Kyurai is a prideful individual. He won't condone any trickery or deceit, by all means he's honest--to a fault. Honest doesn't mean kind however, as Kyurai is short-tempered and often a rude speaker.
Bio:
Amnesiac. One day, a 10-year old Kyurai found himself in the middle of nowhere without memories and with electrical powers to boot. After a little walking through the wastelands Kyurai found a lab, where he was taken in and looked after by the researchers. Of course,they had an ulterior motive, they wanted to figure out and replicate his powers. While they didn't quite manage to replicate his powers, their constant urging made it so that he got plenty of training with them.
After little over a year a vicious storm hit the lab and it wouldn't go away. Three days of constant storm raged on before the researchers agreed to send Kyurai out there to calm the storm. Having successfully done this, Kyurai figured out what had caused the storm, a Raiju he would come to call Raika.
In the following twelve years he and Raika would continue improving and practicing with their powers, eventually coming to master them. His life at the lab has been rather peaceful and while a lot of people with powers were brought to aid the research, they were forced to stay silent about him and his powers.

Raika is loyal and observant. In combat she is ruthless and violent, destroying most everything in her path, occasionally even forgetting her master. As a creature mostly composed of lightning, Raika doesn't eat or sleep.
Raika is only waist-height, but will step up to opponents of any size if allowed to.
As a well-trained "dog", Raika listens to the command of her master and most usually not take direct action unless ordered to.
