Current Just because you "fight a good fight" doesn't mean you didn't do horrible things.

I'm sorry for anyone who was waiting for me. Some real life stuff happened, but for now things seem calm. I'll try to post in my RP's ASAP.

Parum looked at Escobert and furrowed her brows. Repairing walls wasn't exactly something she knew how to do, despite her pursuit of knowledge. Granted, she recognized the importance of repairing the wall, but it wasn't exactly something she was capable of off hand. She was also a bit peeved that the castellan would even have the gall to call them out on not thinking about how to repair the damaged wall after Parum and the others had literally taken care of the enemies in this room. Though admittedly when she noticed that Orchid was skinning the drake, she was a bit disgusted. That seemed rather... Unnecessary.

"While I won't deny that Orchid should... Take his business elsewhere, we aren't exactly traveling repairmen. I have some magic that I've used to repair my instrument every now and again, but I don't know how effective it'll be fixing something as big as a door. I can try, but I suggest that you get your men to reinforce this sally port nonetheless. If they broken in once, they could do so again."

Parum walked over to the destroyed door and examined it. While she had a general idea of how reinforced doors worked, she couldn't say she had any expertise about them. The best she could do is try to put the door back together and keep casting Mending until the damaged is reversed. But whether or not that'd make the door stronger than it was before, Parum wasn't certain. "Could someone help me hold the pieces together? Mending only works if I attach the bits of the door to each other." As she said that Parum picked up a fairly hefty sized piece (For a halfling) and started to cast mending to reattach it to the hinge. It would take some time before she'd finish repairing the door.

Parum does have Mending, though I don't know how effective I'd be at fixing a hole in the wall or a busted door. She's need parts of the original at the very least.
Finally the battle was over. At least this one. With the drake slain, the kobolds killed, and the human unconscious the threat here was eliminated. Parum sheathed her rapier and put her viol away and looked at the carnage. She wondered if there was something wrong with her about how quickly she was adapting to all of this. She took a deep breath, getting a heavy whiff of fresh corpses. It was a bitter scent. Soon the dwarven castellan from before arrived. The damage done would be easy enough to repair, but now they need to know what their next move is.

"You mentioned that this way could be used to clear our the civilians, correct? Perhaps we can scout about and clear out any enemies or make a safe route out of this village for them. Once we get the civilians out of the way we can focus more about how to fight the invaders." Not that Parum had a clue how to go about that. Shooting them with arrows she imagine, but she was still trying to figure out how they were going to slay a dragon, or the rest of the kobold army. But perhaps this human here could be of some help. Looking down at the acolyte tied up on the ground Parum looked back towards the castellan. "Do you have somewhere private we can keep him? A prison cell or some sort? There are some questions I wish to ask him."
A wild Ryo appears! You say that now Ryo, but just how much of it are you willing to do? You say everyone needs to do better but what are you doing to improve? Or would you rather just leave it all to Lugu, Hari, and Prince, and just complain when something goes wrong? I know you're having problems trying to get something for Yue to do, but there's also so much their telepathy can handle. This shit requires communication and coordination, and we don't know each other well enough to figure that stuff out instinctively.

Even the Greek Gods had to split up ruling different parts of the world among each other. It wasn't as simple as splitting things up by land, sea, and skies either. And when one of them is having trouble we shouldn't be fair-weather friends and hobble them. A GM helps lay down the foundation and guide things along, but it's up to use players to figure out things like what we want to do and what we want to happen. Then we need to talk to the GM's about it and work out a resolution, make sure stuff works without contradiction or conflict.

If everything is going fine then there's nothing to say. Don't expect us to start complimenting each other just because we're doing our jobs. So of course people are going to say something when you screw up. And there's only so much we can do before the GM's have to meet us halfway. And if they don't then all that fighting and arguing would have been for nothing. You know if people don't remember their history, they're doomed to repeat it. Just like what's happening right now.

Seriously, I don't know how much of this is shit posting and how much of it is legitimate concerns. One of the reasons I've stopped showing up in the OOC is because everyone takes everything so fucking seriously, but it seems like they're more concerned about showing their hate for it rather then dealing with it. Everyone has done a pretty crappy job and everyone needs to do better.

The only reason I'm here now is because I thought this argument was over, but I can see that Prince isn't the only one who can't let shit go.
@Mega Birb

You sonavabitch.
Hibiki & Shizuka

The Mecha Maids managed to get back to the city, somewhat confused about their victory. There was no doubts that the Machina left that battle the victor: they got what they wanted from the fortress and effectively shut down operations there. But Hibiki couldn't help but wonder if anything she did actually brought them victory. From the reports it seemed that Diana had effectively sabotaged her own side, and Bastion had negotiated a cease fire in which the machina could carry away much of the supplies they were looking for. And while Shizuka was blindsided by a random explosion, she had managed to survive the blast thanks to her shield. The same couldn't have been said about the rest of the others however...

