to use the mechanical portion of her body just to keep the other alive.
Who was removed to the Watchtower Station and observed.
Her she finally formed a symbiosis between her organic self and machine self 3 months later and when she she was asked questions and realised that though she now had access to her organic memories they lacked language skills that were audible; she was still working on the organic control structure. They as most medical professionals confronted with what the Manhunter said was alive but her mind beyond his ability to read wanted to know if she had lost all her memories with a common question “Who Are You?”
So rolling the sounds around with the other clues the doctors gave her Who came to the solution that it was a question of Identity. She knowing less sound pattern at that stage Who began repeating the question in its adapted forms each used in an attempt to identify her and each question used a common sound that displayed Identity Unknown, “Who”
Even now 6 years later and more connected to her organic self and former memories Who realises the description still fits and strangely she feel comfortable with it so refuses to alter it.
Her own parents were so afraid of her that they asked the League for help so Who was made a ward and
I need help thinking of a DC hero that could take in Who as a ward to finish the Bio

As I rambled in Slackers I see this Titans group as focusing on Life in the Tower and our Adventures be planned rather than posting every thug beatdown to keep our city clean
Maybe we can do some community projects to show we aren't just muscle .....I know sounded lame as I typed it out but I can't help it
I did say we might also go for the Guardians of the Galaxy route Ah La Titans style
That could open it up for some true formula play which is fun if done right
I'm thinking capture and either Titan's Chained Prison style...maybe Rome and the Gladiatorial style...slave girl for some ...oh and boys can be slave girls too if you catch me lol