Still, they were back at the city so that wasn't a concern. It was time to celebrate! Shizuka was waiting outside of the apartment building that she and Hibiki lived at. While they were commanders now, it's not as if they've been moved to some luxury suite now. They still lived about as well as they used to when they were still maids, but at least they had a place here at the main city. Most everyone else had to deal with rooming in the bunkers on different military bases. Shizuka still wore her uniform despite Hibiki telling her to try something casual. The only reason Hibiki was still in her own uniform was because she intended to go meet with Eos soon, and she'd need to be professional. So Shizuka just stood on the side of the road waiting, waiting, until she saw a car drive up.

"Nissan?"

The window rolled down on the nissan to reveal Hibiki inside. Shizuka wasn't the most savvy when it came to car technology, despite being just as decent a mechanic as her sister is, but even she knew that Hibiki was driving a very outdated vehicle by machina standards. The look on Shizuka said more than enough for Hibiki to just smirk and blow a raspberry at her.

"Yup! Hop on in, there's things we gotta do."

The first thing Hibiki did was drop off Shizuka at a karaoke bar. Shizuka loved karaoke, and it was her job to make sure this place was up to snuff. Hibiki was going to get a few more things, namely guests and drinks. There was some things that you could only buy at certain places, and Hibiki knew where they were at. But as she was driving through the city she sent a message to the various members of the Machina, at least the ones who can drink.

"Hello! It's Hibiki! Me and my sister are going to be at a karaoke bar called Lyrica. I'm about to drive to HQ to drop off my report, if you wanna hang out with us I can pick you up there! I hope to see you all soon!"

After dealing with Gren, Yue returned to tidying up the room. She had finished the dishes and cleaned up things like crumbs and debris. Any clothes left on the floor she put into a basket to go clean later, though she had no idea who’s clothes was who. Yue would also need to head back to the motel and pick up the rest of her things. And maybe actually socialize. The whole reason her family even let her come to Beacon was to make connections with others! Honestly, the education she could have been taught at home. It was meeting people and developing trust and bonds with them was why they sent Yue here. True, Yue’s loyalty is to the Schnee family first and foremost, but if yue ever wished to become the head maid (And she does), she’d need to be able to do more than just the basics.

Taking the laundry down to the washers, which Yue found thanks to a map of the dorm posted on the wall, Yue started the wash the clothes. It’d be some time before the washer was done so in the meantime Yue was certain that she could grab her things and get back before long. As Yue was about to leave she was wondering if she should bring her blade. The Moonlight Greatsword wasn’t exactly compact, and Yue almost never carried it with her back at home. But here at beacon she was suppose to be a hunter, and she wouldn’t be much of a hunter without a weapon. Even if she never intends to use it a weapon is more than just a hunter’s tool, but a symbol of who they are and what they represent. There was a reason why everyone wasn’t simply issued generic spears and rifles, as practical as they were. Wars were fought for the ability to express one’s unique and individual characteristics, and Yue wasn’t going to squander that opportunity. At least, she wanted to take the chance to finally do it.

So Yue returned to Team KSS’s dorm and grabbed her sword. It lacked a proper sheath, but she could at least keep it inside the case and hang it across her back. So maybe she wasn’t really showing off her weapon just yet, but at least this way she could say that she didn’t leave home without it. Adjusting her stance accordingly Yue left the dorms to the air docks, passing Team STRG’s dorm along the way. She bowed her head as she passed and continued on her way.

So far the battle was going well, as all the kobolds were taken down and Ramundo knocked out the human who healed the drake. Now there was only the drake itself, backed into a wall by Orchid, Brannor, and Ramundo. Parum was there too, but she felt it would be safer behind the three bigger men than on the front lines. But she wasn’t just going to stand idly by and let them take care of it. Peeking at the drake while she was standing behind Brannor, she taunted it in draconic.

"Sia thurirl geou molik wux takh. Majak Svern!"

Once more her cutting words were filled with magic, psychically harming the dragon, however minor. With any luck her words would sting it enough for it to not only distract it, but possibly even convince it to stand down. Not that Parum had the slightest clue what to do with the creature even if it did surrender. Did the keep have any way to hold him? She simply clutched her rapier tighter and watched the drake carefully.
